Nice little traditional diner at the county airport. Breakfast was good. Definitely a nice spot to grab a bite to eat.

Customer service was top notch. From the moment arriving to leaving, we felt valued and understood. Anthony was quick to respond to questions and give options. We were in and out in less than an hour. While waiting for the car to be done, I overheard Anthony talking to other customers and noted his consistency in service with how he handled their questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this place for service.

The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. The only complaint is that it's challenging to get an appointment at certain times, but that's because they are busy. I suppose that's a community vote of confidence.

I appreciate the customer service the most. Sometimes when a woman goes in these kind of places the men treat you bad. But all the gentlemen here treat you very well. Shout out to Anthony who treated me the best so far Friday. I would give them five stars but I was there about an hour and a half for the works oil change.

I ran over a nail thirty minutes into my trip to Chicago and found Quick Lane doing an internet search. Customer service from Anthony was awesome friendly, informative, and fast. Service was done in less than an hour and we were back on the road without any issues for the full trip and back home!

These guys have really messed stuff up with my wife's car. They stripped out and broke bolts on her under car shield and didn't bother to tell us they broke anything. We didn't find out until she was driving down 70 and it started dragging on the ground. Took it back to them and they replaced it. Great right? They then did the same thing again. And the same thing happened going down 70. Now they put the wrong oil in her car. I brought my own oil to them to use which hasn't been a problem and did the same thing with her car. The only way I knew they used the wrong oil was because I had oil analysis done. I will never go to this place again and would never recommend anyone going here. They have totally lost my trust

This place won't get another dime from me. Signage says no appointment needed, signs use several "fast" words to trick you. They upsell the snot out of you here, working hard to sell you on service you don't need. Then I arrive for a basic oil change and find all bays empty and two mechanics standing around gabbing with pals. The adolescent at the counter said they couldn't do the simple "fast lane" oil change unless they schedule an appointment later in the week. It was 2 hours before the closing time listed on the sign, right below the words "fast lane." Heading to Columbus for my service needs. Don't waste your time. They are busy wasting theirs here.

My husband and I are new to London and and needed to find a new spot for oil changes. After being ignored for 45 minutes at another lube center, i decided drive over to quick lane.They were able to get me in later in the day. The gentlemen in there were all very nice, they discovered a huge leak in my transition line that i knew nothing about. I also anticipated a large bill since it was a dealership, but it was actually the cheapest oil change I have ever had on my suv. Thank you so much! Definitely coming back for all ourcars oil changes!

I purchased a vehicle at Buckye Ford last December. I ve had 4 oil changes throughout the year from Quick Lane. I m very sceptic on there practices. During the last 3 visits they re trying to tell me something else needs repaired. Back in June, they was telling me that both air filters needed changed and I also needed a fuel treatment ( I didn t get the work done ..75$ for both ) The next 2 visits they said my filters were fine, and no mention of a fuel treatment was needed?? By the way, I never have got the filters changed. My front brake pads miraculously gained thickness from June to Today 11/10/2018, they went from a 6 to a 8 thickness and My rear pads went from a 4 in June, to a 6 in August and today they was a 4. I received a phone call and was informed I needed pads on the rear for a price of $ 532.12. My oil change took 4 hrs on my day off and when I asked why it took so long it was because they had other work pop up on the cars that they was working on before me today. When I questioned why my oil change took so long? And why they re trying to say I need more work done ( air filters and brakes ) I was told I was a liar, and I didn t have any proof on anything I was saying and ..What did I want, A free oil change? As the guy at the front desk threw my debit card back at me. I informed him that I d never be back for any type of repair ( unless my warranty is needed ) and I d never purchase another vehicle from Buckeye Ford in the future.

I had a shuddering in my car while making long drive on I70. I looked up closest auto shop that was open after 6PM. This was it. From the beginning the guys at shop were great. Test drove car, put up on lift quickly, and discovered my front right tire had an internal belt broken and was about to burst. They replaced my tire super fast, were very professional, and got me back on road in 45 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.....saved my Friday evening and possibly my life....

Justin and Derek are awesome! I called 15 places about getting an oil change in an rv. Everywhere blew me off.. not These guys they gladly took it on and where very good... I will be back!

Called for appt. For oil change at 1...Guy said be there at 530. Showed up and guy at desk says cant do as no appt. No cars in bays and he had no appt in computer til 6. He was arrogant and doing nothing. I will never be back.

Signs and advertisments say "no appointment needed" but when I went in on a Thursday, I was told that they were booked and could not get me in until Tuesday IF I made an appointment.

Bob and Anthony are awesome! They have a great team and they care about their customers. I trust them with my vehicles and never feel that they are trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs.

We only purchase & have our vehicles serviced by Buckeye Ford. I have never had a dealership treat me as fair & like family!
