This was a surprise. Not as expensive of a repair as I was expecting, and they sent a girl to pick me up so I could get my car the same day. And their staff is such a treat! Thank you!!

I purchased tires from here last February, 2023 (with a warranty). That experience was good as far as price and service. Fast forward to 2:28 PM yesterday (Friday) when we called Huddle Tires because I have a clear issue in one of my tires. We explained to them that I am leaving out of town Sunday and the representative from Huddle Tires said it wasn't a problem and to bring the car in today between 8AM-12:30 PM. We did just that......and was turned away.....today's representative saying we didn't have an appointment. We were told by their Friday representative to just come today, between those hours. We do not appreciate NOT being given the opportunity to take it somewhere else before our trip tomorrow and being mislead by clearly an untrained representative of your company.

I was going to spend $833 on new tires and an alignment for my truck. I dropped the truck off they tell me it'll be done that day. Later after im off work and don't hear from them i call, they say the alignment guy didn't come in and they cant align the tires. The guy tells me "you can come get it and bring it back this week".... Brand new tires, 3/4 ton truck, no alignment. I refuse. The next day they tell me they CANNOT ALIGN THE TRUCK & DO NOT KNOW WHY(keep in mind these are tire professionals). I demand the tires be taken off, he tells me ill be waiting till he has time that week. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE to get a price to get my car down. Ill be posting a video of the little scammer. My attitude in it is not great but they had my property and honestly he's lucky to resides inside the bounds of a civil society and not a place where men are held to account.

The customer service has gone down the drain since Tire Discounter took over. My family has done business there since 1999 and it was always great service. Ever since Tire Discount became part of it we have been disappointed. The wait time is awful and they lie about their inspection checks. They didn't check anything. The prices have also went up notably since Tire Discounter took over.

Had a full oil change service performed on my vehicle. Got in and out in under one hour. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting area. Going back for a brake service soon.

To be honest if it weren't for Connie at the service counter I would give this place a 1 star rating. Connie handled my issue and she's the reason I'll be back yo give the techs a shot at keeping my business

They did a great job at a great price getting my Mercedes SL550 winterized. They had to special order the filter and get 10w40 synthetic oil in as most cars don't use it any more but the did all that and got me going for $80. Considering the cheapest a Mercedes dealership will do a Service A(the basic oil lube filter) for is $300, that is a heck of a deal!

I called and scheduled an alignment earlier in the week. I dropped off my car the night before the appointment. When I called at 3pm - 2 hours after the appointment time, they said it wasn t done and couldn t find the job or my car. When I had someone else stop and pay / pick up the keys only an oil change was done which was never requested.

Great customer service! Work is done quickly and professionally. New tires, tire repair, and tube placement are all done well and with a great attitude.

Prompt reliable and fast service. Prices have increased with new ownership HOWEVER, they do 1 year warranty on alignments(what I always go there for) so it works out. They tolerate my kiddo and myself waiting in the lobby, and the receptionist is always welcoming and kind to us.

I was an hour away from home at 5:15pm, and realized my tire was almost flat. I slowly rolled into their parking lot with 15 minutes until they closed for the evening. Not only did they help me right away, they changed my tire to my spare for me, AND took no payment. The kindness of the staff here was touching, and VERY much appreciated! My evening would have looked a LOT different without their help! THANK YOU!!!

Top notch customer care. I had a nail in the tire and a 4 hour drive home. The shop was closing in 45 minutes. Not even a flinch from the guys, they assured me they could fix it and get me on my way. Friendly and helpful, thank you.

When we arrived at our camping destination here in Logan, discovered one of camper tire's failed and the other's almost done for. Called Huddle Tire Discounters and told them we needed G rated and size. They drove to Lancaster that evening to pick up what we needed and took care of us first thing the following morning. Thank you so much!! All the employees were very nice from the people behind the counter to the mechanic.

100% call this shop for your tire repairs!Connie and Steve were incredible.My business partner and I drove from Nashville to Ohio and ended up needing to jump frog the last leg of the trip from air pump to air pump as my tire pressure continued to wane.We were lucky enough to get an appt the next morning to find a nail in my tire and got the last of its kind to replace.They saved us such a hassle and we had a great time doing it.Thank you so much again for your help!

Brought our car in with a flat. Mike was able to diagnose a split in the sidewall very quickly. We needed an unusual size which they didn't have but they gave us good advice on how to proceed. Thank you!

Wow! This place is incredible. Friendly knowledgeable staff. We had a blowout and a spare that was 20 years old.They took care of us in a pinch. Fairly priced I would recommend to anyone..... except maybe my ex (they are too good for her)

The staff at Huddle were very helpful and kind. While doing research to get my tires done they were the best price and was able to fit me in that same day. So far the tires are great no leaking valve stems unlike some of the other places I have been to they look good, feel good and I would not hesitate to go back for service. Thanks Huddle..
