This is by far the best place to buy your next car!!! You won t meet nicer more honest staff! Yes an honest car salesman They went far beyond what any would do to make sure we were 100% satisfied when buying. I will never buy from anyone else!!

I bought a 2012 Chrysler town and country from Jmullins in December, within 2 days a light came on the dash. I called and they made sure to make it right, had me in the shop immediately and took care of everything! 5 outta 5 stars. wonderful customer service

Bought a 2012 Fiat 500 from them. Joe was great throughout the whole process. I live in PA and he helped me figure out how to pay the PA sales tax and get register s in my home state. I recommend J Mullen Auto to anyone looking for an affordable used vehicle.I d give 5 stars but the car is acting up a bit lately. Hopefully mechanic can get resolved and I can confidently get back to driving this fun car.

I bought an economical used car for my 15 year old from Joe Flasco at JMullen Motors earlier this year. I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted and was helped appropriately every step of the way. Joe offered me all the extras dealerships typically offer, but didn't use the high pressure sales tactics I've experienced at pretty much every other dealership I've been to during this long, long, excruciatingly long process. The pricing was transparent and negotiations were quick, polite, and fruitful for all parties. The paperwork part was easy and well organized, and Joe went out of his way to accomodate an inconvenient schedule on my part.It was as good an experience one gets when paying an expensive bill and if I HAD to do it again, I would check the lot at JMullen first.Thanks Joe!

I'm a little bit on the fence about it they did the brakes on the truck and I'm still getting a grinding sound check the rear end fluid it was a little low added some to it and there is a oil type substance on the brake pads emergency brake cable hanging way low left them a message on their phone and never got a call back. I guess we will see. Will you buy warranty until you have $100 deductible and you think that's all you have left to pay according to this car lot that is not true. Turned out it had bad bearings in the rear and the water pump leaking. I would consider taking the vehicle to a shop and have it looked over before you buy one there !!!

Excellent owner, sales staff and garage. I've bought my last 5 cars from them in the last 8 yrs. They all still run great my kids drive all of them but my last one i purchased . I also have had my cars oil changed here and other services they did a great job. This is a trustworthy used car lot.

I cannot sing enough praises to J. Mullen! I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Joe and since I was out of state, he took the time to ensure that all my questions were answered and even gave me a virtual viewing of my car. I had searched everywhere for this car and Joe ensured that I was able to get it in perfect condition. He s efficient, responsive, highly communicative and extremely professional. I couldn t be happier with my dream car and honestly, he made this process extremely smooth for me. Thank you Joe! You are so appreciated!

Have always had a great experience with Jay and the staff. We have purchased our last 4 vehicles from Jay. He has always had an great selection of used, affordable vehicles. Will definitely be going back when in need. Our last purchase, was an immediate need, he put us in a 2012 Chevy Equinox no money down, because of an emergency

Bought a Dodge neon from left out that it needed an additional 600 dollars of repairs on top of what already needed repaired. So I spend the 1500 dollars on the repairs . But have to repair it almost every 2 weeks something else is wrong with it .they said the tires were new had to replace the tires 3 months in . . They claim a vehicle is reliable but actually it's a waste of money and time . I have spent what would of been a car a payment on a nice vehicle just on repairs . I would never buy anything from here they will tell you anything to make a sale.also there positive reviews are the owner and employees leaving the reviews what a bunch of scammers.

Had a great experience here, got a good deal on real nice vehicle and everyone was extremely friendly. Dealt mostly with the Sales Manager Joe and he wasn't pushy and was very helpful through the entire sale. Definitely glad I made the Drive out!

Terrible customer service, call several time about different things. After being put on hold for a while was told I would get a call back. Never got a call backThis happened 3 timesTook over 3 weeks to get me a title for a truck I paid cash for. When asked why I was told they wait for the check to clear.The lady laughed when I told her to overnight it to me.I have bought dozen large of used vehicles in my life and this was the worst dealer I ever had to deal with.No wonder they changed the name

Very helpful and very patient!! Loved coming here, the vibes were great and awesome customer service! Everyone was so nice! Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a decent used car!

Absolutely terrible people I had attempted to get a hold of them for over a week about a vehicle. all I get is automated responses or voicemails I check the website says it s still in stock. I go out there to look at said vehicle they told me they sold it more than 3 weeks ago. So then they try to sell me something that I absolutely don t even want after I explain to them why I wanted the vehicle I wanted. call me crazy but I don t think a car is exactly off-road capable. I guess this is how they treat people who have cash in their hand. Would not recommend to anybody.

Hi my name is Jayme Santini and I bought a car from j mullens motors in the first week of November 2020 it is a Ford Focus 2007 the first week I had it I noticed the transmission slipping and 3 weeks later it went out. Now I understand they seen two woman come on their lot and hustled us into walking away with a car that the transmission was bad mongst many other things In three weeks my exhaust feel completely off and then the transmission went. J millions did exchange the transmission I brought them with the old one for free. Two weeks later the a arm fell off the cradle and I had to replace both then two weeks the alternator went out had to fix that and at this point I knew they hustled me then i noticed the 1st and 2 nd gear wasn t picking up speed right And it was making this awful clank when I put it in gear. I didn t take back to them and I am so glad becAuse when j Mullen motors exchanged my transmission they didn t put any bolts in the mount so my engine has been moving at least three inches while I have been driving. Terrible service hustlers not to be trusted all they want is your money. When they had the Chance to make it right they left the mount unbolted which is a serious safety issue. This business has no integrity or character stay far away from it

I would definitely give 0 stars. Several communications regarding the purchase of a truck. Took days to get a response. Finally got ahold of them, and there was someone looking at the truck. Received a call shortly thereafter stating that the truck was still available. Arranged to be there the same day with cash. It was a 2hr drive(which they were aware of), upon arrival we were told they sold the truck while we were in route. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I could even imagine. As soon as they said head on over for a 2hr drive, they should never have even showed the truck, especially since we were coming with cash.

I'd leave no star review. But for some reason it has to be a one. 3.5 days trying to call. 5 hrs Monday of non stop calling. Finally someone is trying for a credit app on said dump truck. They call back it must be a cash purchase. So I get the cash drive 2hrs. They sold this truck before I arrive. They did leave a vm a didnt get till I arrived but very very disappointed. Wasted a day of work. 4 hrs of my life. 0 stars

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!Just bought a car from there , told it was the mechanics car. Me not being a mechanic thought the car only needed an alignment and was reassured the car was very well taken care ofThis picture is the outcome of attempting to get it aligned

Easy to work with. Willing to deal.Good people.The address is correct but Google maps sends you just down the street. You are just a half a block away from your destination. Just turn back to the intersection and go straight a half a block.

Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Won t answer messages or answer the phone.Finally got ahold of someone about my title 3 weeks after buying my car that had power steering cables replaced with rubber hoses and zip ties and the lady was very snotty and rude and told me she has 30 days to get the title to me I m fine I have a temporary tag

Bought a car there had it a few weeks found a problem with the rear brakes. They got me in the next day and got it fixed up. Would definitely recommend

Had a terrible experience, very rude people, also know others who have had terrible experiences. Nothing but bad reviews except for the people WHO WORK THERE. Save yourself the stress and go to another dealership.
