There are many different things I could say about this place, but after knowing some of the staff long distance and through TikTok for over 2 years, to you the reader, these people are extremely friendly and certainly love classic rock. They love helping people and at the end of the day they themselves are some cool people. It may just be another AutoZone to you, but knowing how much this particular staff cares and wants to help should be able to say enough about how positive of a place this is for such a small town. Oh and, they love to joke about blinker fluid and 4x4 vs 2x4 wipers amongst themselves.

Aaron is a very hard working guy he is very nice and a great personality and very friendly Alain he takes his time to help you out and find the right parts as well as he helps you put them on he also wrapped my muffler up as a present lol

Came to get new windshield wipers, hadn t changed them on a Volkswagen before; Jose helped to find the right wipers, and assisted in installing them when he saw I was struggling. Fantastic service.

I'm SO CONFUSED on how you can tell the guy behind the computer everything about your car and they STILL sell you the wrong part!!!!!!!!!! They ask year, make and model of car, engine size, 2 door or 4 door, any air fresheners hanging from mirror??????? And the computer tells them the wrong part compatible for this vehicle???????? Not expecting them to be mechanics but dang at least sell me parts for my ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to get a battery, Matt B. was very friendly and helpful. He tested the battery first to make sure it really needed replaced because the car isn't driven alot. He then installed the battery for us. Because of his customer service I will return when I need more parts. Thank you Matt for making this an easy process!

Been on hold for 27 minutes to ask about a strut for my carThey answered the phone put me in hold and haven't come back on the line yet. Didn't even get a chance to give them my car info for the part. This auto zone is the worst. Last time they put me on hold for 38 minutes picked up the phone and hung up on me. How do you get a part for your car if they won't answer the phone. I guess I'll ask to speak to a regional manager

Employees seem very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went in to buy a battery for my four wheeler I had NO idea what I was doing. But I left with exactly the right product with discounts! And a return policy if it was not the product. There was no going wrong here! Thanks again!!

The clerks are very helpful. Offered up pertinent info and did a free diagnostics scan to my vehicle when the check engine light came on with a thorough explanation of the different codes. He was very friendly and saved me thousands of dollars.

This is pretty much their second lot of competition with these two I'm not going to say the name bear butt and I mean you can sometimes you find good parts here the other cheaper some parts you find at the other place other cheaper so it's according to whatever is your that you like you know but it's a nice place to go to it is to buy your parts

Clean store. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The store was busy, but the sales person behind the counter took his time with me and answered all my questions. I will keep going to this store for all of my automotive parts needs.

Ever since they lose the best store manager the Autozone ever had Ciprian Alvarado . The store hasn t been the same. The next best thing in line to be the best store manager is Fidencio Rosado.

Ever since Ozzy left, this place has tanked!! Customer service is a joke!! Asked to have an alternator checked before I left with the new one I ordered in. The guy testing it couldn't have moved slower. Sleepy old people are faster than him. Finally told him not to bother with the test. Still took ten minutes for a part that I had ordered! Gotta find a new auto parts store

I waited almost 10 minutes in line only to be looked over for a male customer that had just walked in the door. The clerk saw me in line for ten minutes and this man walk in the door and bypass the area designated to wait and stand at the counter.... yet he took Care of the man and told me that he was sure I didn't mind. How rude is THAT?!! I WILL NOT BE CONDUCTING BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION ANY FURTHER!! This was not the first incident but it is surely my last!

They sold me a filter and it doesn't fit my car and when I go back today at 6:00 pm the employee at that time and the supervisor treat me really bad and told me to search the right one by myself. When I found it they don't want to change the wrong one so I have to pay for it. So now I spend money in a filter that I never going to use.

Not very professional just a bunch of kids working at a auto shop they need some adults around there to supervise them because they just screw around too much this even included management so if you're listening AutoZone get your act together and get some adults in your store

They're very courteous and they will help you with your car they put my battery in for me and took the other went out and did not charge me but I've been going to AutoZone for years I won't really go anywhere else the standards are really high that's what you want you want the best
