Going above and beyond in all areas. I didn t realize when I called the night before that when I was told to come in at 8:30 it was before their actual opening time. I got to spend some time with Greg, the owner. He is a true class act. He gave me confidence that he takes pride in and will stand behind his work. He was great to talk to, and let me out the door at a MUCH lower cost than I d imagined. Glad I took my car there to get it back in shape before turning over to my son.

After backing into a tree (duh!), I went to see Greg at Collision & Customs. The service, friendliness, and finished product was truly outstanding. So glad to get my truck back looking good as new. Greg worked with my insurance making this an easy and painless experience for me. I highly recommend C&C for all your auto body needs.

Our family has been going to Greg at C&C for over 20 years now for all of our automotive needs. Greg and his team have always treated us great, taken care of our automobiles with quick and informative service, and always offered a fair and reasonable price. Would recommend C&C to anyone needing automotive service and will continue to use them for any of my needs.Most recently, I dropped off an old truck I just purchased which needed some exhaust and fuel system repairs. Not only was it completed within a couple days of dropping the truck off, it was very affordable and offered an excellent warrantySide note - Greg will work with your insurance company to make sure that any repairs you may need will cost you the fewest amount of $ out of your own pocketService: Exhaust

Greg has done collision insurance work twice for me in the past few months. High-quality work, and staying within the insurance estimate. He noticed something wrong with the rear bumper he had worked on, so had me bring it back and re-did it on his dime. You don't find that anymore!

***SEE UPDATE BELOW*** Greg and Nicole are simply amazing. Having never met these delightful people in person, Greg offered to drive from OH to NY to pick up my wrecked car! I live in Colorado and bought a 2011 Lexus ISF at auction. Who brings this level of generosity? Or willingness to go above and beyond, but FAR above beyond?!?What business in this day in age does this? Incredible. They fetched my car from the auction house and drive home in a blizzard. I can't wait to see the quality of work they bring to my vehicle! Cheers to Greg and Nicole for their efforts.***PROJECT UPDATE*** let's just say I left a premature review. I had frequent cordial chats with Greg from when he picked up the car... hopefully encouraging him to get started with this project. Weeks turned into months.Discussions for a July finish time was hopeful. Then September. We agreed to and set a deadline in October and traveled from Colorado to Ohio. We bought one-way airline tickets and took our family of five to see some sights and pick up the car. Upon arrival the car was nowhere near completion. Thankfully tickets were affordable and we flew home.It took another month for the car to get "done" and I and a friend to flew out to retrieve the car. Upon arrival, it looked good in the dark! Color change was great. They disassembled the car to make it look like it was sprayed from the factory the new color. At first glance it looked great! The car ran perfectly and straight down the road. We got it home, however, and the story changed when looked at more closely in the daylight.There were two places where the finished paint had runs. Two other places where he got too aggressive with the color sanding got into the sheetmetal or fiberglass. The front passenger frame rail was pushed over a full inch into the engine bay. The lower rail in the driver's side was half inch off. The radiator support and related elements were welded in the wrong spot. In the rear, the back bumper cover didn't seat properly. I took it to two different shops to have it corrected, but the rear portion that had been replaced was installed/welded 1/4 in the wrong spot.There should have been some level of quality check. Someone should have seen the back panel wasn't installed properly and gotten it all straightened out before paint.I emailed Greg as I learned about these issues with no response.After spending ~$13k just on the vehicle repair and six months of wait time, I'd expect better quality. I should have dragged the car home myself and had it repaired with people I know do quality work the first time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My experience with this business has been horrible. First off, every call I place to their office is missed, and it's 50/50 if it ever gets returned. When I finally did get in touch with them and was able to schedule an appointment, no one was there when I went to drop my car off. I had tried calling earlier in the day to see if I could drop off the key, but of course heard nothing back. I called back when I arrived, and knocked on the door for a while, but no one was inside. I've called back a few times since, and never get an answer. Looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Greg & Nicole stand behind their work. Had a fender painted over 2 years ago that developed a blemish in the paint and they handled the repair no questions asked. You can't find a better place for all your repair needs! They are honest people and do the job right! I would NEVER consider going any where else. It's worth the drive to have peace of mind that my vehicle was done right!
