Don t trust these mechanics with just any job they will do anything to get extra money out of you. Took my 2015 bmw 320i here for a simple rear upper control arm replacement since I had my own parts and they said they could do the job for me. After getting the one side finished they came and told me they stripped the thread on my steering knuckle and said they did nothing wrong this can happen because the bolt is steel and the knuckle is aluminum but I know there should have been ways to avoid that because my car only has 80k miles with no rust. They also like to charge you extra for labor if you bring your own parts, they say the job will take a insane amount of time but really it doesn t take that long that s why they like when you drop your car off because they are extremely slow here. Had a terrible experience for such a simple and fast job now I have to spend extra money to fix the part they stripped because they feel it wasn t there fault and only replaced one side of my control arms and not even the side that was actually bent and needed replaced. I found my own OEM knuckles cheaper than what they were going to charge me and a better mechanic that will fix there mess up for a better price and labor time.

I called them about replacing front and rear brakes and rotors. I spoke with Eric and he was great. He told met to bring it in for an estimate. I drove it over and they looked at it right away, gave me an estimate, explained the pricing and answered questions I had about rotors. They were able to do the job as soon as I could get the van in. Everyone is so friendly there and my brakes are working better than they ever have. Their pricing was better than the dealership too. It's so great to have such a reliable place right here in London!!

They fix your cars soon as you get there. They tell you what is wrong with it and tell what its going to cost. before they fix it they are so nice to talk to I love taking my Jeep. To them I am very please with them.

I've been going to this shop for several years now. I've never had an issue with them and have always been dealt with graciously.It's always a good price, and they actually get to the car when they say they will!Not like other shops that try to get you in and then not see your car for days.Highly recommend them!Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

My mother needed a new exhaust and I didn't know who to have fix it. Someone I work with recommended Dwayne at Muffler Brothers in London. I called one day, dropped it off that night, received a phone call first thing the next morning letting me know what they had found, and had it fixed by lunch. I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know. It made the 36 mile round trip absolutely worth it! I am forever grateful my coworker sent me to Dwayne!Service: Exhaust

I ve needed my muffler replaced for awhile now. I could never find anywhere that could get it done in a few hours! They went above and beyond. I dropped my car off this morning at about 10 am. I had a call back a couple hours later that it was done. My cars issues are now fixed! My new favorite spot in town.

They are nice friendly helpfully but kinda pricy and didn't do a very good job on my radiator but I did just get drop and fill so can't complain 107.00? F it

I use my car for driving around neighborhoods. Imagine my horror when my exhaust broke in half! I called these guys who willingly said they could work on my car the next day despite my evening call time. They got me all set by 5 the next day. They installed the new exhaust and recharged my AC. Friendly guys I'd share a beer with any day!It wasn't cheap but I doubt any other shops would be any better in pricing.Thanks, fellows.

My expertise isn't the highest when it comes to autos. I've visited Muffler Bros multiple times and each time i was thinking I'm gonna spend a fortune, but each time it was a simple repair and I was charged accordingly. One time I was told "Free of charge, come back when you have a bigger problem"! I know a lot of places will create problems and charge for issues that aren't there but not Muffler Bros. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone in London and surrounding areas!

About 3 weeks ago I was driving from CT to AZ and unfortunately I had brake issues. I contacted Muffler Bros in the morning and they had me come in right away. They took my truck in and showed me the problem and replaced the rotors and pads. They charged me a more than reasonable price and the manager and mechanic were true professionals. While waiting I spoke with a young lady who spoke very highly of Muffler Bros and she stated she wouldn't take her vehicle anywhere else. I highly recommend Muffler Bros to everyone in the London area. Thank you again!

I walked in and they got me right in. Fixed the exhaust and did an oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Great service!

I came in thinking this would be a $40-$50 welding job. Turns out my heat shield just needed a few screws, and they didn't charge me anything - just said to have a good day!
