This southern tire mart is great. From the phone call with Russel to the mechanics Josh and Cooke who replaced tires in my truck. Very efficient and quick! Happy customer. Front desk was also super friendly!

These guys are liars, do not under any circumstances get repairs done at this facility, they are going to cheat you out of your money, I have never had somebody lie directly to my face in such a blatant way. These guys are horrible, don't walk away, RUN.

I got 8 new drive tires in Tire Mart from the other location in Maryland. I come here for retorque for the wheels with my invoice number and all. They were going to do it, but this Russell guy who claimed to be a manager interfered and wanted to charge $72 to just retorque the lug nuts on 4 wheels. That s complete nonsense, who pays $72 for a 5 minute job. I went to Love s truck stop after that and they sent their guy who came to the parking spot in the lot and got all the nuts retorqued for free. This Russell guy thinks you must be dumb if you are a foreigner, so racist. Do yourself a favor and go to Loves instead of this ripoff and racist manager.

Everyone here helped in a professional way to get my car fixed up enough to make it to the car shop. They were friendly and quick to size up the problem and help me find a great solution!

05/01/23 Went in for a coolant leak, young lady at the counter is Super pleasant & professional. Justin, the mechanic, is top knotch!! He had my repair done AND EXPLAINED what was the issue.Then he & Chris, the other mechanic, dealt with another issue. Great guys!!! Had the unfortunate event of getting a flat tire, but being that I've always received excellent service at my local Southern Tire Mart in Arkansas I brought my business to this location but unfortunately received an Ugly welcome followed by dirty looks with short talk from the manager Russell and a couple of his staff. I don't know if Corporate knows about the attitude on this location but they will hear about it now. Take your tire needs to someone who wants your business and is cordial and polite

This place hands down has the best TSAHer name is amber barker she was very knowledgeable and on top of the customer service all the way and the 2 techs Josh mccluer and Chris borders were top notch and quick about getting the truck in and out if I could rate this place a 10 star I would and these 3 above would get a 10 stars across the board thank you guys for the great service!!!!

This company is the worst ever company I seen.I call them 6am they said in 20 minutes one of our worker will be there I Wait till 9:15 and said we can't fix this problem okay but still you need to pay 401.65 cn my question was I only to pay for time but they call police and I paid them so be careful guys from these people

These guys were great. The TA wasn t going to open until 8 am on a Saturday so I came here. They were very helpful and had me in and out before the other place even opened!
