I wish, i could give a zero star here. Checked in for a tire service at 5 pm and i was told to wait for their phone call because i can take about 5 hours. I went to sleep and woke up at 12:15am to ask if they still need more time because i have to start driving for my appointment in next 3 hours. First of all, their door was locked and a lady said they are closed now. I inquired that why am i not called for the service? I can't believe that the receprionist did not record my phone at all. I gave my personal phone, truck and trailer details twice but still some ignorant did not do the proper job. Now, i have to find out a better road service early in the morning so that i can move. Never go there guys. There are other tire services like Ernies, Pilot repair shops and make sure to check their working hours.

Avoid at all cost,if your rigs not on fire or flats all around, steer clear. They only have 2 mechanics working per shift and 1 of the 2 can only work on tires. Complete waste of a 34 reset and still couldn't get any work done.

Zero star due to unprofessional attitude, wasting my time and leaving in me a difficult situation where i cannot even get help from anywhere else in the middle of the night. Check the owners responses to previous reviews. Trust me, they are not working on improving the quality of service and training. Its just getting worst

When I need things done on the semi I prefer this ta because they're friendly ppl, the mechanics do a good job and mostly just for a pm there's little wait

Waste of 7 hours time and now they are closed. No one can help till next day. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere else nearby.

Spend $2,000+ on PM service and tire change in early Dec 2021, they reached me out couple weeks later to let me know I was charged more for oil change that I was supposed to (I brought my own oil and that caused confusion I believe). Issued $250.00 refund via check, cashed their check today without any problems. Thanks!P.S. Please note you can bring your oil ONLY IF they don't have that specific oil you're bringingServices: Tires, Oil change

Took about 12 hours to get 1 trailer tire replaced. And the only parking available is reserved and the store will do nothing to comp the driver while waiting so you pay for parking stay up all night waiting for the shop to call you in and finally at 0700 the next morning you get a call. Ridiculous do better TA there is absolutely Zero reason to have 150 parking spaces and 125 of them are reserved spots.

It was a real good visit there was one particular person that helped us out a lot and he seemed to be in demand perhaps they should think about giving him a raise because he was really good and they kept taking him away from us however it was a good positive visit at least four if not maybe I should have given a five maybe

Excellent place for a rest and some food. Wish Popeyes was open longer but that's life. The restrooms are clean and there are plenty of them. Customer service is also very good.

Checked into shop office approximately 5:30 pm on 12-03-2020 for a oil change. Was told two hour wait. 9 pm I was called into a bay.Waited at Bay door for 15 minutes before they get me in. One hour forty five mins go by and no one has started the oil change.Go into shop office to see what was going on. They had sent the tech who was charged with performing my oil change to assist with a road call. No communication from them alerting me to this.I asked to leave the bay and to cancel my oil change.Typical TA / Petro service.

Broke down on 70 East. I went to London Ohio TA truck service facility #024. Unbelievable service. Larry took me to a local part store twice. Jason worked tirelessly, on my truck through lunch to get me back on the road. Even more amazing, they did not hesitate to work on my pickup truck knowing their sweet spot is big rigs. Great place overall.

Great spaghetti! Ready to eat meals, prorated fresh daily in the coolers. Really nice salads also.

I'm not gonna go full tilt. But what I do suggest to owner operators. Dont waste your time on these shops. Tires , batteries supplies. That's it! Get under that truck and try to replace parts before they fail if possible. Carry a fuel filter, an airbag , hoses if you can. 6 hrs I'm watching road service calls and I still have 2 ahead ? This happens frequently at multiple locations.if you get road service , The lack of tools and knowledge will cost you dearly.

The London, OH TA is clean, but wildly overpriced for just about everything. The Country Kitchen serves food that lacks any true flavor, and is almost non-existent for anyone who doesn't eat meat. Their vegetable soup is even made with beef broth, because they don't care enough about their vegetarian customers to remedy the issue. Some of the wait staff treat female truck drivers as if they are trash. The Popeye's is also overpriced, and half of the crew don't know what it means to be courteous. As far as the cashiers in the main portion, I am happy to announce that the one who was the rudest no longer works there. The showers are always clean and well maintained, with adequate heat and water pressure. The service bay is not as efficient as I would like, but still our company recommends them for our PMs. This place could use a little improvement. Overall, however, it's just your average truck stop.

showers awesome parking half reserved potholes be careful when you drive thru Restaurant good food BUT horrible service after waiting bout 20mins to order dinner to go 15 mins they said an hour later I received my meal daytime shift not great either waited 10 mins to order to go never was acknowledged. surprisingly West Coast TA/PETRO has better service SMH

Not to nice, not to bad, The personnel offer basic assistance, at least at the time I was here. The installations are fairly good, showers and all. The Truck Shop is fast vs the average TA Truck Shop.

Technicians are friendly and do their best to have trucks repaired on time. Service personnel are professional and welcoming.There seems to be great workforce crew in the London TA.

The T/A in London Ohio is great! Very friendly staff! You can hang out and relax before getting back on the road, you can also charge your phone while having a snack or eating some delicious Popeyes Chicken or having something to eat at Country Pride restaurant where they have a wonderful soup and salad bar....

Don't come here for your truck repair.. I had a 6hr wait and they shirt staffed . I was still here 24hours later still no one to look at my truck.. the employees were not professional at. No one was even trying to look like they want to help..Service: TiresService: Tires

Wait time wasn't that bad, only had to replace headlight. What really sucks is that Popeyes had to close early due to short staff.

Awful, I arrived at 9am for a oil change and was released 18:12. TA does NOT care about your time. Please note that there weren't many trucks it was just lazy employees.I won't be coming back here!!!

I signed in 4pm for oil change and they called me next day 2am and they could not do my oil change,They did not have me reason why they rejected me after waited 12 hours straight.Very bad people,Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
