I factory ordered a 2024 Wrangler in July 2023 and took delivery in February 2024. Although there were issues along the way, London CDJR has so far taken care of me well; I'd be happy to recommend them. My experience in short below:London CDJR Experience - This dealership is an example of how a car buying experience aught to be. They were able to commit to no "typical" dealer stuff (nitrogen tires, undercoating, tint, floor mats, etc) on factory order, which I can't say about other Columbus dealerships. I paid for tax, title, loan origination, and a doc fee. Finance talked about extended warranties, I declined, and that was it. When signing, I was in and out in 2 hours. I can't speak for trying to haggle, but when paying Factory Wholesale Pricing minus two FCA incentives, everything was butter smooth.Brian Conn, my salesperson - He has been incredibly helpful from day one. He is knowledgable and personable without any hint of sales pressure; he seems to be a very honest guy. He's worked with me to fix more than one issue post-purchase, which as far as I am concerned, is above and beyond compared to Brian's peers in the industry at large. If I buy another FCA product it will be from Brian.Management, Evan and Brian - I was owed $1000 back from a refundable deposit with the previous owners (Ken Ganley Auto Group). It took a couple weeks and a few trips to the dealership but I eventually got this money back as they promised. I could see someone getting pretty frustrated with this wait but I do appreciate Brian reaching out to the old owners and Evan coordinating schedules to get me the check. I would have preferred if this deposit was rolled into my down payment, but I don't expect this to be an issue with future customers. Overall I think they handled it well for not knowing all the information at the get-go.

Amazing service! Took my RAM 1500 in because of a small leak. They quickly identified the defect, repaired it and sent me away without paying a single penny. They even went above and beyond to wash my truck. On top of that, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you London CDJR!

Stopped in over a year ago looking for a decently priced used vehicle. The salesman and finance guy really take well to sounding like robotic salesman! Very unwilling to work with people. They try to keep you there thinking it s going to sway your decision. I told the salesman I was leaving and he just continued on, where you going to go? You re here let s make this work . How far off am I from the payment you had in mind . I finally got up and said you re 40 miles off and I m going home. I ended up buying a vehicle from a dealer in Columbus that same day and the buying experience was very laid back. On a serious note though. Make sure you do your research before going to this place. Know what you re in the market for and have an idea on payment, terms, interest rate. Don t fall victim to their manipulative sales schemes!

In December of 2020 I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from the former Ken Ganley dealership. With only 15,000 miles on the car and a year left on my warranty, I scheduled with Ganley's service department to have many issues addressed. My timing was poor as Ganley was in the process of being sold; making the timeliness of correcting my vehicle's issues seemingly unimportant to the exiting business. During the transition, and a lot of broken promises later, I still had none of my issues resolved. Every excuse was on repeat. Supply issues, personnel problems, etc. For 5 months my vehicle sat at the Ganley dealership...waiting, without so much as a single phone call to update me on the (lack of) progress.Fast forward to the new owner, London CDJR and their new Service Manager Diane. With an honesty and a fervor about her, Diane proceeded to knock-out all of my vehicle's problems; including an onerous issue plaguing my convertible top. With the proper communication and scheduling (paperwork, parts, personnel, etc.), Diane was able to correct nearly all of my issuesIN A SINGLE DAY. She was also the blessing that changed my opinion on Jeep products, leading to the purchase of a Grand Wagoneer.During the ownership transition I was fortunate to meet the new owner and the new General Manager. Both were exceedingly professional and a pleasure to befriend. Their passion for the direction of the new dealership was as evident as Diane's. My experience with purchasing a car from Ken Ganley was amazing! They made my car purchase easy and answered all of my questions. Even setting up appointments with their service department is always quick and they are able to work with my schedule. They are very professional and have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend working with them on your purchase of your next vehicle!

I purchased a Dodge Journey from Ken Ganley in January. The entire experience from start to finish was relatively quick and easy. The vehicle was posted on their website and I inquired about it through email. Drew responded quickly and a day and time was set, however upon arrival he was tied up in another sell so I was handed off to Brian. Easy going, easy to work with, had absolutely no issues. The vehicle was there and ready for me when I arrived. The price of the vehicle at the time of my inquiry was still guaranteed and given. My one and only complaint is I specifically asked to not be ran through different banks as the previous dealer resulted in 7 hard inquiries on my credit! I specifically requested my bank...turned out the rate was higher so to get me a lower monthly payment as needed they ran me through another bank, which I wasn't aware until signing. Not cool. Then sometime later I discovered yet another hard inquiry on my report from where they ran me through a third bank. A little more integrity would have went a long ways here. I understand they were wanting to make a sell, but you could have just said your banks rates are too high but we can try this other bank if you would like. I've worked very very hard on my credit the last SEVERAL years, I feel my concerns in that area should have been more validated. Other than that, coincidentally the check engine light came on right at the 90 day mark, but it was an easy fix. I'm very happy with my new vehicle and I feel I got a fair price but do feel I should have received more for my trade in. All in all, I do recommend.

