buyer beware this company will try to rip you off specially CJ owner Dave. They re both are unprofessional. They re both are thieves these two knuckleheads are unbelievable bought a truck from them about a year and a half ago I paid 35,000 for that truck. That was not properly working I put a lot of money into it got it working the right way so I called him and they have a piece of equipment that I wanted this knucklehead knucklehead CJ they tried to tell me that this truck is lost $25,000 in the year and they would only be at $15,000 mind you they have a piece of junk that s sitting at their place for like $40,000. Don t even hold a candle to the truck I m trading in, nevertheless, two guys are buyer. Beware they are thieves.

We were on a road trip and caught a nail in our tire. The folks were incredibly helpful and plugged it with no charge! Forever grateful!!!

Damon was great! I wasn t able to be there during the open hours as I m 4.5 hours away. But Damon and I spoke on the phone about 10 different times. He made the process seamless and met me at 10:30 pm to purchase my vehicle! Great guy would recommend

56 auto has a tool rental building across the street from the car lot. The rates are reasonable and they have a wide selection of tools/equipment. If you re in the London area, it is a handy alternative from going to Dayton or Columbus to rent construction equipment.

My husband and I just recently purchased a car from 56 Auto and it was a wonderful experience for us. Damon was very patient with us and kept in contact with us until we were ready to purchase. They offer a decent selection of vehicles for your price range and will work with you to get into the car you want. Very happy with our purchase with them and would highly recommend.

While traveling across the country, my wife and I experienced a serious mechanical issue with our vehicle. After a Google search and several phone calls, I made the right call to 56 Auto Sales. Noah did an outstanding job towing our vehicle. Jason, at the service counter was extremely accommodating while dealing with my insurance and throughout the entire process. I could not have been happier with the mechanic, Pierce that successfully completed the repairs - saving our trip and our vehicle. The owners, John and Amy are nothing short of amazing. I have often found that employees are a direct reflection of owners/managers. This is very much the case at 56 Auto Sales. Everyone we spoke to was kind, compassionate and caring. Nothing would stop me from recommending this business and their outstanding employees. It would have been easy for an auto repair business to take advantage of my situation in this time of need. This was not the case at 56 Auto Sales. They were extremely fair and did excellent work. My vehicle is continuing to run amazing over 1,000 miles later - no issues whatsoever. Thank you so much!

After a mess totaling my van; issues with body shop and insurance company it was very nice for something to go right. Damon was great took the time with us to talk things over and let us test drive as many cars as we needed. Up front and honest and thorough with us. Tyler and Damon are both great and we will definitely be going back! Thank you 56 Auto Sales!!

My husband and I both just bought vehicles from 56 Auto Sales today. Damon Ward was our sales rep and one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting in a long time! He was patient and helped us with our financing and we were both able to find vehicles that are top notch! Thank you Damon and thanks 56 Auto Sales for the great experience!

I'm 18 and just bought my first car from Damon Ward! He was so nice and willing to work me! Damon sold me the perfect car for the perfect price and I couldn't be more happy! He even bought my old truck for more than it was worth! I'll definitely be doing business with him in the years to come! Thank you!!!

We bought a used truck today at 56 Auto Sales. It could not have been a better experience. Our salesman, Damon Ward, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very helpful and in less than two hours after we walked in, we had test drove the truck, did all of the paperwork and left driving it.

We bought an Isuzu box truck here maybe six months ago. Paid top dollar... which would be fine if it had been in retail condition. It has been a nightmare. We have spent $28,000 (with towing) and it STILL isn't right... and that doesn't include the kingpin needing replaced since we have owned it (also thousands of dollars). On top of ongoing DPF issues, the rear differential had to be replaced, along with the injectors and too many other things to list. This truck was in no condition to be sold, period.

Damon Ward was extremely helpful. Came to look at a vehicle and ended up walking out with one ! First time buying a car off a lot and this was the smoothest I could have imagined it to be. My Husband and i had been looking for a second vehicle and had been for a while we have always wanted a truck but knew we didnt have the credit to get one, we were recommended to try 56 auto and didnt regret it at all! we worked with Damon Ward and hands down he was the best ! he answered all our questions and was honest ! he got us a great deal! and the whole place was very welcoming and such an easy process ! im glad to say we walked out with a 2015 ram 1500 !!!! i would not only recommend Damon but 56 auto as well!!!

