if i could give negative stars i would. i took my car into this garage to have a diff replacement, i brought my own parts and asked them if they needed to replace anything just to give me a call. i was only quoted $250-$300 from the owner of this establishment. not once in the two days it was there did they call me to let me know they were going over budget or even ordering new parts. when it came time to pick it up i ended up paying $560, $260 over the quote they gave me. when i first started the car up it had a new abs light on and the e-brake light stayed on. i took it back in there to see what they messed up they told me i would have to pay more money to them to fix what they messed up. overall just in the same place i was before i took it there. -100/10, never go to this garage to get your car fixed. Terribly customer service, not to mention that they ll take the easiest/cheapest way out of a problem so they can make a quick dollar.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car to Gearheads Garage yesterday to get the ac compressor, serpentine belt and struts and sway bars and links done. Sorry I don't speak mechanic, lol. I was more than pleased when I got it back, same day and it rides like a dream. They've also replaced my transmission. I think I've been with Scott for at least 10 yrs and I've always recommended him but never left a review. Scott has always been more than fair and a complete gentlemen. Ladies, you know those mechanics. The ones that try to rip you off because you don't know cars, so you have to go thru the hassle of price checking every job they do. The ones that talk to you like your blonde or the ones that speak to the guy friend you have with you instead of you, even though you own and are paying for the car. You will find no such thing with Scott and his crew. Scott and Aaron will always make good recommendations and treat you right. I will NEVER take my vehicles anywhere else so long as Scott at gearheads garage in Louisville Ohio is open. These men are honest, caring hardworking men and they are 5 star. Lil hidden gem was recommended by advanced auto parts tech that scanned my car for a check engine light. They had me bring in my car right away and only had it awhile and fixed everything and then reminded me I was due for an oil change and did that as well. Great honest explanation of what was wrong and was was needed to fix it. Super friendly staff! Props to the girl at the counter too!Services: Engine repair, Oil change

I went and got tires they looked at him and said Hi how you doing and he looked at me smiled and said come on in and we'll fix you right up A friend told me about it and I Have wit to them ever since they are now best friends in the garage area in my life. Would like to say thank you to all of them

Great place, always my go-to for car repairs. They're very upfront about everything & super friendly. Have to book in advance because they tend to fill up quickly, since they do great work. Would recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to Gearheads for quite a while, and recommend everyone to them. Scott is one of the most honest and fair gentlemen I've ever met. He truly likes what he does, and blesses others with his gifted talents. I've never been surprised or taken advantage of and truly appreciate that honesty! Scott is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. I bought a Honda from him six years ago. And even though I bought it as is and had some issues and he made them right. Since then nobody else works on my vehicles.

Scott at Gearheads is consistently fair with pricing and shows the highest integrity in doing business. We take both our personal and business vehicles to Gearheads for routine maintenance and trouble-shooting and have yet to be disappointed. We always leave smiling and will continue to make this our "go-to" service center. On a side note, previous reviews stated Scott's prices were over-inflated, but on the contrary, his prices line up with the true cost of materials and his labor is cheaper.

Staff was polite nice but none of the jobs ever got done properly and when it came to re fixing it or making it right I kept getting put off for very long periods of time still have problems with the vehicles that they fixed don't suggest taking anything there rustic simple brakes shocks things of that nature

Didn't fix the problem on one vehicle after charging so have to take it back the other vehicle fix the problem but cause another problem so I had to take it back They fixed it for free.

Went in for a few different reasons. Everything I went in for went horribly wrong after 3 months. Needless to say I was pissed.
