This place has very highly skilled technicians and great customer service. i have an old Mini Cooper Turbo S which had the air bag warning light for more than 4+ years. I took it to many places including the dealer and nobody could really fix it. My contact Curtis and his technicians looked into it and were able to find the root cause of the issue and were able to fix it and helped me understand what the issue was. i am very happy the Mini was fixed and i would definitely bring my car back again to this place. Very honest, highly skilled people and great customer service.

Very nice experience. Staff is knowledgeable and shared with me what my CRV was due for. Details of the service were text to me with pictures and staff explained it all. Will be my regular service shop from now on!

A+ Great Place To Get Your Maintenance & Repairs Done. They will explain what they do in detail. They have a modern waiting room with drink & snacks. Prices are fair compared to the dealers and large franchise shops. The workmanship is well done, and the staff is friendly. I will recommend them to family & friends.

These guys always do a great job for me. Great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. I appreciate that they will walk me through any suggested repairs and tell me what is most essential and what can wait. They are quick and they've got snacks.

User friendly website to make appts and I got in the next businesses day. They did a free complementary exam on my car. Nothing wrong with my car. Great customer service, friendly staff, and offers shuttle service like no other auto service. If I ever have a car situation again I m definitely coming back to you. Thank you so much!!

Friendly, thorough, and very reasonably priced. They are very knowledgeable to explain things about vehicles to actually understand what is going on with your vehicle Other places expect you to know or just agree to get it fixed but this place sends you pictures even plus will tell you if they have coupons available for services!!

I would have gave it five stars if I was still working there cuz I'm sn actual mechanic not just a parts hanger. Funnest job I ever had in my life. Couldn't wait to get there to fix things even on my days off. Unfortunately they didn't remember what we had talked about when I got hired. They forgot and didn't hold up to their end of the deal that we had.

I will never bring my car anywhere else. My first time here, but my family has been coming for years. They are friendly, fast, fair in price, and truly live up to the name honest . We left our wallet on the counter, and Nate called us to let us know they would hold on to it til we could grab it. If you need work on your car come here. They got me together when I really needed help, no questions, and when I couldn't pay all my bill, they gave me an account and let me take my car. Now that's trust, so when I got paid, I paid what I owed and got more work done and was done in an hour. They showed trust,no grease monkey's here. These are true professionals, so they are Grease Gorillas. Thank you.

Got my spark plugs done here and everything was done in a timely manner. I update this review because we found out the tune up I did with this company wasn t done right and I drove around with a misfire. But Ford took care of it and I think that is the way to go. I called here and I know you all say bring it in to you for the warranty. But you couldn t even handle a tune up the 1st go. Shows how well I can trust you all.Still friendly staff in the front but you dropped the ball on my Ford and I won t recommend this place

This is the only place I will take my cars for service!! They go out of their way to help. The battery on one of my cars was dead. They came to my house and charged the battery then followed me to their service shop. They did a thorough inspection and I was very thankful for their help!!!

1st off they was downplaying the Honest-1 auto care in fairfax because I asked them if they were the same owner. They said no. And then downplayed Fairfax then hyped themselfs up. So I was going to give them a shot my appointment was at 11am to 12pm so I went to Wendy's to eat and upon return at 11:58 they have not started on my oil change. When I asked them whats the problem they just forgot to pull truck in. As I said I needed to get back to work they said I did not know we was on a time frame. I replied they way I made the appointment from 11 to 12. Just not the car shop I want to use. I'm going to Fairfax Honest-1 Auto care . This guy is taken care of me.

My son had taken his car to Honest-1 Auto Care and was very happy with his experience. When it was going to take over a month to get into the Kia dealership I decided to give them a try myself. They got me in right away, service was quick and done right and price was very reasonable- I did use one of their coupons. Huge plus is how friendly everyone was. It's so rare these days to receive such friendly service. I will definitely be back.

Brought my car in to get brake pads/rotors checked as I was hearing issues. They did a thorough check and laid out exactly what issues I was having. The also listed off other items that would require my attention, and even ordering them by priority. I didn't feel jacked around, in fact quite the opposite. The gentleman, Luke, that I spoke with on the phone several times (probably 8 occasions in a matter of 2 days) was very friendly and genuine. Customer for life!

Brought car in for engine light. Cost 550.00 for spark plugs. Light came on again they said they switch around something . Light came on again. Problem not resolved.Gave me estimate for brakes and 1 caliper for 1600.00 . Took car to another mechanic. Price for same service 550.00. The second mechanic made me aware that honest had left the cover off of the engine. Had to go back to the shop to retrieve the cover.They were nice but I lost faith and trust in there ability to do work correctly and do it at a fair price. TOO EXPENSIVE!Services: Engine repair, Brakes

I came in to have my oil changed and brakes checked. Oil change price was very reasonable! And I ended up not needing my brakes changed- they told me it wasn't quite necessary and why, and I appreciate that! They worked my car into the schedule quickly and that was also helpful! This place is a blessing! Customer service is amazing! They were extremely understanding of a limited budget and didn't try to get me to pay for any services that weren't "urgent". They took the time to thoroughly explain what is going on with my vehicle and helped lay out a plan to address one issue at a time, as I can afford it. This was the least stressed out that I have ever felt about car trouble. As if that wasn't already enough to win me over as a customer, they have a free shuttle service and took me to work after I dropped my car off.

Their name is not just a marketing ploy. We were on a trip and our Honda Odyssey began to have a shake when accelerating. We called right at 7am when they opened and kammie said to come right over and they would try to work us in right away. By 8 am they had the problem diagnosed and the moment I agreed to the service they had the parts in the way. The van was on the lift by 9:20 am. The waiting room was super comfortable with free cold beverages and a super clean bathroom. They even had a box of tissues in the waiting room. They gave me back the cost of the inspection since I used their service and they had me back on the road by 11am.

I have now taken 2 different cars to Honest Auto Loveland over the years. This morning at 7:15am, I show up without an appointment to have them look at my car as my check engine light came on over the weekend. Was nervous as I knew it was a holiday week, and I needed my car. They took my car in right away, had it for almost an hour, told me all appeared good, and felt comfortable clearing the code. Shared with me why they felt the light came on and to come back if I had any other issues. And NO CHARGE. I have found them to be honest, dependable and very timely. On previous repairs my car has been complete prior to the estimated return time quoted to me. Highly recommend them!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I used Honest 1 because of their reviews and I was very happy with the services rendered. They diagnosed my battery problem and wheel bearing issue quickly and communicated pricing before work began. I found my repair shop for years to come. This is the only auto shop I've ever been to where I felt comfortable. At most auto shops, I get weird looks or glares, and the mechanics often throw confusing jargon at me and try to overcharge. But the folks at Honest-1 are always so sweet and kind, and have even gone out of their way to show me exactly what is wrong and the repair it'll need, so I fully understand what I'm paying for.The customer service is excellent! On three occasions I've needed a ride either from the auto shop or from home, and both times Honest-1 either called me an Uber (for no extra charge) or one of the workers (and even the owner herself most recently) has offered me a ride.I've already been recommending this place to my fellow queer friends and acquaintances. Experiencing hostility at auto shops is an everyday occurrence for folks like us, so finding a place that is friendly and so accommodating is such a blessing.And they always have free snacks and sodas in the waiting room! Honest-1 is absolutely worth the 20 min drive from my house.
