Had a great experience shopping for our soon to be 16 year old son s first car. We were unsure of how we were wanting to go & found our salesman Josh Hawkins to be extremely knowledgeable & helpful in guiding us in the right direction. Everyone was super helpful & nice and explained everything in great detail. The sales manager Tom worked with us and answered all questions & explained everything very well. Financing was really easy with Matt & he was very thorough & answered all of our questions. The young woman who explained the controls in the car was very helpful as well as the young man who detailed the car. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend White s Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Miles found us a vehicle exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. Lucas was helpful with the paper work and was a very informative. They was very upfront with us about everything they have done and what would be a good idea we should maybe do to this vehicle to get more life of it. We have bought 2 vehicles now from Whites and will definitely look at this place 1st when we are in the market again.

Loved my experience. The dealer helping me was extremely nice and helpful. Talked to me more like a friend than someone trying to sell a car. He ended up helping me find my first nice car.

Excellent! We recently bought our new Honda Odyssey and the entire team was very helpful! We told our salesman Josh that we were getting a bigger vehicle since we recently adopted 4 kids as we were getting ready to leave we saw that the team had stacked boxes of diapers and wipes for our new kiddos! A couple of weeks ago my wife and I were on vacation from Richmond, Virginia headed to North and South Dakota. But on our way through Ohio we noticed some shaking in our 2015 Honda CRV.We thought, before this gets worse, we need to have an expert take a look at it. We saw that there was a Honda dealer in Lima, perhaps 15 or 20 miles away, so we headed over.From the moment we drove into the service bay, the folks at White's Honda of Lima treated us as if we were family. They diagnosed the problem and within a couple of hours we were back on the road minus one big problem.We thanked them, but welcome the opportunity to say it again: Thanks for giving a couple of out-of-towners such great service--we made it!

Robbie Kneeland did a great job helping me deal with the circumstances that led to me purchasing my new Civic. I was pretty distraught when my current car, albeit an old one, broke down 3 hours from home on a trip. He assured me that regardless if I purchased new or simply had the old one fixed he would be there to make it quick and as painless as possible. He and his team got me in and out and back on my trip in a few hours. And I am loving my new car.

When in doubt, get a second opinion.I brought my Honda CRV to Whites Honda when all the warning lights on the dashboard went off. I was told the engine needed to be replaced. They said the engine was under warranty but they would not honor it because I could not show proof of every oil change on the vehicle. The cost of a new engine would be $12,000. The car is barely over 4 years old.Something did not feel right so I contacted Honda corporate and they said this was not a Honda corporate policy and it is up to each dealership to decide if they will honor a warranty. I asked Whites Honda for something in writing to show that I need to show proof of every oil change on the car. However, they were not able to produce anything.I decided to bring it to another Honda dealership for a second opinion. They said it was not the engine that needed replacement, that it was the turbo. Not only would they honor the warranty on the turbo but they also gave me a loaner vehicle which Whites Honda did not do. They also said new gaskets were not put on the engine after it was looked at which caused a huge oil leak on my driveway.My car runs perfectly fine now. I will be taking my car to other Honda dealerships if I have any issues with it in the future, even if it s an hour away.

I had a fantastic experience trading in my 2021 Honda lease car for a new 2024 HR-V lease. Robert and Josh were extremely helpful, prepared, and wonderful to work with. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. 5 stars for this experience!

Very professional staff. Robert, my sales rep, was great throughout the whole visit. Very informative and made everything easy. Steven was great as well and the two of them got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for. Matt in finance made the process very easy!

My family and I have bought and serviced our vehicles at White s for several years. The service department staff is outstanding!! AND we absolutely love our sales consultant, Evan Miller. We have bought 5 vehicles from him in the last couple of years, and we continue to recommend him to all of our friends. We will never go anywhere else. We had a great experience at White s Honda. I was looking for a vehicle with very specific specs and I had looked at numerous other dealerships with no luck. My husband and I stopped at White s on a last ditch possibility thinking I didn t want a Pilot. Rob our salesman listened to my desires in a vehicle and was willing to talk through the available vehicles. He found the perfect one that I didn t even know I wanted and worked to get it to us quicker than originally thought. He was professional, personable, and willing to be in contact with us throughout the purchasing process. The assistance that all of the staff at White s gave us was incredible and gave us great confidence in the vehicle and organization we are working with. We look forward to continuing our relationship with White s Honda.

Went in to buy an Odyssey on a weekday. It was a chilly day and they had the van in a car port inside to look at. David was no nonsense and after the test drive we got to work on the price. I felt their price was competitive and the vehicle was in great shape. David, David s manager, (I think) and the warranty salesman in the back all helped streamline the process.I ve purchased quite a few cars from different dealerships all over the country and this dealership is very professional. They didn t attempt to upsell anything and they were not pushy at all. I d highly recommend this dealership because it s rare to find one that is ran like this one.

What a great experience! My son went to buy a new truck and we not only got an excellent vehicle but everyone we met was so knowledgeable on everything about the vehicles.Ben was the best salesman we have ever had the pleasure to work with. He took us through everything inside and out of the truck.Everyone we were involved with from the sales floor to the finance guy, (thanks Mr. Ricker you are awesome) to the girl who sat with my boy and made sure he knew how all the bells and whistles worked in his new truck. I can't remember her name but she was fantastic as well!This is my son's second purchase from White's and we will definitely be back and recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle should check them out!

The Professionals at this dealership are knowledgeable and courteous from sales to service to parts department and will provide straightforward answers to any questions you may have. They will earn your business and that is the way it should be.
