Amazing!! They were kind on the phone, fast to get to me. Professional and got the job done quickly in the snow and a very tricky situation. I am super grateful and recommend them highly! They also didn t charge me an arm and a leg!

They replaced my alternator. He came and towed me 2xs. Very friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. He directed me to what was good and bad being i was from out of state. Prices were pretty reasonable. Ever in a pickle this guy is your guy.

These guys are my heroes. My office is on the west side of Columbus. My wife is in sales and calls me at 3:30 PMfrom Logan to tell me her tail pipe on the Accura has come loose and is dragging. I figure my only option is to have the car towed or see if I can wire it up to get her home. As an afterthought, I suggested she ask her customers in Logan to see if they knew of anyone who might be able to help. One of them suggested Andys. I jumped in the truck to pick her up, thinking that, at best, they might be able to get to it the next day. Before I get to Lancaster, my wife calls to tell me Andys roadside assistance people are there and have determined they can fix it in no time. They jury rigged things to get her back to their shop and had it repaired in less an hour at a price that was far less than I expected. Based on our experience, these guys are a class act who do great work and won't take advantage of you.

Thank you Andy's for the customer service and the work you did on my husbands car. I called and told them what I needed to have done and added repairs to the work they had scheduled to repair. They got the car done AMAZINGLY fast even with adding additional repairs and were not angry with the addional work I added at the last minute. And I was impressed with the price to do the repairs, I do believe that I have a new mechanic shop from now on.

These guys are great. They always have the best price and theyre very friendly.*UPDATE*I just had to pay another mechanic to fix issues that were supposed to have been fixed by Andys 5 months ago. They were pd to replace valve cover gasket and plugs, but when i finally took it to my old mechanic he showed me that these parts were cracked and leaking. No way they were replaced 5 months ago. Im very upset and I will not be going back

Scheduled appt for the next day service. Dropped off vehicle. Within 10 minutes (after I left the shop), I got a call about the problem and the costs to fix. They said they would have it fixed within 20 mins. 15 mins later I got a call ot was fixed and ready to go. Got vehicle and it was solved. Couldn't be any better. I brought my truck in for Cat back dual exausht with NO mufflers exited behind the tires. It took 3 hours and upon collecting my truck I find it has a muffler and is straight out the back not behind the tires. So I reschedule to have it fixed. They have it over and hour I pick it up and find it still has a muffler ! All in all over 4 hours of time was wasted and I wasn't given any of my money back for compensation.

Brought truck in 3 times for dual exaughst suppose to be from cat back no muffler and come out behind tires they put a muffler on it and pipes out back and charged more than quoted 3 visits to get it done right

I stumbled upon Andy's while in Logan a few years ago. Since then they have done exhaust and muffler work on 2 Jeeps and I'm going back again soon!
