Jessica is the best. She is always working hard when I see her and always stops to attend to her customers. I am a manager in retail, and would love to have a great employee like her. Always kind and always helps with what I need. Good for you Lisbon!

This store post false advertisement, currently advertising brake fluid on the large signs outside in front of the store for 2/$8.00. Cashier, Randy refused to honor the posted sale price.

Great people most are knowledgeable if you do find a newer employee having problems the managers make sure the issue is fixed and you are able to get what you need

I love that I can look parts up on my phone and know if they have it before I even head over or cal. I'm only about a 1/4 mile away so I'm there pretty regularly. The employees are always helpful and I'm surprised to see how much they do in the parking lot for other people.

O'Reilly's is incredibly overpriced. Th quality of their parts is not so good. I had the same brand water pump start leaking twice in a 3 month period. Cheap Chinese parts. When will we learn that cheaper manufacturing is Not better?

I have always had great service with every trip I have ever had to make to this place. Just recently they replaced my car battery with a better battery with the same great service n with no extra charge. Thank you again for helping me. . .

These guys will get you the right parts for the job, and even take the time to help you solve a problem the one one else will. Speaking to that Bruce has personally gone above and beyond for my self and others, taking the time to help, when the dealership told me to kick rocks. The man was patient and willing to think outside the box to help me solve a massive Kia engineering problem, for a car they dont make parts for yet. Now that is service. The folks here are super helpful, and more than willing to help. Stop in and see them, these are the right guys to help.

Again was in today and Bruce went out of his way to help me trying to find a part for my truck. Thank you Bruce for all your hard help it is greatly appreciated thank you and God-bless. This gentleman is super helpful and very humble. I only see him or Adam.I'm updating my review as I was in the other day and the only person to truly go out of his way to help me and to explain the issues I was having was a hometown local named Bruce. I want to truly thank you again for all of your help and I want to say keep up the good work and I will tell everyone I know to see you. Thank you and Merry Christmas Bruce.

I love having a different choice for parts. A lot more items than I am used to seeing in our area parts stores. Very knowledgable customer service people, nice clean store. Convenience at last! Also the clerk came out and helped me with replacing my windshield wipers. I know most places do this but at the time I really needed the help!

Life saver , had the parts I needed right then and there , staff where excellent!!!!!Extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, let me use tools to work on my vehicle, no charge, highly recommend them for all ur vehicles part needs ..

The employees here are the best.. I'm from Wisconsin. Thought I was going to be stranded.. they fixed my car.. and wouldn't take any money... O'Reilly's is my new auto parts store..

O'Reilly's is the ONLY auto parts store I shop at. Great customer service, staff goes out of there way to help you, and EVERY time I go there for a part.. it's always in stock.. the Lisbon Ohio store or the Calcutta Ohio stores the staff is great.. one stop shop

This building is new. The people that work here are friendly and they usually have the parts you need. If they don't, they will order them and have them the same day or the next day. And they will price match you.

First time at this store for me ...had to just pick up a couple of things to clean the front of my truck alot of bugs traveling from Pennsylvania to Cleveland I use turtle wax cleaner an chrome cleaner the people at this store asked me if I needed help with anything I didn't they were polite an friendly...here ..

Great place, open late which is a huge plus when other parts stores close at 6pm...Competitive prices and good selection. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
