Bought a car from out of state, had a deposit to reserve the vehicle since I needed an extra week. Great dealer to work with. Vehicle is as described from online posts. The entire process was seamless. Definitely buy from again.

I ve had my vehicles serviced regularly at Tom Ahl Buick and Chrysler stores. Both have taken great care of me and my cars. Prices are fair and service is excellent. They have a sense of humor and they work hard to do the right thing. Recommend!

Made an appointment to replace 120,000 mile drive belt. Arrived at 8am with expected wait time of a few hours. Was informed that the belt was not on hand. Belt did not arrive until 2 pm. Even though I was there most of the day I was not offered any compensation for my time. Communication between departments could use improvement.

I purchased a new car from this dealership and my vehicle needed its first oil change. I called to make an appointment and was told that they couldn't give me an appointment for 6 weeks or so. Ridiculous. In lieu of making an appointment, they told me that I could bring my car in for an "express" oil change if that was all I needed. So I did that. There was nothing "express" about their service. It took 3-4 hours for them to complete my "express" oil change. Ridiculous. Also, when I bought my car I was told I would receive multiple free oil changes. However, as I was checking out, the service manager told me I was entitled to one free oil change from the manufacturer, and that I will have to pay for all future oil changes. Feels like a bait and switch to me. Lastly, before I took my car in for service, it started to display an alert telling me my car was due for service. I thought the service technician would reset the alert when they performed my oil change. They didn't. The alert continued to display after I left the dealer. So I had to take my car back to the dealer on a different day, explain to them what was going on, and ask them to reset the alert. A service technician tried to reset it, but the alert still appears every time I start my car. I'm ignoring it for now because I'm too frustrated to take my car back to the dealer a third time for something they apparently can't do. I'm extremely disappointed in this initial service experience and am not looking forward to taking my car back there again in the future. Terrible service. Awful experience. I hope this isn't an indication of what my long-term experience as a new Hyundai owner is going to be like!

My trip to Tom Ahl was for recalls on my Hyundai. The visit was pleasant, the staff was polite and courteous and the work was done quickly so I did not have a long wait. Thank you for good service.

Everything is usually excellent as this is my 3rd vehicle from Tom Ahl but my last regular service was 31/2 hrs., wait. Just an oil change nothing else .The service rep. was excellent. I guess it just is that way. I need to figure out something different. Thanks for listening.

I took my Palisade in to have two recalls taken care of as well as an oil change. Could not have asked for better service. Everyone at service center was friendly and efficient. Shuttle service was prompt and greatly appreciated. Great experience!

I arrived to pickup my car waiting for 2-3 minutes while four employees stood talking seemingly ignoring my presence. Finally, a wonderful lady came and took care of my needs. After picking up my car I found a worker s tool in my passenger seat.Otherwise, The work done was solid and appreciated.

Service adviser was excellent, professional, helpful. Waiting area comfortable. One slight complaint: the stickers that were applied to my windows were VERY crooked. Looked like they had been applied carelessly by a child. I keep my vehicle as clean and nice looking as possible, so that doesn t work for me. I reapplied them in a level manner myself.

Great service. Used Express Service for oil, lube, filter etc. They were backed up about 2 1/2 hrs but while we waited their shuttle driver drove us to the other side of town to a restaurant and picked us up when we were finished. Also they have a very comfortable waiting room. The best part is that service on our 2023 Sonata is free. Highly recommend!

I have a fairly new Hyundai with very very low miles I had to have it towed in because it would not start. The mechanics looked it over and determined it needed a electrical part which was on back order which was no big deal it was there for roughly one week and I got a phone call saying that it was fixed and ready to be picked up that it was out by warranty by two months. Okay well cars fairly brand new very very low miles regardless it needed fixed. But I was having the issue back in mid late October of 2023 and I do know that sometimes the manufacturer when you are close to the time we'll work with you and sometimes help the customer but this particular service writer never took a minute of his time during that week to even ask the manufacturer if he would help the customer out and continue to keep their business coming to them when they needed service work. My main issue I needed the car regardless but please do your job please try to make your customers happy because a happy customer is a repeat customer and a repeat customer continues to keep the money flow when service is needed coming in sometimes just taking the extra step that you should have done that's part of your job keeps everyone happy certainly it's not good on your commission and your back pocket but for the customer when we already know that labor rates are high at the dealership and most people try to find their aftermarket shops in my case I tried to keep it with a dealer that everyone knows from mechanic to the service writer they do their full job. And yes the general manager did a apply a 10% discount which was greatly appreciated but that is not the main issue at hand. The main issue at hand is the service writer doing his full job to help the customer and to keep the customer coming back.. I would like to say I appreciate how a representative from Hyundai has gotten back with me I have submitted all my paperwork and I guess I will handle the warranty part of it since Adam the service advisor could not.

