Love that they offer financing!! Especially this time of year when preventative maintenance needs done to your car but you may not have the money with the holidays fast approaching. Everyone is very friendly and glad they offer the shuttle service as I had to use it. Great service and great people!!

My mom and I have been going here to have our tires done before and they have always been very quick. We have been coming here for a while. Today I went in because I needed new tires. They had the tires I needed for the cheapest price I could find. They were quick as usual and had me out in no time.

My mom and I have had work done here before and they have always been all hands in We have been coming here for a while. Today I go in because I got hit and my exhaust was down and our insurance was going to cost us a fortune and they once again helped us out. The financing is amazing with all the different options.

These guys are so amazing! I am from about 2 hours away and I was near there in Sheffield Lake with family and I went to leave to go home. Noticed I have a very low tire pressure on back rear tire on drivers side. Mind you, I had went into a replace before I left home bcz of the SAME tire having a nail it. I was NOT happy. But, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a kind face and respect. He even showed empathy towards my situation. I drove around the building and the guys inside are .WOW! It is all I can say! They bust butt!!!!!!! They got me in/out so quick and friendly service and smiles! Literally I seen every man there smile at least once. Highly recommend to anyone!!!! Job well done!

I purchased a tire approximately month ago and it started going flat. I put air in it. It goes flat again seems to me and I'm no expert but tire should last longer than a month!? I will be visiting there tomorrow and hopefully they will make it right.more to come!

ALERT ALERT ALERT!! This is the worst place in Lorain!! Pieces of dirt n ripoff artists!! I bought 2 used tires and an alignment for $300! Lasted a whole 3 weeks!! This is what they gave me!!

Changed all of my sisters tires super quickly! We originally came for four, but one of the mechanics said one tire was in great condition so we got three. He definitely could have pulled one over on us but didn t! I d recommend this shop

This place rapped me charging me 200 $ extra for parts only I checked price in automotive shop I see all total for parts 390$ with tax but this place charge me 560$ and he is commercial shop he got this parts cheaper than this price maybe 300$ and ask me for 560$ never came back again

I've been coming here since they opened. And they haven't done me wrong in the prices. Everyone should come here if they wanna be taken care of. There is the option of several packages you can take advantage of to protect your tires and pockets from these lorain roads.

I've ALWAYS done my best to help promote this business!!!!! Gave good reviews, tagged my location, etc. But yesterday they really pissed me off!!!!! I had went there the day before because my van needs a blinker and brake light. Not something i can do since my van has been rear ended and i can't get the truck opened to access the panels. So we made plans for me to bring it back following day. I told them i needed to stay with van as i needed it for work etc etc. They said the different ways they could open it etc etc. I get there and I'm told i have to wait til they're done with cars in shop. I'm there at 9. There's 4 cars in shop. I said oh no that's not what we talked about yesterday. When can i bring it back to be looked at? Than I'm told to hold on, they are gonna do it. A guy comes, gets my van and pulls it in. I go to doorway. Waiting for him to park it. Another worker walks up and says excuse me. I'm thinking he's gonna walk past me so i say yeah go ahead. And he goes no! You can't stand in the door. I'm gonna close the door. I said well I'm waiting for him to come around my van so i can tell him a few things. The guys starts to point to a sign that says don't stand here and proceeds to close the door. I walk over to my van and start to explain to the mechanic what i know about why the door won't open. He gets a attitude and says that he'll have to try to figure it out. That he doesn't know how long it will take him etc etc. And starts to walk away. That's when i realized 2 things!!!!!! 1st, they ONLY brought my van in because i was going to leave! They wanted to shut the door so i wouldn't see that no one was working on my van!!!!!!! And 2nd the guy acted as if my van was a bother to him! Like he didn't wanna mess with it!!!!! So i told him just forget it!!!!!!! I'm done!!!!!! There has been a few times over the last 4 yrs my van wasn't fixed right and i had to take it back or I've sat there for a few hours because my van wasn't ready when promised, etc!!!!!!!! I always remained patient and respectful!!!!!!!!!! Held my tongue to many times!!!!!! The sign there says take care of your customers or someone else will! I saw that and said, enough is enough!!!!!!! Every year i do Snap with them for about 2 to 4k!!!!! Plus all my little in and out minor repairs like this one! Plus my other cars i take there!!!!!! So after this incident; i no longer support this business!!!!!!!!!!! And i already found someone else to take care of my van!I can't reply to the response from them, so here it is! If you watched the cameras, than share them here! Cause they most DEFINITELY say a different version than what you said!!!!!!!!! Secondly; i was told by the owner, the lady to bring my van at that time and TOLD her i couldn't leave it that i needed it done. That's how and why i was there at 9am!!!!!!!!!!!! And if the doorway is where you conduct business as you said; I'm business!!!!! I was standing there waiting for him to park the van so i wouldn't get hit or cause a distraction!!!!! So your story don't make any damn sense! Point is! I was a good customer!!!!!!!!! I was always pleasant and understanding! I never asked to be treated as royalty! Respect YES! I was told to bring my van at that time and y'all knew i had to wait for it!!!!!!!!!!! That's the whole conversation we had the day prior!!!!!!!! So good luck to you!!!!!
