I was involved in a pretty bad accident last weekend almost 9 p.m. Cold, windy weather and they came out quickly and worked with police and fire and were very helpful and pleasant to work with. They made a very stressful situation much easier to bear. Highly recommend.

I broke down on the side of 70 w in columbus due to a tire blow out. The guy arrived within no time at all and was very friendly. I only intended on getting the one tire replaced but the pricing and service was great I got all new tires. I will recommend this place to everyone for now on.

I had a tire blow out on 70 . It was on a Saturday evening and I called everyone. Barkers came out and towed me into there shop in London and put a good used tire on for me. They were very nice. Thanks for the great service!!

I came in for 2 used tires due to a blow out. They 2 guys were very professional. Let me stand out and chat with them while they did it. These tires were practically BRAND NEW! I always go back for my tires. You can t beat quality tires at affordable prices! Thank you Barkers for always keeping me on the road!

I actually felt sorry for the employee. I went looking for a SPARE tire for my jeep. They had 1 and things were great. I was told several times $40 mounted. Cool. The employee was great, energetic and knowledgeable. Went in to pay and the employee behind the counter again told me $40. I pulled out 2 20 bills and a voice from behind a office, hiding like a thief said hats $50. The room fell silent. The employee was shocked and embarassed. $50 cause its a mud tire. The tire size is 31 x 10.5 by 15. It todays world that hardly qualifies as a mud tire. I could tell thay the employee was in shock amd embarassed. I do not know or who was behind that voice but I relented and paid the extra $10. I hope that thief that stple $10 from me is brought to financial ruin over $10, he didnt have the professionalism or guts to look me in the eye. For that reason I will say here and everyone avoid business with Barkers. That to me was jusy plain theft!!!!! I would have gladly paid their price but to change the agreed price afterwards is just not right. Who or how else do they do this to?

Desmond was able to find me a tire for my truck and changed it within two days. I'm so happy with his work and the treatment I recieved! Great work guys!

Had a car accident Friday October 16 2020 at 1230-100pm ...2 guys show up with tow truck tow my car and the guy that was in accident with me ..the older guy that later I found out is owner keeps saying at least 2 times that he doesn't wanna be stuck with my car ...that he takes people to court over that to get title and fees ...I was in the middle of dealing with cops and insurance people ..bout the wreck I thought that was very unprofessional I had no intentions of leavin my car with them...then to add insult to Injury I show up today oct17th 2020 at noon I got charged $200 for the tow of less than 6 miles ...and charged 2 days storage at $35 a day for 2 days!!!! He had the car a total of 24 hrs a complete rip off .....

Absolutely the best and fast service received. I have been using the Barker's for years for towing and tire needs. This is the best place and local/family owned business around.

Terrible customer service. After several calls before making the 40 min drive to retrieve an impounded car, they never once offered the information that impounds require cash to retrieve causing delay in getting my vehicle for another 4 days and an additional $100.

Dec 1st, around 930 in the evening, I was tailgated by one of the tow trucks through London and outside of town just past buckeye ford. Then in a no passing zone they passed me. It's one thing to take your own life, but putting others lives, including my 3 children, whom were in the car is disrespectful. I would and will never use this company.

Dustin is amazing. My car was towed by them after a accident and helped us get into the crushed shut trunk so that we could get everything out of the vehicle. You rock Dustin!

I called him up at 6:30 in the evening on Easter Sunday with a blown out Tire right in the middle I-70 I was able to get my own spare back on it thankful for that but the man was there and could have Dunmore last night but I knew where I was headed this morning so I can get myself back up on the road and they treated me fairly and treated me like family.

This place is garbage..Guy says 2 hours for a tow truck then when you call back 2 hours later to see where they're at its still 2 hours..Total waste if time do not call if you dont plan on waitinf 4-5 hrs
