Quick and efficient!! I was able to schedule my appointment online. The staff who interacted with me were friendly and informative. I had some concerns about my tires and they were able to give me an estimate on when they'd likely need to be rotated. I would certainly recommend!

I live in Euclid and drive over 40 mins to go to Pallens. I have been going there for over 8 years. 100% trust them. Great service and know they always look out for their customers.

I thought it was the alternator which would have cost more to repair. But Pallens determined it was the belt tensioner which cost less. Thanks Pallens saving me the money.

I must say that the employees at Pallens will take care of you. Isabel and Tomas are great!! They are truely heaven sent and are honest, reliable, and affordable mechanics. Being a military family and having lived in many different states and countries, I must say that it has always been a struggle to find a good mechanic (especially one that is consistently honest and reliable); however, at Pallens, we have not had that problem. They have taken care of us and thoroughly explained the issue we had with our truck. Fixed and done! What a blessing.My husband and I will definitely be giving them our service in the future:-)

I was so inspired with Isabel and her husband Thomas they were awesome in every aspect of the word they treated me like family and I m definitely referring and going back matter of fact this will be the ONLY place I will take my HEAVEN SENT! Love you guys!

Great professional service. Very knowledgeable mechanics very organized for repair shop. Wouldnt recommend going anywhere else. Does get busy so call ahead but worth to check out

My car broke down in Amherst. I dropped it off after hours, they made an accurate quote, were easy to work with, and were very honest about everything. I'm glad I broke down where I did.
