These guys are absolutely top notch I had a emergency and 4 other shops turned me away not these guys they said it may not be fast but we will take care of you they handled the task in under 10 min if that s not fast idk what is. They gave me recommendations and where truly some of the best in the field Iv ever dealt with to say the least I found my new shop for all my car needs and I highly recommend this place to anyone needing services on their vehicles. A+ all the way around from management to the techs to the accommodations for customers. Look no farther your vehicle will thank you thank you again everyone that took care of me.

Update:It is with great disappointment that I must advise others to stay away from this particular auto repair shop. Despite paying $8,000 in insurance payments, my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I first brought it in.Regrettably, the shop was primarily focused on the cosmetic aspects of the car rather than ensuring it was safe to drive. This negligence led to the vehicle's frame failing just four months after it was deemed "safe" by the shop, and it ultimately had to be scrapped.To make matters worse, the shop was unable to source the appropriate parts for the car and provided poor-quality repairs that included using rebar to patch up the exhaust system.All in all, it seems the shop's main priority was to accumulate insurance payments without adequately addressing the underlying issues with my car. My family, my husband and I have had all of our vehicles worked on here. They are well priced and I've never had an issue with the work after it's left the shop. I'll actually be taking it back there on Wednesday to have some issues diagnosed and new tires put on. Everyone else wants at least a few hundred dollars more for LT tires.

We bought a car from Ted s but we live near Detroit so C & B went out of their way to evaluate the car prior to purchase at no charge to us. Definitely recommend their services.

Today tried to help me , went to take my car for 8 am appt wouldn't start called them told them AAA coming and they fit me in since battery was dead killed readings to find problem of 2 things I was taking it in for so they did o&l and said when lights come on again bring it in

C&B has always been good to me they do not try to up sell me on things I don t want or need and they understand people have budgets. Nick and Dave both run a really nice shop honestly I pretty much trust them with all of the vehicles I own they ve done brakes, struts, rotors, oil change, tires, alignment, transmission fluid and filter and all kinds of other work on my vehicles over the past 10 plus years I can t recommend them enough especially because I also have had parts fail that they installed and each time they have honored their warranty work and part with no questions asked. A great business to deal with. Had them install a lift kit on my truck. Price was great and so was the service. Had an issue with aftermarket TPMS and they took care of the issue with no problems. I went in because I noticed some possible leaking. I was afraid as always of being taken advantage of. They could have totally convinced me that I needed it entirely new transmission because that s what I thought I needed. However they said they said they found no leaks and topped off the fluid and only charge me less than $28. To me that indicates that this business maintains a higher standard of integrity and I would definitely come again.Service: Engine repair

These guys are wonderful! Not only are they BBB rated, they are great people. When I reached out to C&B to ask if they could do a vehicle pre-purchase inspection, they were able to do so at a moment's notice. The vehicle seller was really far away from me, though, so C&B offered to go see the vehicle on my behalf because they're in the same town. Amazingly accommodating, going above-and-beyond, and trustworthy. I would absolutely make C&B my mechanic in the Louisville area!

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant. they have always done a great job with all my vehicles. recently had them put tires on my wife's Audi and tires, oil change and Level kit on my truck. they are very fair with prices and also stayed a little later to finish my vehicle! i am very happy with the service provided!

I've always had a great experience here. Nick in service has always been great. He takes the time to listen to me describe the problem, gives me a quick idea of what it might be, and then works me into their schedule. After the tech looks at it he always patiently explains what the problem is and gives me options in terms of both price of parts and additional service he might recommend while it's here, but that could also wait a little while longer if I choose. I always feel like they take good care of me, I feel their prices are very fair, and I've not one time felt like they were ripping me off like most other shops do. Car repairs are never cheap but if I'm going to spend a bunch on money on something I NEED to have done, I would rather give it to people and a company that actually try to earn my business. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Stark County.UPDATE: I had another great experience at C&B this past week. I was beginning to have trouble with my vehicle and after self-diagnosing it as a failed part equating to a $400-500 repair, I stopped in to schedule an appointment. I told Nick about the problem and what I thought it was. Nick came outside and with a few sprays of WD-40 was able to fix my problem in less than 5 minutes and at no charge. He explained that my self diagnosis was (obviously) wrong and what the problem actually was. He also advised me to keep an eye on the part and to lubricate it again if the problem came back. I can't say enough good things about this place!

