I have always been very picky who works on my cars. I met Mike at a auto parts store when I was asking questions about my truck and he gave his advice. Couple hours later I called him and asked if he could look at my truck. Got me in same day!! Put all new front bearings and speed sensors in my truck. Great prices! Highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer.

Mike will take care of you. Not physically or emotionally of course..lol. Big Mike's is the ONLY shop I'll take my vehicles to. In this economy you can't afford to take your vehicle somewhere that's not going to shoot it to you straight. If it ain't broke don't fix it right? The owner of Big Mike's will never sacrifice affordable, honest, quality service for profits. I've taken my vehicles there for years.

Did a road call for me and solved issues and repaired my cascadia same day. Had me rolling before he left. Great work and much quicker, and cheaper, than any FYDA I have dealt with. Very satisfied customer!!

So happy with my service! Came to Michael because Midas told me I had everything wrong with my car, and deemed it unsafe. I had my car towed out to Big Mikes for a second opinion, where he gave me honesty and said that my car actually was in great shape, I just needed my exhaust fixed and rear struts. Midas also told me my tires were no good anymore, Mike checked them and rotated them for me as well. They are in great condition! I will always send my car to mike for everything!!! He is honest, puts in the work, and gets your car back to you in a very timely manner. I couldn t be happier with my service here. Mike took my F150 into his operating room and did such great work. Did some work to my wife s suv. We are none smokers and now it smells like an ash tray in it. Dirty hand prints all over the interior. Careless act of customers cars. Never be back.
