Friendly and so courteous! On a cold windy day, they brought our vehicle up to the door with the heat turned on! And did it again the next day when we took our second vehicle in for an oil change. Their coupons are great too! We got $50 off of a $500 job, and a free oil change the next day too ($69 off)! Our cars are thoroughly checked with every visit & well maintained at CBA. Highly recommend them. We can see why they re award winners.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. To finally have an honest company in this industry is so refreshing. I made the mistake of taking my car to a different automotive shop, only to have them tell me I had thousands of dollars in repairs and maintenance. As a woman, I felt they profiled me and took advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars which I did not appreciate. Immediately took my car to C Bros for a second opinion and they not only saved me a ton of money but were unable to find the damages that the other automotive shop was claiming I had. The customer service was amazing, honest, transparent, friendly, the list goes on. I will only be taking my car to Christian Brothers from now on. Highly recommend you to do the same!

I am not happy with their estimate. Declined the work. Took it to my old shop. They recommended another approach (same diagnosis) that does not cost $4.4K. Also old mechanic said that the car is drivable until the CC is replaced. I feel very taken advantage of. The car will get fully replaced Catalytic Converters after Christmas by my old mechanic for a total of only $1.6k. Should have never changed mechanics. I did not tell my old mechanic the price Christian Brothers quoted me for both banks 1 and 2. Christian Brother prices are like car dealership prices. Do not recommend.

I am new to the Cincinnati area and (naturally) this is when my car's AC stopped blowing cold air. I called Christian Brothers and was told to bring my car in the next day. All the staff were so helpful, particularly Jason, in explaining what the problem was, and how much it would cost to fix it. The price was very fair and they even loaned me their company truck (free!) so I didn't need to rent a car or take an Uber to work.The front office was decorated beautifully for an auto repair business and the customer service was just as warm and welcoming. My car was repaired the same day and I was advised that if the problem recurred, I should bring it back in because they put a dye in the AC system to locate a potential leak.I highly recommend this business; I can't remember having such an enjoyable experience with an auto repair business!Service: A/C installation & repair

I took my Jeep Wrangler here for some maintenance. I was able to drop it off in the evening after work, they called the next morning and explained everything that needed to be done and also sent me an itemized email and text message. They were not pushy at all but very detailed and helpful. They had to order parts but they came in same day and I was able to pick up up my vehicle later that evening. Highly recommend Christian Brothers for any car maintenance. They even called to follow up and make sure everything was running well. It s hard to find an honest place to take your vehicle but this is the place to go!

I haven't done business with these guys yet but I called them & asked about tire prices and they wasn't very helpful. This was surprising because of their name I would've thought they would be more caring & considerate. I will give them a proper review after doing business with them.

Looks like no free oil change as promised disappointed but expected mgr hid after I mentioned it was offered to me also out of my way not going to get humiliated again doesn't feel good

My family will be traveling a lot this summer and Christian Brother's was able to take care of some major work on our car. There was no pressure by them, they listed everything that could be done and explained each one to me in order of importance based on their experience. They were great to work with and would highly recommend them.

I used this Ohio automotive center because of a pressing maintenance need, a local family recommendation, and also because I use another Christian Brothers automotive in Florida. I got the same top-notch service as usual. Very pleased with the service work and the staff.

I was very impressed with Christian Brothers Automotive. They got me in and done the same day I brought my car to them, gave me a courtesy vehicle to use, sent a very detailed inspection report and estimate with photos, and accept the Costco discount! I will definitely continue to use their services!

We weren t sure what our old high mileage car needed fixed when it began making noises. Christian Brothers diagnosed several things that needed attention and helped us to prioritize the work. Ball joints and axle were replaced. They were professional, polite, accommodating and we trusted them. Work was finished on time and communication was good. The gentlemen who work here all seem very nice, and I would have LOVED to be able to use them, but their labor rate is $200 an hour! We were also quoted $1,500 for a part that we could buy directly from the volkswagon dealer (or anywhere else) for $200 OR LESS .The part was an oil feed / return line kit. The car just needed a new turbo but we couldn't afford the $5,000 they quoted so we took it to Honest One Care in Loveland who is changing the turbo for $2,200.

They are very friendly but also very overpriced and more interested in the money instead of what s best for the customer.I came in for brakes and rotors and they gave me a list of things to be fixed that cost more than the car itself. It just rubbed me the wrong way that they recommended almost 9k worth of work instead of recommending that I use that money for a new vehicle.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

The lobby was VERY clean and comfortable. To my surprise and delight, they were able to get me in the same day for a quick alignment. Took about a hour, which is an appropriate amount of time. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Pricing was appropriate as well. Recommended.

Pleased with the customer service at this store. We brought our car to this location after experiencing issues following brake repair at an Indiana CB store. We arrived in town for the weekend and knew our brakes weren't right. We thought we'd have to leave it behind and return to Indiana while it was being repaired, but they were able to inspect, diagnose, and repair the work right away when we arrived on Friday afternoon of the holiday weekend. Our car was ready by COB and safe to drive again on the highways and hills of Cincy. Thank you!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

The staff was very friendly and they were able to get it done basically the same day dropped it off Add 5 o'clock the day before and was done almost by 2 o'clock the next day. Price was good and was happy to find out that I only had to replace half of my brakes not the front and back. 8-5-23 update: still fantastic with each vehicle I have taken to them. Highly recommend!I was looking for a mechanic and their Google reviews were the best around. You don't see over 4.5 stars for maintenance shops these days.You can schedule a reservation online which is great and make the process much faster. you explain all that is going on and click confirm. Then they will call you to confirm everything and ask if you need a loaner car (which they have 1 and let us use for a day).The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. They discuss options with you, send you a quote, send you pictures of the items that need replacing, then call you to follow up.Their customer service is the best around. They want to make sure you are completed satisfied and it starts with an excellent system they have in place from the initial schedule, during, and after you have paid and picked up your car. Professional, Friendly, Courteous, Helpful, detail oriented.They have outstanding service. If they said my pleasure, i would have thought I was at Chick-Fil-A! haha! Great bunch of guys working there and I would highly recommend

Very nice staff. I appreciate that they close at 6pm weekdays and are closed on weekends. Good work life balance for their employees.Pros: Free shuttle service so I didn't have to sit there. My truck is aligned. My tires are balanced and rotated. Fair prices. Good people.Con: I dropped off my truck for an alignment. It was done properly, but I had a hard pull to the left after the alignment due to tire wear. I'd have expected that to be caught with a post alignment drive. So I had to go back the following day. That is wasn't caught and that I had to go back is why 4 stars not 5. They moved tires around and that mostly fixed the pull. Still tracks a bit left but I accept that is a tire issue and they did do the alignment correctly.I will check with them when I decide to get new tires or if I need additional service.PS: Check their website for coupons. I checked but forgot to print the $10 off coupon. Shucks.