This dealership was very interested in selling us a vehicle after we contacted them inquiring about their inventory. The salesman called us to make sure that we were still going to purchase the vehicle and set up a date and time that was convenient for us. The truck that we purchased required a piece to make the boom work but it has been 45 days since the purchase and we did get a piece but it was the wrong one (still waiting for the correct part) and to top it all off the rear end went out already and when we called to talk to the manager he was rude. All that we was asking was for them to pay something since we only got the vehicle less than 2 months ago, and we drove over 5 hours to do business there. Sadly the only return call that we got was when they wanted to secure the deal. Hopefully you have a better experience.

Me and my husband went here and worked with Damon Ward because we were interested in buying a truck. We test drove a few trucks and decided we were going to go ahead and purchase an F-150. Very friendly atmosphere and courteous service. Will return in the future!!!

My boyfriend and I had our heart set on the 2015 Honda Civic we viewed online. We ended going today to look at it. And we actually left with it ! We had an amazing experience. Damon was super helpful and everyone was extremely friendly! Highly recommend!

Internet buyers beware!!!!!Horrible experienceThey had truck listed for $34k, i called asked for them to send buyers order to my bank i wanted to buy it. They sent one for $37k and promptly added a second listing without removing the old listing. Called straighten that out ask not to pull shady car lot stuff on me. So i get truck approved and get check for truck sent them a picture of check to prove im a serious buyer. They then proceed to tell me truck is in shop will be ready in few days. Few days goes by i call again parts just got there today be ready few days. This process repeats for 2 weeks same exact words. Parts arrived today 3 times!!!. Would never recommend a dealership that tries to take advantage of your bank then makes the truck unavailable when its time to deliver. Repeatedly lied, rarely message back when they said they would. Complete waste of my time, my banks time, their time, my drivers time. If they cant screw you they dont want you as a customer

Our family has now purchased two cars from 56 Auto, and we couldn't be happier. They worked with us to find what kind of car we would like to purchase, and then found us those kinds of cars.We also have been getting all our cars serviced at 56 auto, and their customer service is almost as great as the job they do on the cars.Great folks, and a wonderful, low-pressure way to go about finding a car.

My niece was in need of a car, she called and spoke to Damon Ward on a Saturday, they close at noon, he offered to come back in and help her get a car . He met us and did not rush us to find something quick, he explained every car she was interested in and she walked out with a car she loved. I would highly recommend going and working with Damon!

Newly divorced and I was in need of a vehicle. I heard about 56 from coworkers. I was very pleased with my experience. The service department I think is top notch. Jeff Burns is professional and anything that I've needed done he took care of it in a timely manner. When the time comes I need another car, I will definitely give them my business.

I had a wonderful experience. Damon helped get me in a car same day, no problem. Had a horrible day and he helped so much. I would recommend going here ! Super nice and professional. Not sure why all the bad reviews.

Nice selection of used flatbed trucks and they were willing to bring it up to the mechanic to check it out. (I'm out of state). They even brought it up to the scales to get it weighed in order to see if it met my specifications.

We were driving in the slushy mess on Highway 70, Saturday, December 30th morning on a 600 mile trip and the windshield washer fluid was frozen from the bitter cold, so couldn't see. Knew nothing about the area, but found this place on Google maps. Phone was answered immediately, we were transferred to the repair shop and spoke to Jeff. He gave us clear directions to get there, they took the car in immediately and within less than an hour left with fresh oil, tires rotated (knew both were needed), and the windshield washer working perfectly. All very reasonable prices. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Couldn't have had a better experience. We will do business with them again. In our situation, we could have been taken advantage of, but they treated us like friends.

They always take good care of me here. This is the only place I come for oil changes and necessary maintenance for my car. They're always fair and honest. No matter how big or small the issue, they always take care if it in a decent amount of time.

Had a wonderful experience with this place. Owner was able to go out of his way to meet me on the weekend to look at the truck and meet after hours the next day to purchase the truck. Was a clean truck and full report was given on what was done and very fair on price with a great deal. If you are looking here to buy don't be afraid to ask something out of the ordinary. The owner was very respectful and easy to work with!

NEVER buy from these people!!! I am sooooo pissed about how I was treated. Got a 2011 Chevy Cruz from them and had to drive about 130 miles the 1st day I had it. The car got me to where I was going but was bone dry on oil by the time I got there. Took it back to them and they replaced a pcv valve. Got it back and the next week was doing the same thing as last time. Preceded to take it back 2 more times for a total of 3 times. 3rd time told the mechanics EXACTLY what was wrong with it but they still didn't fix it. Now its sitting in my driveway broke down with a repair bill of almost $500.00, just for parts, that I cant afford to pay. All because they were too cheap to fix it properly. Thanks for the lemon!!!
