Love my alternators never had an issue with them and the customer service they have is amazing .I recommend anyone who needs an alternator to get with Tom Jordan or Mike thanks guys keep up the great work

1st, I do not ever write reviews because generally speaking, I don't believe in them. There are too many sponsored reviews and fakes out there. I am an incredibly demanding client who has ZERO patience for incompetence.My experience with Tom and his people has compelled me to write a review. So believe me when I tell you that these guys have been giving me excellent long lasting perfect service since I was in high school back in early 2000s. I have bought 4 separate custom alternators, And only just recently had a issue with one. 1st time in 4 vehicles.We had 2 discussions on the phone, And within 4 days I had a brand new regulator shipped to my mechanic. They took into consideration my loyalty and did not charge me for the part even though technically it was probably out of warranty. I have always sung their praises, but even more so now.Experiences with high quality independent contractors are rare to come out positive. Heavy duty built alternators. Tom was very helpful throughout the entire process, and whenever I had a question he had an answer immediately! Highly recommend!

Tom and his crew are always professional. He has unmatched experience and knowledge that you won't find online. Been doing business with Tom since 1995. Only one with an alternator dyno machine. Keep up the good work Tom !!

I am in the business of towing automobiles in the Columbus area and when I need any Hi Amp alternators or brackets these are my go to guys. Tom and Russell are extremely knowledgeable and always very helpful to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your vehicle charging needs.

Used to be the best place to buy alternator I don t know if the company had changed hands or what but I bought 1 wire alternator wasn t working properly had it sent back they said they tested it and it was good got it back alternator doing is that same thing and not charging the system I upgraded my alternator wire as told to a 2 gauge wire I drive truck so I ve been on the road for a while I took the alternator for a year hadn t tried it since they supposed to add tested it alternators still doing the same thing I really like this place I hope they see my reviews and contact me about this situation

I have 2 of their 275x alternators and they dyno at over 320 amps . Super impressive customer service. The original car audio alternator brand . So many years of experience I wouldn't trust anyone else .

I called in On the 16th of November,and its the 23rd of January,and i still haven't recieved my alternator.The gentleman who owns the place helped me with assistance on saving some money on batteries,but I called in at least 6 times,and i was continually promised that my order would ship in a few days,and it never happened.My friends said that they are the way to go,but I contacted Apex,and they got right on it.Sorry we couldn't come to an agreement.I will definitely be calling them tomorrow to cancel that order so im not charged

Bought 2 ohio generators through my local audio shop AMS. First one was ok for the 8 months I had the car, died 6 months later on the buddy who bought the car. Second one lasted 2 years before it shorted out my entire car with a voltage spike.

Awesome service was looking for 4 months for a alt for my 13 vw jetta wagon nobody had one called ohio generator told me he had 3 In stock having one shipped out next week, thank you Tom for all your information and help I would recommend this company to anyone
