The guys and Emily are the best! Bought an auction truck through them from out of state, flew up and drove it back without worry. They tweaked some stuff for us, gave us a mini tour, and added fuel. Title came in the mail within the timeframe shared. Since back we ve acid washed the truck and changed out a few things. Took it out for a gig and all is well! Thank you much Joe, sf! R&M

Happened to see a 7-Axle Mack Dump Aaron s had for Sale on TruckPaper. Called the office and my call was returned very promptly. I spoke with John on the phone about the truck and he informed me that he had some more trucks I could take a look at. I stopped by later that day and was able to talk the truck over with John and discuss a deal. John was very professional and helpful. The buying process was very easy. Joe and Emily were also a big help as well, as I had paperwork that needed filled out and sent back to me, they were very quick and easy to work with. I did however, encounter issues with the truck when I picked it up. They were issues I weren t totally aware about, but I did give Aaron s a call, and they helped take care of the repair that needed done. I really appreciate their help in the matter as they wereProfessional and willing to help in any way possible. I would definitely do business with Aaron s again. I purchased a used truck from Aaron's Truck & Equipment in October and I want to tell you it was extremely important to me how polite and helpful everyone was, paperwork was fast and simple my truck is awesome!!! I will be back when I'm in need doe another truck.

Unprofessional tyre Machnic no jack to lift truck change tyre they charge me $50 each tyre & lift my truck with forklift they damage air suspension after that not work wellMake sure ask everything first they are unprofessional work here

They need to service the car transporter I rented. Cost me $160 in gas on the way home. The trip there was only $90. Brakes are probably rubbing. Also was charged 2 day rental for an 18 hrs worth of use. Not getting a dime back, guarantee that

I arrived in need of a truck and trailer after my vehicle broke down while on vacation. Joseph provided excellent service! He spent an hour calling several different locations in order to find me exactly what I needed to get home (500 miles away). We appreciated his commitment and incredible kindness! Thank you Joseph!

Terrible communication. Joe said he"d call right back and week and half later no return call. Said it had new clutch and when got home wanted to adjust it and its welded. Can"t be new at all. Also was told would have title in 2 weeks and 3 weeks later still don"t have. Be ware if you do business there!!!! Not truthful at all.

The truck I purchased from the online auction stated good running and ready to go to work in reality it is in need of a rebuild with a ton of blow-by I feel Aaron's knew this yet posted it as a ready to work truck anyway so beware if you are shopping there they got me I hope they don't get you.

Went to get a uhaul and they were closed. The sign said they were open until 5 I believe and we were there at 4. Several other people showed up while we there and were upset. Poor customer service.
