I purchased a Freightliner online and paid to have it transported to Texas. Of course, it didn't make it 10 miles, before the steer tires and steering wheel began to shake. The driver went to the nearest Freightliner shop, but they couldn't get to it for a week. After much calling around and hassling from transport company to reschedule or cancel ($$$$$), I called Ernie's. Ernie answers the phone himself. I bought 2 steer tires over the phone and they also checked everything else, to make sure the truck would make the 1400 mile trip to Texas. It did and I couldn't be happier with their service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.Service: Tires

This repair shop took care of me. I had coolant leak, found out it was one of my radiators and replaced it with no problems. Fantastic service by Ernie junior thank you very much sir.

Good Ol boys hate to be broke down but really satisfied with the service they have gave me they know if I'm down I'll try to limp it over to them if not they are just a phone call away !!

Stay away from this place. Owners are very rude slow and aggressive.They are not cheap - $125 an hour + 6% if u pay credit card. One of brothers owners changed heater core in my cab 4 hours he had no idea what he was doing, and we had to wait for tools that were in a road service truck after we had tools - I had to pay for all time truck was there...Heater core is leaking again (next day)Fixed at other expensive shop for $135 an hour but only 2 hours labor no fees...Do your self a favor don t go there, but if u will don t even try to ask why your bill is like that- these people are extremely aggressive.

My power steering went out on my international pro star at 3am in the morning at the fuel island at the pilot. The pilots 24 hour roadside people never answered their phone. I called the TA right down the street from pilot they told me pilot won't let them on their property, so they gave me a third party vendor to call. I called the towing company they said they don't have anyone to come tow my tractor and trailer. They gave me the number to Ernie's and I'm so glad they did. By far one of the nicest and reasonable mechanics I've ever encountered. They had me up in running in no time. I would highly recommend them.

Didn t like the price for the trailer tire $450 but he jump right on it quickly.Bought 2 trailer tires 255/70R/22.5..Total came up $920

Called this shop and dealt with Ernie himself to have my truck Inspected that I just purchased. I wanted for him to check ECM, oil leaks, def system for any clogging you know an overall inspection of the truck. I m in Texas, truck was to be picked up on Wednesday from London, OH and driven to Houston, TX. So I wanted to make sure the truck was in good condition to be driven almost 1200 miles. He calls me Monday afternoon saying what is it that you want to know about this truck? Not a hello or hey how you doing before that and I mentioned to him again what I wanted to be checked. He goes on to tell me that the truck has no codes, everything s good the only thing he noticed was that it s going to need rear brakes soon. I asked him if he drove the truck and if it drives well and his response was yes only thing it would need was the brakes. I asked for the ECM report to be sent to me and he said computer doesn t print out paper, conveniently. Well guess what?! Had my driver get to pick up the truck today and the truck dashboard looks like a Christmas tree with all lights on, check engine, traction control, you name it. Paid $175 for him to do nothing but steal my money. The truck wasn t even driven 15miles but yet in his opinion was good to go. Unfortunately I guess that s what happens when you re not there physically to see the work for yourself. That guy is a lying dishonest thief. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

great guys. i thought my fifth wheel was totally shot...these guys gave it a smack here, a tug there, and in about 35 minutes they had it all fixed. they didn't even charge me, so i threw 'em some beer/pizza money. thanks guys!

Got a 11r 22.5 1/4 tread 240 bucks plus mount. Great guys very fast down less than an hour. Little high is reason for rating

Well before you call these rip offs call someone else save yourself time and $$$$$$ One of my trucks was broke down 15 miles from this place to replace a universal and a yoke was 2500.00 what a joke these guys are. I will say one thing this is not over by a long shot!!! no estimate just a whopping mind numbing bill. I could have had that truck towed back to Akron and did it at my shop for less than half that and still been under the 12 hours it took them if I would have gotten an estimate up front per Ohio law!!!!!

Charged 7 hours labor for 4.5 hours of work. Did not return my core charge money. Wish I would of read the reviews before I called him. Stay away stay away stay away. Big time RIP off and place looks like it should be condemned.

Called for a blown tire in London Ohio on Tues at 1:32 pm . We had a mounted spare. Was told that it would be about 40-45 minutes before the repair service would be there. Was finished and check wrote at 2:25 pm FOR $205. this is extreme! There excuse is that they charge extra for a super singles. If it was not mounted I would understand. How do these guys sleep at night? Should have called the TA!

I had a driver who needed a wheel seal, TA was charging $3000! So, I sent him to this place and it only took them one hour and a half or so to do the job and for less than half the price.

The worst shop I nave seen. Don t even approach this place stay away they will charge for phone call and it takes for than hour and you will be charged for 125$ this is ridiculous. unprofessional mechanics
