Took my truck there for brakes. The staff is family owned and very friendly. I have gotten the best service here.He evaluates your car and does not try and over sale. This is the reason I will go back. I have two other cars that need serviced.One of the better mechanic experiences I've had

Nova J's offers some of the best exhaust fab work I have seen. Been coming here for years, the price is amazing and the quality is top notch. I currently drive over 25 minutes when I need to get work done to come to Nova Js! Family owned and operated, it's a local shop that does amazing work.

Craig did an AWESOME custom job on my 64 Falcon Convertible. The pipes are tucked up in there very nicely and extremely symmetric. Being a conv. made it hard as the frame is different from hardtops, amd much less to work with. I am VERY happy, and he was 2 weeks sooner and a few hundred bucks cheaper than 4 other places that I called.

I took my 1966 GMC pick up to receive a full exhaust from the manifold back to the rear axle. I want to thank Craig for doing an absolutely amazing job on my pickup. I provided the Flowmaster mufflers of my choice, but he did the rest. The exhaust is mounted rock solid and will last many years to come. I highly recommend Nova Jay s for your muffler/exhaust needs.

Every quote i received from other places was 5 times higher, just that is enough for me to give them a high score. Sometimes quality is a thing and price matters for that in some instances... however my own mechanic is terrific and cheaper than any other place. Ill get work done here soon, but from what I've seen I'm sure it will be great.

I am so grateful for these gentlemen! I had my Cadillac converter stolen last night... they helped me patch up Old man Blueberry until I could get a proper appointment! Absolutely amazing that there still are good people in this world! Thank you gentlemen! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Love Nova J's, have had a lot of work done. Stand up guys. Kevin is great with customer service. Anytime I've had a problem, they have stopped what they are doing just to look and help, if they can.. they have done minor things for free, which I appreciate and I will always be a returning customer. They shoot it to you straight, definitely one of the best in town..professional and reasonable. Great skilled mechanics. - Anna

Need front bearing replaced. Job was inexpensive for car repair. And while the first bearing ended up being defective ( not their fault). They fixed it quickly at no additional cost. Was having problems with my car not having much power when I had it checked by another mechanic he said it was the transmission.... Lets just say I dreaded and dreaded hearing the news so I went back to the dealership and had them look at the car to find out it was actually my catalytic converter and I was pointed to Nova J's. They were all very polite, down to earth, upfront and honest about any problems they found and didn't charge a outrageous price! I would most definitely recommend others as I too will continue to take my services here!

These guys are great! My car threw a belt on the highway. I got my car towed to them. I was back on the road quickly. They put a new belt in and gave me a great price for the part and the job. Highly recommend them.

We called on a Friday hoping to get our wheel assembly looked at and fixed ASAP. Craig told us to call again at 3PM that same day. We called and he told us to bring it in. We got a call around 7PM that SAME night that our Jimy was fixed and ready for pick-up. My husband and I were ecstatic! We had never been to Nova J's and we didn't know Craig before-hand. He gave us a great price and was super fast. It's Monday now and the Jimy is still running great. I'd recommend for sure!

Employees were rude to me as I walked by. The sidewalk does not extend in front of the store. I have to weave through the excessive amount of cars out front to proceed. I'm not comfortable walking the thin line between these cars and a high speed road. London, please consider extending the sidewalk here or require enough room to walk past without risking being hit.Please be more respectful to people who walk past your store. Three people attempted to confront me. Remain professional as you are a business.

Have a manifold leak and a coworker recommended these guys, so i decided to give them a shot. I called on saturday since they advertise being open on saturdays, no answer so i drove down from Columbus to talk to them in person only to find out they were not open.(first impression...is this a junk yard or an automotive shop? ) So i called on monday and was told they were closed to go to Ky for a mud run??? But they told me they could get me in and do the work, so i took the truck down on tuesday and was told it would be saturday before they could get to it but maybe friday. But friday afternoon they said they were getting ready to bring it in the shop but would not get it finished until tuesday. So i decided not to have them do the work so i went back down and got the truck only to find it unlocked for who knows how long. Needless to say i Still have a manifold leak and week of lost time. Thanks for nothing..... If they didnt want to do the job they should have just said so! LESSON LEARNED NEVER AGAIN!

Not gonna say too much bad but I would not recommend these guys to anyone...Took these guys days to charge me and not figure out a problem I had took it to another shop took 30 minutes and I was back on the road
