The photo is of one of my brake pads that Tansky/Kevins had no issue sending me on my way with. Place is alright for oil changes but for the love of god do not take your car here for any legitimate repairs. Around a month ago I had them change my tires, and told them while they were in there to please check out my brakes as they had been squeaking a little. When I picked up my car I noticed there were no notes regarding the state of my brake pads but the receptionist assured me that they had in fact been checked and were fine. Made an appointment maybe two weeks later (1 week ago) specifically for them to check out my brake pads because the squeaking had continually gotten worse and turned into a loud, very noticable grinding. They told me that all four brake pads were at half life and the guy who test drove it said that all I was hearing was my EXHAUST. When I questioned them about how my exhaust could possibly be causing my brakes to grind, they told me that actually there was no grinding or squeaking. When I asked them to check it again they made a few comments about "busy" they are right now. They sent me on my way and didn't even charge me for the diagnostic (in hindsight I realize that this is because no evaluation/inspection was ever performed) Called another mechanic and got in a couple days later. Turns out my brake pads were in fact not at "half life" as the one that was the loudest FELL OUT when the second mechanic pulled my car into the shop. Ended up needing to replace my rotors and brake pads by this point and a quick couple hundred dollar fix that Tansky/Kevins failed to perform turned into a $750 fix for another mechanic. New mechanic said that it was a genuine safety hazard and that there was no way they had even looked at the car if they sent me on my way in that condition. They could have killed an entire family with their negligence and lack of professionalism. Glad I did my own research and found somewhere that actually fixes cars since these guys have no issues watching money walk out the door. DONT GO HERE !

We arrived to Logan, Ohio and unfortunately had some vehicle issues. We called Kevin's and they told us they could take a look at it that same day. They were able to diagnose and fix our issue all within the exact same day! Everyone was extremely friendly, and beyond helpful! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have taken my car here to get serviced twice and in two separate occasions and both times I have taken it in, my car has left in worse condition. The first issue that I brought my car in for was the ABS light on the dash. They said the reason my ABS light was on was because the wheel barrings were bad and they replaced them. Once I got my car back, the ABS light was still on and there was a new humming sound that was coming from my vehicle. Later on I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a dignoses of my car and they told me that my wheel barrings were improperly installed. Tanskeys had also fail to mention or catch that the brake fluid was very low and I had to make an emergency stop on the road and fill it up.The other time I got my car serviced here was for a suspension issue. I explained to them that my car would sometimes bounce or sway when on the road. They replaced the struts on my vehicle. I again got my car back and the issue persisted. When I got my car dignose with another mechanic, they had told me that my sway bar was loose, which again Tanskeys had missed. They have failed to communicate to me about my sway bar and the issue continued which makes me wonder if my struts actually needed replacing or not.If I could leave zero stars I would. They have failed to find the problem, they have failed to fix the problem, and they have failed to communicate with me about car. I have wasted hundreds of dollars on pointless repairs and sloppy mistakes. Be aware.

These guys are amazing! We are here from out of state and had car troubles. Our cars fixed and running smoothly in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Tansky/ Kevin s service center!

It would be an all right place, if the employees would be more respectful to the neighborhood and not park in front of peoples houses every day all day and use their own parking lot or park in front of their own business so that people can park in front of their homes.

We love Kevin's/Tansky. They are friendly, quick, reasonably priced and most importantly honest. Only place we'll take our vehicles. From the front desk to the mechanics everyone is kind and friendly. We really appreciate their service.

told me the coilovers i had were wrong and they wouldn t install them. took them to a buddy s house later that day and installed them within 3 1/2 hours

This auto service shop in Logan was amazing. Wore my brakes down to next to nothing. Called first thing in the morning. And they were able to get my vehicle in the same day. Conversation was very nice with the lady in the front office. Would recommend to anyone to take their vehicle there.

