Great place very nice people nice owner. I pulled in without an appointment to have a tire patched for a slow leak. 30 minutes later fixed on the road and for a good price!! They even had to replace wheel weights and re balance. Dude that patched it for me did good job was gentle with my huge aluminum wheels and torqued them down. Will be back for more when needed.

July we dropped a truck off for warranted transmission work. You had this truck many weeks now. Can t get a transmission due to manufacturing issues. Okay alright that s cool. Turn the paperwork in get in a list so when they do come available they will ship one.November still no transmission. He decides we are just gonna eat it and purchase one. We paid this shop thousand s of dollars to purchase a transmission.December still no transmission. He calls two weeks before Christmas he s got the transmission in have it ready for ya by the end of the week. End of the week comes still no truck. Beginning of the week we are waiting on programming be here in a couple days truck will be ready by Friday. Friday came no truck.January still no truck. my still kinda patient guy calls up there and owner says oh man they ordered the wrong transmission they got another on the way.January 23 he decides to make a surprise drop in to only find that his trucks not been touched. Any man can tell when his transmission has been pulled the bolts would clearly show that. You told him you pulled the transmission put another one in it just to find out it wasn t the correct transmission took that one out and put our old one back in it. No mechanic anywhere would ever do that knowing the correct transmission is on its way. My bf went back in his office and was pissed. You showed him receipts that you ordered one from jasper. He left couple days later conveniently warranted transmissions became available. Okay man get one we need this truck back. Waited waited waited waited and nothing.February still no truck no transmission. My bf calls up there says the dealer has one there should be here in a couple days. He calls the dealer and the gentleman says we are still waiting on paper work he never returned it to us. So therefore no transmission there for us.February 10th the two good things you did was meet him today and give him his money back.The nerve of you to shake a man s hand and say hope there s no hard feelings. You know you lied and to hope for no hard feelings is the craziest most insane thing I ve ever heard.There s hard feelings for sure. We are not the only ones that have had issues with you and warranty work.

They're the most helpful mechanic shop I've ever seen, my semi truck won't start so I went across the street and asked if they could take a look even though they don't really work on semi trucks the mechanic came out got my truck started and didn't even charge me!Best shop ever highly recommend

Very nice, helpful and cheap! He did not have our tire size in stock. So we went to Walmart bought the tire and they replaced it right away. Waited only a few minutes. I would definitely use this place again!

I had all 4 tires mounted and balanced a few weeks back, my car was still shaky after having that done, so I went and got new breaks and rotors, got an alignment, still didn't fix the issue. Took it back to them to have re-balanced because maybe a weight fell off? So the guy comes out after the jobs done and said how all the tires were off balance and still charged me $80 dollars for that. A job that should've been done right the first time, that I already paid for, having to pay for it again. They could've gave half off or something. The tire & balance for my car was $180. Just crazy.

I would be careful if your taking your vehicle here for warranty work. They straight up lied to me about my coverage and told me my warranty claim was denied forcing me to pay out of pocket. Called my warranty company and they told me they had provided authorization to the service advisor and were covering all of it except the shop supplies. Find someone more honest to work on your vehicle.

This establishment is very conveniently located. Staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Service was fast and everything is exactly how you would want it to be. Would highly recommend.

Nice people, very polite and respectful, my dog even got the good treatment from her! However being in a small town stuck of my size tires were not available without order. So another answer of two day wait was the only reason I didn't go with her.

Didn't want to check out a tire on my car. Said low pressure due to weather....noooo...it had a screw in it, thanks to another business that cared enough to check it out!Guess it wasn't time worthy! Might be ok for other issues, not for me though.Changed owners, no longer Cherrys.

They do much more then just tire service or sell tires. This is a really good repair shop. I couldn't get into huddles as they were backed up. I've already delt with muffler express and never again will I go there. I wasn't trusting Walmart after my tire fell off before I left the parking lot, so I tried cherry's and I am glad I did. They offered great repair at a price much lower than I was used to paying. We started having our work done here, well one month we were having problems. The owner overheard us talking and when we went to pay he offered to let us do payments since we were regular customers. I did not expect that and it made that month much easier for us. They care about their work and they are very friendly. I still get my tires from huddles but these guys do everything else, fyi I get a big discount from huddles which is why I go there for tires. Why I get the discount is private and don't bother asking because you won't get it.

Was on vacation withdaughter and granddaughter when my brakes went out completely, Marty's towing set me up with Cherry's and they had my truck on the rack the very same day and rode me and my family home and picked me up when they were finished with the repairs. They were very thorough and courteous, this would be my go to shop if I were a resident of this town. Many thanks to a straight up kind of business.

Was on a trip with my family. Car started making some noise. After calling a few other local shops that were too busy, I checked out cherrys. I stopped in and they had the car up on the lift in minutes. I was mainly concerned about safety issues. They identified the noise, and confirmed it was not a safety concern. They suggested I have it repaired once I was home for sure.They were very busy and made time to address my concerns. Super friendly as well!

They take good care of their customers here at Cherry's. I just had a tire replacement for my motorhome and when I paid the bill it was less than what they quoted me. They told it would be done today and it was. They even called and let me know.

Everyone there is so nice and helpful! They are great about answering any questions that you have and explain things well. I brought in my own parts, and they were more than happy to put them on for me! I am definitely going back to them.

Having recently visited the Hocking Hills area I found it necessary to seek out a Logan auto repair shop after developing noise in my rear brakes. Thank goodness I came across Cherry's Tire Service . They were quick and professional in making my repair at a reasonable price . I would highly recommend Cherry's Tire and service to all in or visiting Logan.

Travelling from VA my horse trailer blew a tire. I found a spare but realized the trailers tire pressure was super low. I couldn't fit in to regular tire shops so Cherrys was recommended to us. We swung in and out super easy and they checked all our tires. Thank you all for the quick service!

Was parked outside the Diner down the road and accidentally left my headlights on. I walked down to see if I could borrow some cables, and one of their employees went back and grabbed a jumper kit then asked his boss if he could drive me down to jump my truck. They got me back on the road, very kind people; so I figured I'd give them a positive review for the help they gave me.

This place was able to replace a leaking fuel filter for me when I was 6 hours away from home camping. Great service, fast and friendly. I felt I was in good hands. Very reasonable price for my repair.

Camping 5+ hours from home when the fuel filter started leaking on the truck we pull our RV with. Cherry's knew we were in a jam (we had to pull out the next day) and expedited our repair. They charged us the book rate and did not take advantage of our situation. If I lived in the area, Cherry's would be my go-to mechanic.

Camper tire needed replaced. Googled and called To see if they could help us. As soon as we arrived they came out to see what we needed. Service was awesome can t say enough!!

It took little over 3 hours to get my new tires mounted and balanced. Other than that they was apologetic and nice.