Everyone always very friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed this time that they didn t have the (recall) part after I had made the appointment specifically to have the recall work done, and scheduled the repair based on when the part would be in. Other service work was done while the car was in the shop, so at least some progress was made. Would have been good to know the parts weren t there before I cleared my schedule to bring the car in.

Adam in Hyundai service does a great job! Very friendly and really knows his stuff. Wouldn't go anywhere else for service or a new vehicle. Tom Ahl's is the best!

I made an appointment for a recall notice. I had the appointment scheduled a month out. When I got there, I waited 30 minutes to be told a part was needed and that part was on backorder. It would have been nice to know that before coming to Lima and wasting a trip. They were nice about it but wouldn't that have shown up on the appointment info??

Love dealing with Tom Ahl dealerships in Lima, Ohio. Had a recall on our Hyundai Tucson. It was taken care of quickly. Gave me time to look around the lot and the variety of cars that they have. If you need a great person to help you find the right vehicle, I would suggest Terry Hensley.

Motor in Hyundai went out. Took it to Tom's found out Hyundai extended warranty to 15yrs or 150thousand miles. This one had a little over 90thou. They replaced in timely manner. Excellent service people. Thanks a bunch

The service dept, anchored by Adam, and in the capable hands of their service technicians has continually provided me outstanding and compassionate service. I could spend 45 min. driving to any one of many providers in Columbus, but instead I make the one hour + drive to Lima because I know the Tom Ahl guys are going to come through for me.

I have had the worst luck with purchasing vehicles. The experience has always left something to be desired, until I visited Tom Ahl Hyundai. Working with Terry was such a delight. He was fun, informative and he worked to get me what I wanted in the price range I wanted. We spent 6-7 hours with Terry working over what vehicle, style and budget worked best for us. He joked with us, smiled, answered every question and did not seem even the slightest bit annoyed by the end of it. The best part of all is there is not a need to negotiate because they have fair pricing on all of their vehicles. I drove away in a beautiful new vehicle, and knowing that I FINALLY have a dealership that I would happily return too. I would recommend Tom Ahl Dealerships to anyone.

When I dropped my car off I was given a rental that was not acceptable. I pick my grandson up every day and it was too small to get the car seat in and out of it and I expressed this to the gentleman that I talked to. He stated that he didn t have any others available. I called later in the week and he told me he would be having a Santa Fe returned in a couple of days if I wanted to take that instead, I said absolutely. I never received a call. He stated that he called both my husband and my cell, neither one of us had a missed call. I had to call repeatedly to check on the status of my car. One of the times I called he said it would be either be done the next day or for sure the day after that. I again had to call and check if it was done. I was disappointed with the lack of communication. My son returned the rental and picked up my car he stated that no one helped him and just kind of looked at him, they were not assisting other customers. Finally a woman addressed him rather rudely and didn t even look at him. He wasn t even sure if she was talking to him or not. Just overall not very helpful.There is a scratch on my driver s door and a large dirty handprint by the windshield. We have purchased a lot of vehicles from your dealership and Jeff Skelly has been fantastic, but dealing with the maintenance department has not been a good experience at all.

Did most of the sale over the phone with Mr. Miller. Everyone was helpful in getting my father in the the Santa Cruz he wanted. Everything was seamless from the sales floor to the finance office! Highly recommend shipping at here.

The service department is the best. Not only do they confer with me if something needs replaced like air filters, etc. but they take my schedule into account and got me in and out quickly so I could make my next appointment. I'm always treated with courtesy throughout the appointment. Adam is the best and he makes sure the work is done properly.
