Talk about your happy endings. My alternator died just outside London, Ohio. A local recommended Joe Joe's, so I called at 4:30PM on a Thursday. The gentleman who answered referred me to a trusted tow service and advised he would stay around the shop if I could get the car towed there. I called him back when the wrecker was en route and he told me that if he couldn't get a replacement part he would make sure I had a ride to a local hotel since there is effectively no taxi or uber service in the vicinity. One of his family members picked up the part to expedite the process and before 7PM I was back on the road. Very reasonable price for parts and labor, and the entire process was as positive and helpful as one could ever find.Mechanic told me that since I was stuck on the road trying to get home he wanted to be available to help, and so he stayed into the evening, arranged the parts delivery, and got me back on the road before dark. This is a level of service and sincere concern that almost doesn't exist in business anymore, and I was very pleasantly surprised with how well I was treated from start to finish. My experience with Joe Joe's is that they are great people who go above and beyond to help their customers, and I was a complete stranger from out of state calling late on a Thursday.Support this business! They are great folks.

I showed up with my diesel box van on a tow truck before business hours and Joe still opened his shop and helped get me running and he even let me take his personal vehicle to get some more fuel. Then he even told me that I didn't even owe him anything. I insisted on paying him and was on my way again across the country after his much appreciated help. Thanks Joe your a great guy. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an honest mechanic!

I took my girls '05 equinox in for a leaking transmission cooler line.He gave me a price for the work, but when we went to pick up the car he told us there was no charge. The leak was very minor and easily repaired with no extra parts needed.This man has my business and I will be giving out his business cards and recommending him to those that need work done.Sir, may you always be Blessed in everything you do.Service: Transmission

Travel from Indy to Baltimore. Over heated on I- 70 found Joe Joe s early before he opened and did a pressure test and found the problem. Quoted a fair price and two hours later we were on our way. Great job and felt comfortable. Very knowledgeable.

Joe and his mechanics are a great group. They charge an honest rate and are forward with any issues that your vehicle is experiencing as well as to their ability to fix it. If you are looking for a good and honest shop I highly suggest checking Joe Joes.

Our son broke down 45 miles from home. Since it would ve cost a fortune to have it towed home, we had the minivan towed to Joe Joe s, which was the closest option. Our choice based on location turned out to be a great one. They had the van fixed the next day for exactly what we expected it to cost. And we re very helpful, above and beyond what I would expect. I highly recommend using Joe Joe s.

I went in and asked for a Diagnostics and the guy told me I needed my spark plugs changed and didn't do a Diagnostics so I have them change my spark plugs in the truck, ($240) and it runs just as bad as it did when I took it in there cuz the guy didn't do what the customer asks him to do in the first place. I have several friends that could have guessed wrong. Never go back there again.

NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in to get new wheel bearing, drive it around for a week and a half, and it sounded like my tire was about to fall off. When i got it looked at 2 of the 3 bolts that held the wheel on the car had fallen out. The 3rd was hanging on by a couple threads. He says the wheel wouldn't have fallen off but i know i could have easily lost control on 270 if I'd hit a pothole and that 3rd bolt went and I'd been going 70 mph. I'd talked to him the previous Friday and he said he couldn't look at it until Tuesday. I had to miss a day of overtime that Saturday and if i wouldn't have gotten it fixed right possibly Monday and Tuesday. I would have been stranded if nothing else. I asked for a refund but he'd rather keep it. I told him I'd have to give him a bad review and he threatened to call the police on me! I'm a single parent and my daughter rides I that car! In my experience with this shop you should definitely avoid him. There are a lot of other good mechanics in London. If you know his old location just take your car there, the reputable guy who used to own it is back at that location.

Joe and the guys here are the best auto service I have ever been to. They Have went completely out of there way. tofix my car several times. They are the best. Respectful. Kind. Excellent work. I would definitely recommend them .Thanks Joe and the guys.

This is the only shop in town that works on Audi. the staff is friendly and the owner is good to his customer base. theres an older review talking about some in house drama but ignore it these guys are good at what they do, and have done a great job on my car. The owner also has on more than one occasion let me borrow his Audi while mine was being worked on ( its actually parked in front of my house while im writing this review) overall good people fair prices and they take good care of you if anything goes wrong.

One of the best mechanics I have ever been too. They saved me from alot of unnecessary work and even went above and beyond to help me with something extra that needed corrected. Great prices too. Very nice guys.

I broke my axle and,JOE, JOE'S ,came through like my Savior, Lynn's Towing took me over and these guys worked EXPEDITIOUSLY to get it fixed!!! I was back on the road in 2 hours , Big shout out to Brian and the crew . Thanks for everything
