Needed two new tires with a tire rotation, the customer service guy Sam was so polite, knowledgeable and helpful! The price was very reasonable and I actually got good tires! He carried himself very well with ignoring rude unnecessary customers and stating facts and did it respectfully!

Went for an oil change & they were done in a reasonable amount of time & the price was the best price around. Highly recommend

Supposed to open at 7 am but nope, finally gets unlocked and opened at 7:20, all the garage guys just waiting for manager to unlock door. There to have an 8 month old tire replaced that I bought the roadside Hazzard for, so should have been a free replacement. Ofcourse none of those tires in stock, so in order to do it I have to replace another tire so there are 2 matching now, they wouldn't put 1 different tire on, I get that. So pay to replace an 8 month old tire and my "free" tire. So ofcourse time to check out and manager I dealt with is nowhere to be found they ring it up and I'm at $280! What? Eventually he comes back reduces the price to an acceptable amount and I leave 3 hours and 40 minutes later. Everytime I've ever been there it's just mass chaos. There was another lady there briefly same story but she decided to leave without getting her warranty tire replaced. I should have taken a picture of their "make sure to push extras" sign they had in the back!

Walmart stripped a stud on my car's front driver's side wheel. The store lacks the equipment and knowledge to fix their error so they cannot complete even the first tire rotation following purchase of the tires. Walmart shouldn't be selling or servicing tires. My cars will never be worked on in any Walmart anywhere ever again. I wasted an hour walking around the store during which they never called me to tell me they couldn't complete the tire rotation. The guy checking me in was helpful and nice but no where to set, just getting a replacement tire for one I previously bought it the Avon Walmart. I chose to come here since I had a flat tire and didnt want to drive far on the donut. First experience at this location. Simple oil change. Only a 45 minute wait which was pretty reasonable considering the location and it was a Saturday. No issues. Was in and out. Side note: while waiting a customer was outright rude, demanding, throwing a tantrum like a toddler and treating the technicians like dirt. They handled themselves with class. And deserve a metal!

I tried getting an oil change here. Instead they accidentally drained my transmission fluid and sent me on my way. My car was jolting and making noises so I immediately drove it back. It has taken 4 hours total so far today and I'm still waiting for my refund and claim information to file a damage claim.

Purchased 4 brand new tires a week ago. They messed up and my sensor is not detecting. I was told come back in and they would fix it immediately. I come in and I m told they can t. I would have to wait over 5 hours and no apology told it could be my fault etc. How is this a good business practice. Totally unacceptable, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car prior just needed new tires put on the car. I can t even believe this is how customers are treated.Service: Tires

On Nov 29 I ordered 4 tires for pick up. Dec 3 still don't have and no one knows where they are. Walmart put Kmart out of business and now they need to be put out of business due to poor customer service and lack of follow through. This is unacceptable! I can't even say they performed a service because I don't have my tires!! Oh, and they don't want to answer the phone! 3 phone calls at maximum ring time before they answered. NOT where this American is going to shop!Service: Tires

Went there at 7am to get tires .too busy made a appointment for 11 go there at 11 .haha there be two hour wait .i guess they dont under stand what appointment means.worst service i every had.

Daniel there is an absolute beast! I brought in my 2003 Camry with 175k miles on it with cloudy yellow headlights and he turned them into glass in an hour. Great place to go for an oil change or simple work if you have time to drop off your car.

Great service. Plus it affordable and they don't try to up sale you for things you don't even need. And or charge any extra nonsense fees that don't make sense. Plus while your waiting you can get everyday things you might need for the house as well. Thanks for being you Walmart.

Going to get a headlight fixed Was told it will be a lottle bit of wait. They pulled my car into the shop and I waited nearly 4 hours. For a headlight switch. They never asked me which bulb I want. They assumed I wanted the most expensive one . so I go to pay and its 28$ for ONE headlight. I said. Did they gige me the most expensive one. Hes like no they gave you the better one... So instead of having them take it out and put a new one in he let me pay 10$ not 18$ . Anyways I get into my car and see all the dirt they left in my car. Its ridiculous. I'm better off going to Elyria Wal-Mart than lorain. I didnt want to stero-type lorain Wal-Mart but they proved me right. Poor service, lack of commnication. Was ignored when I asked a question. Won't return for car service. Have to ask them politley to clean there mess if I do.

Horrible! Went for an oil change, well I was outside the garage watching the entire time, they took my car up on the lift an proceeded to take pictures of themselves in my car on the lift... Worst service I've ever received!! I'd recommend you not to go to Lorain Walmart!!

Horrible service. I showed up 5 different times just have tires put on and then I was going to just buy the tires and take them somewhere else to have done and they wouldn t even sell them to me ! Defiantly don t recommend you go here .

The store is a joke there nobody in this store who can test brand new battery I bought yesterday tell me come back when auto open it's 5 says aclose at 6 nobody here Walmart needs to open there eyes on how to propering run a store a manager should be able to handle any situation wht the hell they there for if they can't handle anything always lines got 1 line open no wonder everyone comes here to steal cause y'all dumb

They tell me they wasn't able to do high mileage oil change. Only one available was the $20 pit crew, but low and behold they have Castrol High Mileage oil on there shelf AND they have my oil filter in stock.

I went there for a oil change. Was second in line when store opened. Person in front of me was getting tires put on. I was told it would be a two hour wait for my oil change. Is there only one mechanic working there?

Luis was the guy that took my info for the oil change had an attitude like most people now days that don t want to work but want to get paid it was like me going getting the oil change on my car was a problem for him

The auto center needs to be aware when customers come in and not have customers waiting for more than 15 minutes even when they are not intending to complete anymore service for the night.

Terrible service...manager walked around not trying to help customers..just trying to look busy...brought tires in..already off the car..just needed new ones put on the rims...took over 2 hrs...never again.
