I wish this garage was located near me as I would never go to anyone else again. The owner is very kind, professional, and transparent with EXTREMELY fair pricing which is rare these days. I was traveling with my son and Greg was able to get us back on the road within a couple hours. The shop mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with my car in a way I could understand. This place is a hidden gem! I HIGHLY recommend Greg's Garage as being one of the best that I have had the pleasure of using in 50 years! Thanks so much....you truly saved the day!

In and out in a timely manner. Everyone is down to earth. He is more than fair on all his pricing, and the he is not money hungry. He is beating any shop you go to with quality and pricing!! My family and I have been taking our vehicles to White s for years. The guys always communicate what the cost will be before doing any work. They always have our vehicles finished up within the timeframe they give us when we drop them off. They always do great work. All at better prices than we ve found anywhere else. I am still pretty new to the area, and still learning the good and bad places to go. I typically work on my own vehicles, but don't have the time to right now. My boyfriend and I are tow truck operators, and on numerous occasions customers have had their vehicles towed to this shop. So, we decided to give them a shot. The owner is amazing. Very straight forward, and will tell you what NEEDS done. The first time I went in I asked for pads and rotors replaced all the way around. After getting my vehicle up on a lift he told me the fronts were fine, and only the backs needed replaced. The mechanics really know their stuff too. I have continued to go since. Highly recommend this shop.

We love Greg! He is rough around the edges but honest and fair. And will always help you out when you need it. You could take your car to a high end shop and get the full customer service experience but best believe you are paying for that! Most of us just want a fair price for our mechanical needs and Whites offers the best prices around!

Pretty rude, basically hung up on me before I could even explain the problem. Prices seem low but I gotta imagine the "you get what you pay for" rule applies here if the owner hangs up on potential customers

Claimed he replaced motor with no motor receipt kept car several times and replaced my motor with a bad motor and refused to make right. Had to spend another $2,400 at a reputable shop after spending all our money and 8 months without my vehicle. Attorney General after reviewing recommended that we take White's Brake and Wheel to Court. I would never recommended this shop as the other bad reviews and he is not BBB certified.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

GREAT PRICE on alignments. The techs fought with mine for over a hr just to get it right. Don't be afraid of the great prices. It is followed by quality work. Amazing deals on tires as well, beat quotes from everywhere I mean everywhere.

Whites auto was amazing had to take my car in for breaks the first time we went to them and my husband wasn t able to do it. I myself always hate going to car repair shops as they always try and sell you a bunch of services you don t really need, but not here he was honest and upfront even told me I could wait on my back brakes and just get fronts for now. The owner was pleasant and easy to talk to. We will be using them for all our vehicles needs!!!

Unprofessional management. Took the car in for an alignment and afterwards the wheel was crooked. I returned to have it looked at. The problem appears to be fixed but the shop was unable to provide a before / after printout of the specs on the job done (any other shop can provide this) and the owner used many expletives in regard to the printer. This made me feel really uncomfortable and even worse about the work that was done on my car. I wont be back.Just wanted to update this post with another example of the quality work they do here. At the same time I had a leaky tire repaired. They thought the issue was a bad tire seal so they just re-sealed it. The problem wasn't fixed. Another shop found that the issue was a nail in the tread less than few seconds of seeing the tire. It's beyond me how this was missed.

Called to get 2 cars aligned, told me to come in on a Saturday and I could get in without a problem. Once that Saturday came I was told I couldn t have my cars done until the following week.

My fiance's truck wasn't running right, sputtering and losing power, so we took it to White's to be looked at. It ended up being an issue with spark plugs and knock sensors. $518 later we get it fixed. The next day we start it up and notice clouds of white smoke coming out the exhaust and it was not running smooth, stalling out at lights. Take it back again, they say they drive it 40 miles and nothing happens and we get in the truck and it DOES IT AGAIN. the truck is burning oil and tons of smoke is coming from the exhaust and after a 5 minute drive from the shop to our house the check engine light comes on. Yet they "can't find anything wrong with it". The truck NEVER burned oil or blew smoke like that until after they "fixed it". Very very VERY unhappy with the work done at this shop. We decided to give it a chance even after my mother and a friend of mine both had bad experiences with them. So please don't put your vehicle in their hands unless you have money to blow on nothing.

