Elsen's Autohaus quickly diagnosed and repaired our BMWX3 at a great price. Both John and John Jr. were both great communicators and completed the work quicker than we anticipated. Now we feel confident driving this 19 year old car many more worry free miles.

My car had a great deal of issues and they were able to fix all of them. I brought it home quieter then when I first purchased it. It drives beautifully now. It s a 2006 BMW X5 4.4I

I have taken my BMW X5 and my dad has taken his X3 here for many years. John and John Jr are as fair as they come. They will not take advantage of those with lesser knowledge about their vehicles (ie when, if, how something should be done). I expect to be bringing my business here for many years to come and have referred everyone I can with BMWs.

I been in this business for along time and it's hard to find people who know what to do and how to do it. First, presentation is the key to being a business owner. Their office is always clean and feels like home. Second, John Sr and John Jr are great people. They make you feel welcome to talk to them and there no bull or beating around the bush. They will tell you what the problem is 95% of the time before they put there hands on it. Their pricing is very reasonable for the high quality work and service they provide - from regular maintenance to full repairs. I also know that the owner values his employees because he selected and has kept mechanics that are experts in their field. This is especially important to customers that need auto repair for import, performance vehicles. You don't get all of that at any other place I have been to.Highly recommend Elsen's for all of your BMW repair and service!

Elsen s has been keeping my 2011 335ix on the road since 2017. I can t recommend them enough. Head and shoulders above dealer service. They are great at seeing issues coming down the road. They ve kept me confident in the reliability of my vehicle even at 150,000 miles. These guys are the best at what they do!

Outstanding BMW shop:1) Excellent value: I've shopped around and could not find better prices for BMW labor or parts2) Unusually honest and upfront: John Elsen showed me a great deal of respect by being absolutely honest and reasonable while figuring out how he could accommodate my budget while doing the most work possible. He also provided an honest assessment of which repairs are critical vs which repairs can be safely postponed.3) Personable customer service: Employees/Owner were all very pleasant and easy to work with. This too is rare from my experience.

Strictly business, well known and straight forward. Dealt with owners (father & son)as advisors for my BMW 328ix. they brought me up to snuff on current and future needs on my car as well as other requests I had. Prompt, courteous service at reasonable rates. Worth the drive and recommending.

Excellent service, family owned and operated and great guys to deal with. While the dealer wanted over a thousand for some simple repairs, Elsen's did it for a fraction of that. This is now my go-to service center for both my X5 and M235i.

Take your BMW to these guys!! Great service. I can't afford BMW's so I do most of the work myself to allow owning the car. They have helped tons and their prices are great. Very knowledgeable!! Thanks guys
