Cody did a recent install and tune for me. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything and is an excellent teacher. His work is great and I highly recommend him. He spent a good deal of time straightening out the tuning on my system, correcting the time alignment and over all sound quality. I still have more that I would like to get done and I look forward to working with him again.

I would rate them 6 stars if I could. The attention to detail and above and beyond standards that Cody and his team provide are second to none. From a consultation trying to understand my goals to an execution that was well beyond them, these guys really care about their work. Little details protecting your car during install and creating 3-D printed items to make things look factory are the little touches that they make standard. I wasn t aware of them before this, but I m looking forward to working with them again and sending all my friends and family their way.

I called first to inquire about remote starters for an older car that I purchased. I was very specific in stating that the vehicle DOES NOT HAVE a trunk release inside of the vehicle, only in the trunk. I was also very clear in stating that I DO NOT HAVE a key fob for the vehicle as well. The young man on the phone told me no problem we have the remote starter that can unlock/lock, start and open the trunk.I dropped off the vehicle and left it there overnight. The work was completed the next day. I received an invoice via email.I arrived at the business and ask why didn t I receive a phone call. The young man states that my number wasn t in the computer!The invoice is paid and the young man shows me how to work the remote starter.I instantly ask about the TRUNK! The young man gives me a story about the booking online- I said that is correct! I booked online with your team assisting me on the phone.No trunk opener was on the fob.The young man states that I can bring the vehicle back in a week- today 3/22/24I arrive and another gentleman states that they cannot install the 4 way remote starter!WHAT??? So no phone call or NOTHING!!I was actually considering letting this business install my dash cams and new stereo system for my Wrangler-NO WAY!!!!THE COMMUNICATION AND COSTUMER SERVICE SUCKS! Never AGAIN!

My experience in dealing with Cody and Cincy Security and Sound has been nothing short of Top Shelf. Cody's work on my truck has been exceptional. His customer service is great, along with his products and he stands behind his work. This is the only place my truck will go for any Security , Sound, or electrical needs. Thank You Cody!

I got my remote start installed a month ago here and love the product so far. Great customer service, they patiently explained different types/levels of products they had and didn t oversell stuff you don t need, which is what I really liked. 100% recommend!

Brought in my Jeep Wrangler to get remote start added, alpine sound system upgrade and a back up camera. Cody explained the whole process and made it super easy. 100% recommend.

I couldn't be happier with choosing Cincy Security and Sound to upgrade the head unit on my car. From the 1st time I stopped by to the pick-up after my install, the whole crew was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions; their customer service is top notch, even to someone getting a routine head unit install. I'll definitely be back for any future car audio needs.

I just want to say that these are some of the nicest and most professional people I ve worked with. You don t really come across people who care about their craft, but when you do, they are truly artisans. They did excellent work on my car, and when I get another, I will be paying them a visit. It took them an extra day to finish my car up, and while it was inconvenient for me, I was happy for the delay, because I want them to do it right. This is the place right here. Stop your search and call them because you ve already found the best. I don t leave reviews often, and it took me months to finally post this, but I m already happy to drive the car I have, and the audio system is the icing on the cake.

I had a stereo installed in a 1998 corvette here . Just wanted to say these guys did an awesome job on the install, but what impressed me more was the customer service you get before and after a job . I will definitely highly recommend and will be back to have more work done . Thanks !

Cody is very knowledgeable about the products he installs and is available afterwards if you encounter any issues.He walked me through a phone call and guided me on troubleshooting my remote starter he installed 8 months ago that wasn t working.He came to the conclusion based on the steps we walked through over the phone that the issue was a weak car battery and not the starter, but also said if that turned out not to be the case to bring it in so he could find the issue ..I had it checked at the mechanic and Cody was correct about my battery , and probably saved me from being stranded somewhere since my vehicle wasn t yet giving any other warnings of a bad battery.Everything works flawlessly again now that I had a new battery installed.Will now definitely be getting my other two vehicles remote starters installed by him before winter hits.Excellent customer support at this establishment.

I recently stopped in because the infotainment system in my teenage son s car stopped working when he attempted an update. Kings Ford told me I needed to replace it. I stopped by Cincy Security and Sound, and the two guys there helped me to troubleshoot the issue and my son and I were able to get it working again from their advice. They were super knowledgeable and professional and saved me the $1600 Ford said I would need to spend to get it working again. I will definitely go back when we are ready to upgrade to an aftermarket system and will recommend them to everyone I know. I was really impressed by the level of service.

After finding Cody on Google and stopping by for a chat to improve the sound system in my truck, Cody came up with an amazing plan for my system. I relied on many of his suggestions as he knows his stuff and definitely didn't try to sell me the most expensive options. I am very obsessed with quality workmanship and neatness, after seeing some of Cody's work, I knew he was the person I wanted doing my install and WOW did he exceed my expectation. Every detail was perfect and his work exceeded my expectations and my new system is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Cody! You will not be disappointed.

