Great place!! Very busy on Saturday (I was there less than an hour), but that just shows the quality of this shop!! I needed a tire for my Chevy Traverse, which are truck tires 245/70 R17. Bought a used tire that looks like NEW for $50 out the door, mounted and balanced. You can't beat their prices. Also, worth mentioning- while I was there I watched the owner (I assume) work with multiple customers on prices for vehicle repairs. This shop isn't out to price gouge obviously, their prices are fair for the quality workmanship they provide. Very friendly and personable, 100% recommended!!! 5 ALL DAY!! Thanks guys, you're all awesome!! And Michelle too, very nice lady and super helpful over the phone when I called looking for a tire. Thanks Michelle!!

Got a new used tire after the one we just purchased elsewhere was found to have a hole in it. They also replaced the valve stem for a reasonable price. Fast, friendly service. Not our first time here and definitely won t be the last.

My brake line busted leaving work. I was able to get the vehicle to 28th st at 3pm. By 5 pm I was back on the road and on my way home! Thanks guys!!! What a relief

After 2 prior vehicles being completely rusted out they agreed to give us a newer vehicle. Give is me being nice because we put down 3000 dollars .although im thankful we worked it out It wasn t a gift or a favor by any means . We did everything that was asked of us to get the vehicle . The owner promised us the car was great and had no issues .12 hours later after purchasing the vehicle the heat stopped working and the owner agreed to take care of it. After several trips back and fourth the heat still does not work. Every time they swore up and down it was fixed . Today 28th st auto tells us after all the trips back and fourth we reallyFound it this time and it s gonna cost you 1800.00. We have been thru this with them for the 3rd time . We constantly pay on time and do exactly what we agree to. To me it seems down right nasty to have someone who got burnt not 1 time but twice and still did business with you against his better judgement , And you agree to fix the issue and then find out it s gonna cost you some money you don t wanna pay and then hit us with a bill . At this point I can t say anything good about these people look at all my experiences. First car was a lemon , 2nd car was completely rusted out . Now the 3rd one has no heat and they agreed to fix it 12 hours after purchasing it and they don t wanna do that. Mind you everytime we changed vehicles we payed a hefty down payment. I hate to say this but i absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone . Maybe others have something different to say but the owner is very familiar with the situation. I couldn t imagine he could see this after my history and not agree with me 100%. It s ridiculous and down right disgusting that you could do this to someone that has already been burnt by you 2 times.

Was working the area, one of my employees tires had a blow out, found this place to have a used tire in the size that we needed. I went to get the tire switched out and installed. There was one of the owners inside when I arrived, he asked me if I had seen the tire I m purchasing then asked if I was satisfied.In my eyes that makes good business, if I wasn t satisfied I feel like he would have asked what he could do to make it right.Later while the tire was being swapped out I had small talk with the owner Chuck, seemed to be a good guy and held good conversation.The woman, Rachel at the front desk was a pleasant person to deal with, respectful, professional, kind, and helpful.I m not from the area, if you are and you need someone to work on your vehicle, I d recommend this place. Chuck seemed like a stand up guy and id feel comfortable bringing a vehicle here if I needed someone else to work on my stuff for me.Good luck have a nice day.

Went in for rotors and breaks and they took everything apart and said I also needed calipers front and back. The funny thing is I replaced the calipers in the back two years prior but because they took it apart already I had no choice. It was like they were holding it hostage. By the time it was said and done they ended up replacing the whole brake system lines and everything. By the time they gave it back they racked the bill up to almost $2500 which broke me right before Christmas. Oh and by the way my brake lights are still on. Merry Christmas to my family . Maybe next year.

Not satisfied! Went for a tire. I wanted used. They came back and said they only had a new one for $90 something. Also the new tire was a little bigger. Smh. As a girl!!!!!!!! Who is not a mechanic by any means and not that experienced with cars!!!!!!! The guy keep saying how the bigger tire would be fine and not affect driving at all! Idk. Just didn't make any sense to me! And how are they able to give a warranty on that tire knowing they probably shouldn't have installed it!!!!!! Tire was put on passenger side front. This was my friend's car. I wasn't present at time. But now that tire is low every morning! They were that desperate to make a sale. Convincing a young woman the wrong size tire that costs more would be ok!!!!!!!

We had a flat tire and we were near. They took us close to closing. They had a replacement tire in stock. They also replaced my resonator. Very fast service, reasonably priced, and very friendly. I don t live close, but I ll definitely be back.Service: TiresService: Tires

Not good just for intalled 2 new tires I had to wait more than 3hours and I paid $ 90.00 ...3 months ago in New Jersey I just paid $50 for the same service...so no good experience...

Started going because it's relatively close by compared to my previous mechanics. Prices were good, mechanics were honest. Work is really well done.Kept going for everything I can't do myself. Pretty much anything that requires a full lift and can't be done from overhead or on ramps. Everything from sensors and minor part cleaning to a full turbo swap on a b8 a4.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Transmission repair, Auto tire replacement, Auto brake replacement

I realized I needed a new back tire. I pulled up as they were opening at 8am and the had me taken care of and back on the road by 8:30. Really nice crew and great work! I definitely recommend!!!

I went in for a tire rotation and an alignment. Jimmy took good care of me , took the time for a quick test drive , explained and showed me how the alignment machine works. He was patient and understanding. If u need some work at a decent price, see 28th st auto . Ask for jimmy or rich. Took my vehicle in for an oil change. I got a tire rotation included in service and found out that I got two nails in my tire. They corrected the issue in a timely manner with a friendly price. I was very impressed. I had a very unique issue with my car. Other shops had no clue what my issue was. These guys knew right away. Prices seem very reasonable and they seem to work really fast. I watched so many people come in for tires while I was there and they took care of them in what seemed like minutes.

Been coming to 28th street for about 3 years. Very nice buisness. My estimates have always been the same nothing switched up. I have gotten thousands of dollars of work done on my vehicles and have left with no issues. Very quick and friendly Rachel is always pleasant. The management are on top of things and their workers. Had a bad ball joint and I can't remember the gentleman's name but he immediately reffered me to use one of their loaner vehicles for the sake of my safety and my kids safety I have a baby so it is very generous and nice of them!
