Buying our new (and first!) camper felt intimidating at first, but working with the team at Specialty was great! We knew what we needed, what we didn't, and Logan made sure we saw options aside from our initial selection to make sure we made the right choice.The service team went through the whole camper, and made repairs to several warranty items before we picked it up, and Jimmy went over all of the features, uses, tips for us, including how to set up and use the weight-distributing hitch system.Remarkable people all around.

Truly if I could give a 0 star I would. I would never buy a camper or anything from here ever again. They had my truck for over a week trying to get a new hitch for the camper but I had to call every time for an update and half the time I had to call multiple times before anyone would call me back. I was charged 1200 for a prep fee to get my camper and have it not cleaned very well took it out that day and it was raining and the skylight was leaking already!!!! I talked to the regional manager who told me someone would call me to get it back in to have the issues fixed and it s been two days and still no call. They were quick to follow up when I was wanting to buy but the second I signed paperwork it all went out the window.The issue was the lack of communication on what was going on with my camper and truck as it was there for over a week. The service manager Lucas, I would have to call multiple times to get an answer and it would change every day what they were doing. When I talked to the general manager mark became very nasty with me when I expressed my concerns with him. Horrible customer service.I will say I have since talked to Justin who I believe is in charge of the Lancaster location and he is trying to help get my camper fixed. I am hoping the will fix it correctly and do something to make things right for this experience.

I purchased a camper from Caleb at specialty outdoors in November 2023. Caleb and his team were very helpful and thorough. Johnny and the maintenance department were also fantastic and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend purchasing a camper from them.

If you want your boat back, do not use this service center.I dropped my warrantied boat off on 3/27 on the appointment day, which was 3 weeks after I made the appointment. 1 week later they began to troubleshoot my problem. 3 weeks after that, and only after I called about an update did they tell me there was a backorder on the wire with no defined date for the repair. I told them I d just buy a part. They will not put the bought part on. Guess they didn t recognized my supply prowess. .I really wished this company had their act together because I wanted a good quality dealer service center so close to home.I know how to turn a wrench, and this place continued to reinforce that I can only trust 1 person to do the best job .ME.Best-Jeremy.

Bought rv in July and multiple problems that seem impossible to get replaced.... slides been broken for a little over a month and no communication. Also you definitely don't pay listed price they hit you with all kinds of add on prices at the end. Should have walked away then. Thinking it's time to look into the lemon law.

Would not buy a camper from this company. Had my camper for over two months and still didn t fix the problem. Once you buy one you re on your own they don t help, Don t return calls. Stay away from them.

Couldn t think of a worse experience. Bought a used camper and specifically asked if it had water damage and was lied to. Found half the floor was destroyed, told us everything worked. Also a lie, fridge never got cold, took it back to have them fix it under warranty. Went weeks with no call and impossible to get ahold of someone. After a month found out THEY ACCIDENTALLY PUT MY CAMPER BACK ON THE LOT TO BE SOLD!!!! Then told me the fridge wasn t under warranty and would split the cost of a new one with me which would be 3k!? Bunch of scammers. Save yourself the time and stress

We had a great experience purchasing our boat here. We first called about a smaller boat, and there was no pressure at all to buy. After doing more research, we decided we wanted a bigger boat, and we searched the internet and found they had what we wanted. So, we had dealt with Dan Bart the first time, so that is who we contacted. This was the first boat we had purchased in many years, and Dan was very patient with us and all our questions. Since we lived over 3 hours away, we could not just run over and see it. Dan and his team were able to answer all the questions. Once purchased, Jay from the service department was very patient with us when training us on the boat and trailer, and gave us many good tips about boating and pulling a trailer. They had a good selection, they had a lot of information on their website, and the in-person experience was top notch. Since they treated us so well, we will definitely return there for service, even though they are over 3 hours away, and there are Crest dealers closer to us. We highly recommend that you give them an opportunity to serve you.

I went in this place to purchase a Stihl product. The service was terrible. I waited around for over 30 minutes for someone to help, even after I requested help as soon as I arrived. Once someone attempted to assist me, she informed me several times she didn't know the product. She went on to tell me that the person that knew anything about the product line, no longer worked there. The positive reviews have to be paid for.

The team at Specialty Outdoors in London we're exceptional! Dan was so patient with us and incredibly knowledgeable, not to mention a wonderful sense of humor.Our experience with the finance manager and the entire crew that walked us through the set up of our new travel trailer were thorough and extremely professional!It made purchasing our first trailer so easy and enjoyable.

We walked out of there today feeling like we were bothering the salesman. He barely wanted to talk with us and we definitely were bothering him. Before you go you should know that we were told that the price online is to order only. If you want the camper there like we did he said it was $5,000 more and that they don t list it online that way. He couldn t wait to push us out the door to go outside for his cigarette. Horrible customer experience there.

Been trying to get Mahindra serviced for 4 weeks. Made appointment after several calls not being returned. No show for pickup on 13th April. No calls from them, messages left not being returned for several days. Finally another dept informed that that service manager walked off job. A week later was told by sales dept that problems had been solved, but no messages left being returned. Today, attempted yet another phone contact and explained to answering person that I did not want to leave a message but talk to service manager. Her condescending reply not to yell at her made me decide to leave this review. I did not yell but explain to her phone messages do not work. DO NOT BUY A MAHIndra FROM THESE PEOPLE.. Apparently they can t keep their own managers let alone provide any type of customer service. FMD
