Extremely unprofessional and customer service is beyond bad. Called to see if they had some used tires for sale because I had a blow out the morning of, didn t know the tire size off the top of my head and wasn t by the car because I had to get to work. I called hoping they could use the make and model of my car and the guy on the phone said good luck finding a tire if you don t know the size and hung up.

Spent $1,000 on 4 brand new tires. Was told I needed upper and lower control arms before I could get an alignment. Turns out they just only tightened 2 lug nuts on each front tire. And I found 3 cracked lug nuts that I was not told about.

Had a flat tire on I-70, going from MO to NJ. Stopped in and got 4 new tires. Shop was incredibly helpful and transparent. Showed us the wear and damage on the tires, replaced tires and topped off all fluids and had us back on the road in under an hour. Very helpful and nice people. Bonus old guy in the lobby who kept us entertained and told us as many stories as he could think of

Experiences vary.For most part I have few problems and managers work with you to reconcile problems...but not always. Some people have had workmanship issues there which were never reconciled or taken ownership of. Several people have reported they have had jobs done incorrectly which resulted in damaged or potentially damaged or ruined engines. Personally I had an oil change done where they cross-threaded the drain bolt resulting in a slow leak I was unaware of which eventually nearly ran the engine dry of oil. Toyota had to replace the oil pan costing me over $650.00! Was told to see the MCT owner / manager but what I heard from others I felt it was probably useless... that it would be said " well how do you know it was our fault? You may have run over something" or other excuse. Another (or same?) time they cross-threaded a lug bolt which was replaced -on the following visit- at cost to me. Did a 4-wheel disc brake job 2 years ago which resulted in one left rear brake pad skewing out of alignment & scoring the rotor. The one Customer Service manager whom I've personaly known for years both inside and out of that business did what he could to make it right, only charging me for parts and no labor. But according to the mechanic who repaired it, things were apparently not done which would have precluded that from happening in the beginning.

I went to Goodyear for new tires. When I drove away, there was a Chasis error. Went back to the store and they reset it. Drive away again and back for the same problem!! All in 5 minutes. Horrible!!!!

The staff are friendly and fun! They care about their customers and services. I recommend this business over dealerships. My past experience with a local dealership in town was horrible. Stick with the locals that aren't out to break your pocket book!This past summer, I had a light come on in our Nissan. The guys looked it over and found a nail in one of my tires. They were quick and efficient.

Highly recommend for fantastic customer service. Rick went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's tire was replaced even though it was 10 minutes to closing time and the Buckeyes kicked off at noon. Top notch!

We had a flat tire on the highway. We called AAA who put on our spare. We then drove to this Goodyear store. Jeff and the rest of the guys at Goodyear took us right in and got us out as quickly as possible. Great service!

THEY ALMOST COST ME A NEW ENGINE DID NOT TIGHTEN MY OIL CAP TOOK IT BACK SAID THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM THEY DID NOT TWO WEEKS LATER LIGHT ON AGAIN MY CAR IS A 2020 VOLKSWAGEN ALMOST BLEW THE WHOLE ENGINE DUE TO OIL LEAK DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL I NEVER EVEN WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS HOW IRRATE THIS PLACE HAS ME!!!! THANKFULLY WE KNOW AN ACTUAL MECHANIC FRIEND THAT FIXED THE ISSUE!!!

If they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle that you yourself are unaware of.... get a second opinion.Was told they found alot of issues with my vehicle i was unaware of and quoted me over $1000 in repairs. Took it in to another dealer and they had 3 differnt guys inspect for said issues and none were found, they charged me $60 for the inspection and sent me on my way.

I'd go 100 miles out of my way to avoid these crooks. They don't stand behind there work when you bring it back for them to fix their mistakes. Luckily good year in Hilliard fixed their mistakes free of charge.

Not a good place, they will take advantage of you if they thank they can. They sold my wife a used tire that the side wall blew out of two days later, while she was out of town. Another time they told me I needed brakes rotors and calipers. What they didn't know was I had put new ones on the previous year. If you go here check there work, notorious for not rotating tires,even if you requested it.If this reviews helpful please let me know by giving me a thumbs up.

They are amazing! When my tire was still losing air after I had it in they brought me back and did a full check and fix for no charge. The customer service is wonderful.

Called many shops before finding Goodyear Madison, and I'm so glad I found it! Steve and his team got me in immediately. They were respectful, thorough, honest, and exceeded my expectations!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The car also needed windshield wiper fluid and air pressure adjustment. The air pressure was unchanged. How do I know that the oil was changed at all or if the tires were actually rotated if they can't put air in the tires. Just another garage that can care less about doing the job right. Is anyone held accountable at this establishment? Living up to that untrustworthy stereotype that all places like this have.

We are from out of town and needed a replacement tire immediately. The staff got us right in, new tire on, and able to continue our trip home right away. Excellent service!

We were on the way to Columbus with our horse drawn hearse and 2 Percherons to do a funeral when we got a flat tire on our truck. We pulled in to Madison Tire and they immediately mounted a new tire on the truck for us and got us back on the highway right away. We were a few minutes late getting ready for the funeral but were still able to provide the service. Thanks again from Willow Wind Carriage & Limousine Service.

Went in for an oil change before our vacation to Maryland...the guys there were very proffesional and was in and out in under 30 minutes. And under 30 dollars for my suburban.