Edit Cory and the young kid Saturday showed alot of integrity and concern to make sure there were no other surprises from the issues below there is still a bit of a way for them to go but those 2 have the right ideaWaiting to see how they make this right. Communication is absolutely horrific I just came to get my car didn't even make it out of the parking lot after about a week. Wasn't ready when promised. Dropped my truck (2020) off for a tailgate recall. Picked it up and the battery was dead. Asked the guy in the office for a jump box and he acted like it was the most difficult thing in the world to accomplish. Truck started up just fine after a jump, but when it did, now the engine light is on... How can a truck come in for a tailgate recall and be sent out with the check engine light one?

I went in not as confident as one should be when buying a car, this was my first experience purchasing from a car dealership!!! Sam helped me out and made My experience "AMAZING" from start to finish!!! The whole process was smooth and fairly quick, which was nice. Everyone in the dealership was just absolutely great, I love my purchase and I am glad I went to Ken Ganley. I will definitely go back for future purchases!!!

Our salesperson, Oliver Diggs, was persistent and professional throughout our search and purchasing process. When we couldn t make our appointment to test drive the vehicle, he went well above and beyond our expectations by driving it to our home in Washington Court House. That s what sealed the deal for us! The sales team and management literally fought for our business, which showed us that they truly cared. Way to go Oliver, Dan, Rick and the entire team in London! Call or visit these guys! We absolutely love our Grand Cherokee L - Limited that you drove all the way to Fort Wayne, Indiana to get for us. Leasing my first vehicle from them was easy! They were so friendly and accommodating. Trying to lease my next vehicle has been painful. I am still waiting on the sales manager to return my call and I have to keep reaching out to the salesman to get a response. There s no longer that eagerness to sell a car. Service department has been great though!

It was touch and go but all worked out well. We appreciated the sales manager, Tom. The sales person was new, but was very nice. Finance process was simple with no pressure. The truck was what we wanted and they did what they could to make sure we got what we wanted. I was glad we made the short trip to London!

Another amazing experience with Ken Ganley! This is my second car purchase from them and Drew made it as seamless as possible! His customer service was fantastic from beginning to end and even days later ensuring my satisfaction. He even shipped my JGC to me; bought it on Thursday, had it on Saturday. They will always be my go-to for Jeep purchases!

I went in looking to trade but was thinking they wouldn t offer me a fair amount . But Oliver went above and beyond and they offered me what I expected and were great at helping I feel they were very fair in the deal and I m very happy I have a jeep..Update :I am owed money from car lot and am now at 2 weeks trying to get it . To the point I had to have someone else call .very very upset . Was really looking forward to having a trusted dealership close by . But now I will travel elsewhere

I love KGCDJR and their amazing staff! I have never had any issues with the sales department, management, or service. The lovely sales team is very knowledgeable on the inventory. The best part about Ken Ganley is that I never felt pressured or rushed when choosing a vehicle. I worked with Sam and he is trustworthy, listened to my needs, and found me my dream car. This is a great dealership. Only place I will buy a new car from. They also have a very great service department. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Whether it has been from taking my truck in for oil changes or factory recalls. They've dealt with any issue that I've had right away. Also who can beat a free car wash after an oil change.

This is the best Jeep dealership in central Ohio period. They are very knowledgeable about all of their cars/trucks and extremely nice. I shopped around for my Gladiator and found the best deal here at Ken Ganley. Thanks again guys!

If you would asked me 2 months ago I would've given this dealership a 0 because of their former GM Rick, but with the help of their new GM Tom and Sam my concerns were addressed and corrected. Rick was a nightmare and gave this dealership a bad name. I am happy to hear management has changed hands to people who actually care about their customers. Now because of the help of Tom and Sam we will definitely go back to Ken Ganley. I believe with the changes it will be the dealership we dealt with the first time we bought a Jeep there. It is amazing how a change in management and dealing with people who care can make such a big difference. I was prepared to NEVER go back, but Tom and Sam changed that. Thankful for the changes made and to these 2 gentlemen for fixing our issue and for going above and beyond to help us. That is true leadership.

We were looking for a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. My boyfriend wanted a specific color and package that was at another dealer. Sales Associate Brian Conn and the Sales Manager Sam tried to find him the same vehicle. They tried to help us more than we had asked. Unfortunately, that particular Jeep was only available way out of the area with another dealer that refused to let it go. We still haven't found the one my boyfriend wants but we are very grateful to Brian and Sam for trying. Even if we can not find the "one" through KG London, we will be buying from KG and Brian in the future when we need another vehicle. I felt zero pressure or dishonesty. They are so easy to deal with and really want the customer to find and get what they want.