Great business. Went there for a problem with my valve stem and they had it fixed in under 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

This is absolutely the best repair shop in the area. Extremely reasonable rates, but more importantly they are fast, efficient and extremely polite. I have been in customer service for 20 years and take it very serious and this was the first time I stopped and thought wow, what excellent customer service. My experience with Kevin's Auto could not have been more pleasant. I would like to thank the entire staff for a job well done.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

My family and I stopped here because our tire was punctured and we were 3 hours from home. The techs were so helpful and knowledgeable and worked at a great price too. Quick holiday weekend getaway a few hours from home and there's an awful smell and noise from under the hood. Of course we're thinking it's the end of our stress-free getaway and we're envisioning $$$ I'm repairs. Not knowing the town, we asked around. Kevin's was the almost immediate response from locals, including other fully booked repairs shops. So, we called and found out they too were booked, but could break away to take a look if we came down. We headed down right away. The problem was immediately diagnosed and parts were on the way.Kevin and his wife Amy were extremely nice and it even felt as if we were visiting with family instead of waiting at a service station. They're great company and Kevin and his crew did amazing work for a very reasonable cost. I HIGHLY recommend. What can I say, locals know best!!!!And BTW, got the sneakers and headed to Ash Cave. Hours away from home on 4th of July weekend when car started making an awful noise and smell. Stopped into Kevin's and they were already booked solid, but worked me in so we wouldn't get stranded on the side of road. I was out the door in a couple hours for a very reasonable price. Kevin and Amy are great people and this is an honest shop. Highly recommend!

If you have a flat tire, this is the perfect place for you. If you need any other kind of service repairs, then forget taking it here. When Kevin owned it, it was an honest shop that I could count on to fix my vehicles or at least point me in the right direction. Ever since it has changed hands, I have taken two vehicles there where they had my car for multiple days and still couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. And if they did, it was vague generalizations regarding how I should go about fixing my car. Both times what they said was wrong with my car was not even in the ballpark of what was actually wrong with it. Staff was rude when I inquired about how my was being serviced.We believed my husbands car was needing a new clutch, they stated that definitely wasn t the issue, that actually the transmission was just bad that s all they could tell me. Took the car to get a second opinion and they said it was the axel sleeve, they gave me a recommendation for a transmission shop. Called the transmission shop and explained what the car was doing and what the two shops we took it to said was wrong with it. After we finished explained the transmission shop stated, Man what you re describing really sounds like the clutch. .

Down in the area for vacation and had a strange noise coming from my rear wheel. Kevin did not have time to get me in on a Saturday, but still drove it around the block with me and took the wheel off to check for any major issues. He was able to give us the peace of mind that I can make the drive home. Great guy

Kevin's Service is a very professional and timely company. Anytime I need an oil change they fit me right in! Yesterday I realized I had a nail in my tire and they fit me in and it was done in 15 min or less! They always do a great job and don't charge an arm and a leg!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place was great when Kevin owned it but, he sold it and it has fallen off fast. Took our vehicle in for repair, they quoted us $1500 for all repairs. We told them to go ahead and fix it. After a week went by and we hadn't heard from them, my wife called in and got no answer so she left a message. A day later they called back to inform us they hadn't even ordered the part yet but, the quote was now $2000. She told them we would just pick it up and take it elsewhere and suddenly there was a diagnostic fee but, they didn't know how much the fee was. Odd. This place is now owned by Tansky's who Ive lived right next to my whole life. I will be putting a letter in both of their mailboxes letting them know their business is running the okeydoke on customers. Beware!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We were staying at a cabin in hocking hills on a mini vacation. As we were leaving to head back to PA we had a sudden issue with my car- the alternator. I googled a near by service station and lucky for us we found Kevin s!! We cannot thank him enough. They called to order the parts, fit us into his very busy schedule, and had us back on the road a few hours later. They were super nice & friendly to a couple of out of towners and we really appreciated them. A true life saver in what could have been a really bad situation. Thank you to Kevin, his wife, & staff for taking such good care of us.

I don't trust anyone else with my Subaru Outback. Kevin and his team are great. Someone you can trust with your car and your wallet. Bring Kevin a gallon of chocolate milk too. It'll make your mechanic happy lol.
