We were referred to Roman at Reliable Auto when our car broke down on a Sunday while vacationing near New London. He was able to get us in first thing Monday morning to replace the seized up a/c compressor and serpentine belt and had the car done by noon. I can t say enough good things about the service we received. He took a stressful situation and made everything feel like it was going to be okay! His rates were totally reasonable and the work is guaranteed. If you are searching for a mechanic, I would highly recommend Roman! Knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and reliable.
