One star because I cannot give less than a star. Will NEVER, let me say it again NEVER let this kenworth see my truck again. Worst Kenworth shop in the entire country. Quoted me 2-3 days on my repair. I called them 2 weeks in advance and set my repair up with the girl in the service dept. Took them 7 just to give me what the computer download said and 10 to get my truck back and not fully fixed as my AC I paid them to fix still does not work and didn t when I picked my truck back up from them. Then they ran my bill sky high by charging me for what should ve been warranty work. I caught this reviewing the invoice later. Now here we are 8 days after I pointed out their mistake. Still Brandon the service manager has yet to follow through with his word. He has lied to me at every single corner. I still do not have my refund. If I owed them the amount of money they owe me I wouldn t have gotten my keys back.

This is a tiny sized location with limited staff but it holds a huge amount of amount of awesome people! Brandon is the Service Department Manager and he s a great guy to have had the pleasure of interacting with. I was able to be serviced in and out within one day when no others could. I would recommend this dealership and service to any company or owner operator who has a Kenworth and needs or wants to have their truck serviced.

Great shop! Kimberly and Rick were great. I came in with a check light on my T680. Not a serious issue but I needed to get it diagnosed. Even though they had a few trucks ahead of me Kimberly got me in between jobs and hooked up the computer. They cleared the code and were very fair. I wish ALL Kenworth shops were like this place.

Had my transmission replaced. Daran the service mgr, was very helpful. He offered me several options for parts sourcing and helped me find my best choice for quality and price. Rick, my tech, was very hard-working and skillful. The job was done in a reasonable time and at a price that gave me good value. This job could have been done at nearly any dealer or independent shop, but I doubt anyone else could have done an overall better job. Very satisfied and would return.

This is my Home Town Kenworth dealer, There looking for good experianced mechanics. This is my personal shop. Brandon is the Shop Manager stop in for service tell him I said to stop in.

All I can say is highway robbery. I call an hour ahead and tell them my clutch fan has gone bad. They say sure we can fix that. I say okay great I'll be there in an hour when I get there they get me right in. I thought to myself okay great these people are awesome. Only to find out two hours later they don't have a clutch fan and can't get one until tomorrow sometime on top of that charge a hundred and fifty dollars for a diagnostic.

You lost my business today! Spent alot of money with you and you want to charge me for warrantied parts? The days of trust must be gone and lack of quality parts right along with it. Never again and ill make sure to steer customers away from your company.

Good place. Good people who work there.Had a air line rupture running off the governor.Unfortunately it took 2 1/2 days to repair. Apparently a hard to find part. They suggested a hotel and drove me to it. Hotel had a discount for brdown drivers.

Checked into shop on Monday. Ordered parts for AC, they were then sold to someone else. They did locate another compressor but I paid more for it. Courier fee most likely. It got fixed but still a little sketchy. Ian the mechanic is professional and made sure everything got done.

Good service at a fair price. Still shaking my head that $1.31 part and 4 lbs of refridgerant cost me $226 but they were quick and courteous.