The lady that works the counter is very friendly and refreshing. The labor prices are on the high side. North Canton Collision has better pricing and service. I had control arms put on my vehicle along with sone other work. I found out one of the bolts weren't properly tighten and that if I had actually drove my car regularly my tire could have come off and caused me to have a major accident. I paid another licensed mechanic to fix the mistakes made by C&B and took my car back to have it realigned since their error had caused my alignment to mess up again. Due to this issue I still have a light on dealing with my tire system. So in addition to already over-paying for their service I am now paying to have their mistakes corrected. I have a great professional mechanic that guarantees the work at a much better rate and would recommend him and a few other places over C&B.

We have had several auto s worked on at C&B and all the repairs have been done well. The part I liked the best is that they called me as soon as the diagnosed the problem and then also when it was finished. They also had it finished when they had promised it. My son s car was a little late being finished because of a complication in some of his parts. I still give them high ratings because they kept him informed. This kind of customer service is missing from most other places I have used in the past.

Dave and Nick are the best technicians! They are honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They solve the problem and get it done quickly. Don't hesitate to take any vehicle there. You"ll be happy! If they can't fix it, it's not broke.

We have been going to C & B Body and Auto since 1989. We won't take our vehicles any where else unless we have to for recalls. They are very friendly and honest. They only do what needs to be done when you take the vehicle in for service. You won't be disappointed if you take your vehicle(s) here.

Well my first time there was this past week . I liked the service and the honesty . Wish i'd listened to folk long ago . When i can I intend to keep bringing our cars to c&b . i grew up on Bushes in north canton mainly cause grew up there . But my reason for change was its hard to get in at good garages .Well I think C&b won me over hopefully many years to come thanx to mike clayton recommending them should listened sooner .

This company attempted to replace my motor 3 times and each time the engine blew within a month and gave me trouble each time they replaced it, not only that but did not attend to other problems I discussed with them. Obviously unprofessional and unreliable seeing as after payment you're not guaranteed to drive farther than a hundred or so miles.

I had some body and paint work done on my Mustang Cobra after an accident a while back. After I had it back I had some issues of concern with the work done on it. After discussing the issues with Dave, the owner, he was more than willing fix any issues I had with the work done on my car. After recently getting the car back I am very pleased with the work Todd did on the car and C&B standing behind their work.

Wasted half a day with this place with an appt first thing in the morning. My vehicle sat outside for almost 5 hours until I realized I was not going to get any help and had to have my vehicle towed somewhere else. What was the point of the 8am appt if noone is going to even look at my vehicle until almost 1pm? Not sure.

Gave them several chances to do right. First vehicle they left a bungee cord and tools in the engine bay and tweeked the hood. I took them back and showed them what the mechanic did to the car. They offered to fix it, but I could go without a car, it was a beater anyway, and they wouldn t give me a loaner.Took another vehicle in for a check engine light, claimed it was low oil (wrong i just checked it when I dropped it off) then they did an oil change (I never asked for or authorized) and tried to charge me for it, changing the relatively new synthetic for conventional oil. They supposedly changed it back, but I didn t trust them so changed it again myself to be sure.Final straw, took vehicle in for new front struts, after getting it back my wife and son got caught in a sudden rain storm and almost got in a wreck. Seems they forgot to finish putting the wipers on. The nuts were not even finger tight, so the shafts moved, but not the wiper arms. Called and asked for the owner and told him about how every time I brought a vehicle it came back with faulty craftsmanship and how this last time almost caused them to wreck. He have heartedly said sorry. When I asked how he was going to make it right, he had no clue. (Maybe offer to fix the wipers!) I ended up doing that myself. Finally he Promised he d make it right. Never heard back, accept for the full bill for their incompetent work.
