The owner is outstanding! Prices are very fair and he explains everything to you ! I've been to many shops in Lorain and they honestly take advantage of a female ! Took my vehicle, which happens to be my pride and joy, to Luis for some serious suspension work. By serious I mean a TOTAL rear suspension replacement. I learned of Luis thru my brother in law and a few other people. Everyone highly recommended I take my vehicle up there for him to check out. So I did and I was definitely not disappointed. Luis is an honest man and does honest work with honest prices. He will tell you what is wrong with the vehicle, the parts needed, the price for the parts and labor upfront. I am so glad I learned about Luis Auto Services. They did an AWESOME job on my car, given the headache of a situation I brought them. Got my car back and it's driving FLAWLESSLY and better than ever before! I am truly appreciative of Luis and the men he has working with him. They did a hell of a job on a BIG job and like I said, my car is driving better than ever! I HIGHLY recommend that if you are looking to have work done on your car take it to Luis and his boys first. I know I will be taking my vehicles to him ALWAYS after my experience with the shop. Thank you Luis and thank you to his workers for getting my baby back on the road! You guys are awesome! Went to this mechanic in march for a engine repair one of the mechanic named luis lies about what he did to the car went to dealership to for a sensor the mechanic said he put in they told me there was not even a sensor there and instead was plugged up with the connector cut.will not recommend anyone come to this liar of a mechanicService: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Luis will take care of you at a decent price. It may take a bit longer because he has a lot of customers but for the money you save, he's definitely worth the wait

The worst auto service period take months to get service and they rush to do your car and do a horrible job , I will never recommend anybody to go there.... never again !