Well my truck was broken into and my stereo ripped out of my truck. It was returned to me in parts. Cody and his guys reassembled it. They did a great job. Every time I have them do work for me I am impressed

My pristine 2008 4Runner was lacking modern audio and camera capability. Yesterday, the team at CSS installed the Sony AX-4000 and I could not be more pleased. The install was clean and professional and, I am very satisfied with the equipment that they specified. CSS is definitely a first class outfit.

Cincy Security and Sound is a top notch company. I recently had an upgraded radio/multimedia unit and a backup camera installed in my Jeep Wrangler. From the start Cody was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I explained to him generally what i was looking to do and he took me through all my different options including cost and timing. Based on his input I was able to quickly decide which setup I wanted. He drew up and estimate and we set up an appointment for them to do the work. It turned out the radio I wanted was no longer being produced and the new upgraded model of it was more expensive. Cody said that was their problem not mine and honored the original estimate. The installation was done quickly and VERY professionally. They even programed my new radio with all the preset stations that I had on my old radio!! Cody and his staff were all very friendly and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with my whole experience!!!

Cody was great and takes pride in his installation! I needed a new remote start, my old one was 5 years old. Cody got me an appointment right away. Not only did he do a terrific installation, he fixed the messy wiring the last installer had done. Cody also took the time to explain the product being installed and made sure I knew how to use the different remote control options. I love my new remote start. Thank you so much!!!

The crew did a great job, adding android auto/apple car play to my 2016 BMW 535. Also the sound of the new Sony stereo in my Z4 sounds amazing. All of the steering controls work as well. Thank you!

Very honest and direct about what would be the best options for your goals and price range. They will not try to upsell you on a bad idea and will lay out the pros/cons for options on your budget.

I had Cody put in a remote start for my truck that I leased and I have never had better customer service or a person go above and beyond to make sure I got my vehicle back in a timely manner. He takes calls after hours and kept his shop opened until I got there to pick it up. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you for taking the time to explain how everything worked for this old lady. That means a lot to people.

Bought a car with an aftermarket remote start and security device installed, and had a bunch of electrical issues. Brought it here to have those devices removed and wiring returned to factory standard. Jason was the tech who worked on my car, and did an excellent job. Cody was who I mostly spoke to. These guys are rock stars. Great communication and great work.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Cody and his team did an amazing job helping with a sub speaker for our truck. He even helped get it installed quicker than normal so I could surprise my husband. Very good communication and great to work with. We highly recommend and will be using them again.

Cody is the man..and his team is great too!! CSS offers the best customer service around. They are knowledgeable, with top knotch work and excellent attention to detail...hands down!! I've always had custom sound systems installed in my vehicles, but he does the absolute best work I've ever encountered. Everything looks clean, sounds crisp, and exceeds my expectations. Thanks Cody for taking the time to do it right down to the last detail! I'll never take my vehicles to anyone else!!

Cody has done several projects for my vehicles. The quality of work he does is second to none. His attention to detail is exemplary. I couldn't be happier with the work he is done for me. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Superior quality of work and exceptional customer service. Cody kept me informed every step of the way and when the work was completed, the final invoice was less than quoted. The shop is immaculate and, as a woman, I was not intimidated going into the shop unlike when I go to other auto service providers. When I arrived to pick up my car, every surface that could have possibly gotten dirty during the installation was covered and the car was spotless when I left. I very seldom leave online reviews... the quality of work, customer service and professionalism is impressive.

Cody and his crew do top notch work, all of the wiring is wrapped with high quality material, tucked away nicely and looks OEM. Cody was very thorough with his install, he communicated with me during the whole process via text & email. He was happy to answer any questions I had and was very open to any input I had.They even cleaned up some wiring from the dash cam I installed myself!This is the only place I will take my car for future custom fabrication and installs.Thanks again!

I was looking to have a remote start, and back up camera installed for my wife. I meet with Cincy security and sound so they could understand my needs. They did an outstanding job installing the alpine restyle, remote start , and alpine backup camera. Very professional and easy to work with, and are determined to have happy, and satisfied customer! Cincy Security and Sound just installed last week a remote starter. Service exceeded all expectations! They were friendly when I called to make my decision, confirmed my appointment and coordination for dropoff & pickup, helped guide me with equipment after installation, and was overall friendly! I highly recommend them! I will be going back here when I get a new car in the future!Update December 2022. My car with my remote starter got totalled last year and got a new car. I went back to Cincy Security and Sound and got a new remote starter. Once again, they did a very professional job and had great customer service. If you want it done right and with professional courtesy, this is the place to go. Thanks once again!
