Unlike most dealerships I've dealt with in the past, these guys do their best, they're super understanding and will work with you if you have any problems. I bought a used jeep from here that ended up with some issues after the fact, the service manager and gm are taking care of me, I really appreciate everything they're doing.They go above and beyond, just treat them as you would like to be treated, the golden rule, be good to them and they'll be good to you, they understand buying a vehicle is a commitment, not just an investment.Hands down the best people I've had the pleasure to meet, it's really like talking to family here with these guys.It does take them some time though, been about 3 weeks now and they're still waiting on parts.Thank you so much to everyone at Coughlin!

Had a great experience with Daniel. I was 7 hours away from the dealership and everything was handle smooth over the phone so that when I came to pick up the truck all i did was get in and go! Super nice guys working here, helped me come to a good deal on the price. Couldn t be happier with the truck!

I have bought my last 6 trucks from Coughlinand always thought they had my best interests in mind until this last deal. I have had my truck since October 2023. I currently still don t have the title to this truck and when I asked upper management they have no answers I can t even legally drive a truck I make payments on.

Excellent experience! Worked with Dale. Unfortunately, we were not able to complete the deal, so I did not purchase a car from them I found a car with my preferred specifications elsewhere. That said, he could not have done more to try and help, and he made me feel comfortable through the experience. Spent a fair bit of time With me Circumstances out of their control prevented the deal. They just couldn t locate my specifics and narrow car spec s.

I was really satisfied with how quickly Chris was able to get my car into the shop and get me into a rental. I was highly impressed with how he handled everything and even loved the updates on anytime money was needing to be spent on repairing my vehicle. We have been regular customers at Coughlin for many years. They have become like family to us. Jim Sowers is the absolute best salesman out there! And Caleb in service has been nothing but good to us. Today was no different than any other experience we ve had. Purchased this 2017 Suburban from Jim and with any issue we ve ever had, Caleb has never let us down. 10/10 recommend Coughlin to anyone!- Zack and Olivia

They reset codes so it s fine for a little bit 2days- 2 weeks and then you see the lights. don t offer warranty on used cars. Don t get scammed just go somewhere else

Went to buy a truck listed on Carfax for $21800. Was working with Ryan. Waiting on it to be detailed. He never called me back. Called him the next day and he told me they couldn't honor that price because Carfax priced it wrong. Now it's $7000 more! I asked him if Carfax always automatically prices their used inventory and posts them and he said yes. I don't think I'd buy from a dishonest dealer that doesn't honor their advertised prices or own up to their mistakes!!

I received great service. My impala is a hot mess right now and they were patient with my car and alignment. I believe I worked with Caleb. He gave me updates and discussed issues we had. Christopher also helped me pay at the end and even went out to my car to help me find my tire size and gave me a couple quotes on tires. Very satisfied.And bathroom was very clean. Thank you to everyone else also.

I would say thank you to Rocky Salvito, the Service Manager who went above and beyond recently assisting me. He helped me in getting reimbursed for a covered warranty part that I paid for. It took several months for the warranty company to repay me but he stayed on it until they did. THANK YOU MR SALVITO.

Mike Wilson sold me my Chevy Traverse and he has been most helpful and checks in to see if I need anything. When my car needed service, he was quick to get an appointment set up for me and offered a courtesy car for me to use. Chris in the service department was informative and helpful as well, he kept me informed about the work needing done to my car.

Drew is just absolutely outstanding! What a kick ass vehicle buying experience. He wasn t pushy like most salesmen. Very positive and asked us realistic questions before our purchase. I worked with Drew (sales) and Jeremy (financing) and both made the process of buying a vehicle so easy. I got there at 6 pm and drove off the lot in my new 4 Runner at 8 pm. Prices were fair, no haggling or bullsh*t that I've dealt with in past car buying experiences. Definitely recommend this location and especially Drew. 5/5

I am from out of town traveling thru Ohio on a vacation with my children when my service engine light came on and my "bad quality def (or something like that)" came on in my diesel truck. I was pulling my 35 foot travel trailer and had my three kids in the truck. I called all the GM Dealers in Columbus (four!) and none of them could fit us in or even make an attempt to. I called Coughlin London GM and I talked to Caleb. He was overly friendly, listened to my story and problem, and told me he would help. He was fully booked but still squeezed us in because he had listened and knew about my situation. My truck engine was slowing down my speed do to the DEF issue and I didn't have a lot of options left.I arrived at Coughlin London GM with in the hour. Caleb helped my park my travel trailer and got my truck right it. He had the technician Kevin start working on my truck right away. Kevin and Caleb both stayed late working on it. They couldn't get a part and we had to wait til the morning for the truck to be fixed but it wasn't because of the effort both Kevin and Caleb put it.I was absolutely blown away by the customer service skills of Caleb. He did a great job of keeping me informed and calm especially knowing I am an out of town guest that he would probably never see again. He made a written list of other issues with the truck I should look at fixing when I get home. He just did what i needed to make it home safety. He went above and beyond and even called me the following Monday to make sure my family made it home safely.Its 2023, and customer service like I received from Caleb is few and far between. I live four hours away in Indiana but will be shopping at Coughlin London GM when I'm ready to update my truck.Thank you for your service Caleb.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation, new switch in the drivers seat, and a new module in my moon roof that had gone out.Everything was done just fine besides the moon roof I was not happy with at all.It was installed loose, stained, and not the same as it was when I brought it in nor bought it! It had a different piece at the end had a gap and we not tight and uniform as it should be as if it wasn t the same shade that I had before getting my car serviced. I made arrangements for them to keep it overnight to finish the job also to avoid having to come back the next week, and after paying $979 and picking up I ended up back here the following Monday to remedy all this which I was leaving my car overnight before to avoid making another 30 min to and from trip.I used to live locally and have had no issues until the last few visits I leave with parts of my car missing, damaged, and not complete properly. I have started to take pictures and have proof because I am starting to loose my trust and I hate that considering I loved this location versus where I purchased and am from in Columbus.

They went above and beyond! Cole was great (I believe that was his name!). Heck, the whole team was very accommodating, quick, efficient and informative. They even squeezed in changing my oil why I was there! I'll definitely be back and recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

We purchased a new 2019 GMC Sierra HD from a salesman, Chris Coffman. The vehicle was damaged during transport from the tire shop. Dealership driver drove the vehicle through wet road paint (yellow) on a white truck. They ended up having to repaint the vehicle and it took almost 2 weeks for us to receive the truck. The dealership never offered to provide us a detail list of what they did to the vehicle. Never made any attempt at compensating us for the downtime. Chris was very rude during email correspondence when checking on the status of the vehicle. Manager John Savage attempted to smooth things over, but then again they all dropped the ball. I can say that I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.We choose this dealership due to the large selection of vehicles...great selection, just lacked on customer service.

I would like to speak to the manager to to the Chevy dealer in London oh I have been very mislead for three separate appointments and experiences and my car is left unrepaired and if not has had more issues after each repair at this location. They did not communicate charges to me but waited until checkout. I will never take my vehicle there again. Literally balled my eyes out leaving the lot.
