The staff is always willing to help you and if you need wiper blades and will gladly put them on or testing on your engine if they can they will the staff here won't go in back of the store or pickup the phone when it's no even ringing just so they don't have to wait on you thanks Advance auto parts

The staff at this location is very respectful and knowledgeable. The app for Advance and the deals are for sure a great help. I typically don't ever go anywhere else.

About as good as A chain parts store can be I suppose. At least they'll try and find what your looking for if they don't have it in stock. Unlike the other 2 in town!

Came in to have a check engine light investigated. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable at explaining the cause to me and also at recommending a service shop the take my vehicle to to fix the issue.

The man behind the counter was so helpful, he even put my antifreeze in my car for me. I also like that they don't make me feel like I don't know anything about cars because I'm a female.

Great prices even cheaper if ordered off there website if they don't have the part they'll get it in for you by the next day and will explain what you need to do to fix the problem. Super helpful and very friendly.

They had what I was looking for in stock. Preordered it (ATV Battery) about an hour before I went to pick it up. They had it all ready when I arrived. Great customer service!

This place wouldn't refund my money with cash even though I had the receipt and told me that the store in nelsonville didn't have what I needed, left went to nelsonville, yup you guessed it, they had my part, really need to work on customer service