Paid over $400 for a new distributor. Charged me for diagnostic tests to determine that. Returned the next day to pick up my van and waited 2 hours while the made it right. I was never given any price estimate before they did the work. They didn t even notice that the serpentine belt was shot and the battery was 10 years old and near dead. A very disappointing experience.

I called up to Greg s Garage, Was going to take my vehicle in to get my AIr conditioner checked out, and whoever answered the phone the 1st time had me on hold for 15 minutes. I waited a couple hours and then called back 1 more time and the same man answered the phone and was yelled WHAT when I called back. He was so rude and unprofessional. They were going to get my business but not now talking to me like that and answering the phone like that. So l went elsewhere.

Honest realiable work! I basically bought a lemon and whites auto has continued to make lemonade for me. I take my car there for every repair and oil change. Greg White is a no bs straight forward guy. His techs know exactly what to do without robbing you blind. I recommend his shop to everyone I know. Great place!

Came in there a week ago. Tried explaining what was wrong and what I did. Well thank you for making me feel like a idiot. After saying how long you have been working in cars, how much you know etc...well sometimes nobody really cares. What you should learn is how to deal with customers. Learn how to be nice. Ask your own employees. Really read your reviews. Just maybe, it s you.

Took my car in to replace front driver side axel, they forgot to plug sensor back in, which left all my gages on the dash on. Took my car back in, they lied and said they had to replace the rear sensor and charged me 20.00 more dollars just to plug in the front sensor they forgot to plug in the first time.Never received a reciept either time for repairs for replacing of axel or replacement of "new sensor" I wouldn't recommend this company to Noone! Also paid for a oil change and my oil change light is still on . Sad companyService: Steering & suspension repair

I went there about aweek and a half ago. Had my brakes rotors and an oil change done. 200+ dollars later I'm out the door. After driving it a few times we noticed my brakes making a weird sound. My husband and I both work so it took me a couple days to call there and tell them my problem. I actually drove my mother in laws car cuz I was worried about driving my own truck. So I call friday morning tell the man my problem he was very nice told me bring it in the following morning at 8:30am amd he would check it out. So, I go in sat morning and the man sat behind a desk In an office not even bothe ring to get he yells thru the door "what can I do for you" I explained to him I called and was told to bring in my truck this morning. He then tells me " baby nothing in this world is free. It's gonna cost 20$ just to put on the lift" and I said ok...then he said you see how busy it is...then he went quiet. I didn't know what to say....so I just said ok and left. I understood he's a busy man. I didn't expect anything for free...and I certainly DID NOT appreciate being called BABY.!! VERY VERY poor customer service. Now I have to come up with more money and go somewhere else to find our what's goin on with my truck. I was very upset...felt sad that I was treated so poorly. Don't see any future visits back there. thought I would share my experience.

Greg White is the owner he us fair on his prices and he's always good to his customer. You can do walk ins or by appointment either way he won't turn you away.

Price was very fair, and came in under the estimated amount, I felt so damn good about the honesty, before you go to Monroe down the street stop in at Whites, they are my mechanic from now on

Walked in to get a price on a brake job. The owner was so busy giving this poor woman a hard time about her car he never noticed me. She was told a price and he was saying that he ran into issues and had to charge her more. When I heard that I left.

Worst experience ever when it came to getting a simple oil change and tire rotation it took them 2 days from complications then when I finally got it back it was short 2 quarts of oil and I was missing 4 lug nuts DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Working on my car and it was 10 degrees out with a rusted bolt. I said it's too cold. Went to a few places that wanted a outrageous price, and brought my own part and they installed it for cheap.
