For anyone wanting a car do not buy from this company. They sell junk that runs for the rest drive and when you take it back they charge u three times as much for the vehicle look before you buy a vehicle from this dealership please please please do your research and contact these bad reviews. I know buy here pay here's are crooks but this company and these people are on another level. They laughing at us every time we sign that paper work. They sit outside all day smoking good on us.

Bought a Durango still working great about 5 years ago. Just bought a car 8 months had trouble with the ball joints and axel .suppose to be under warranty but won't pay because we didn't get permission first. Got it towed broke down. Good luck

Stop allowing these crooks to stay in business they sell junk and over charge you for said junk. I don't care how down you are do not buy from these trash people. You will regret it, I promise you. Worst car lot in Lima Ohio. This trash car dealership needs to be shutdown.

Great place to go without a lot of cash down. Also had a 500 credit score and was approved on a 12k Volkswagen. Credit score has came up almost 60 points from the 2 years and 9 months terms. Loved how fast I was paid off, and loved the way the team there in Lima handled all the aspects of the sale and after.

Worst place I've ever done business with. Never again. Bought a car from them it broke down 3 times in a month and they refused to fix it. I took it back set it on the lot and gave it back. They took me to court and sued me. That 4,000 car cost me over 8,000. They garnished my wages and take about a third of my check. Not only did I not get a car I can't afford to buy another one or even afford to live. A billion dollar company and they have to take from someone who can barely afford to live. Please think twice before ever buying from this place!!!!!!!!!!

The one in Lima is horrible never go there. They will smile in your face. And soon as you get a vehical they are unprofessional, rude, and nasty. They can't even keep workers. Just trust me if you are looking for a vehi cal don't go here. I wish i could give them a -20.

Buyer beware! If I could give this place -5 I would! My boyfriend bought a car here and it broke down on him numerous times in the first 30 days. The dealer wouldn't do anything about it, so he parked it on their lot and told them they could have it back. He is now being sued for over $13,000 on a car that isn't worth $5,000. Well, honestly it isn't worth a penny because it was faulty. How can this company treat people like this? Stand by your product and make things right! I will make sure I tell my 1300+ Facebook friends and their friends and their friend's friends not to do business with this establishment. Sad that a multi million dollar company has to steal from the poor. Bad, bad business.

Place is a scam, sells horrible cars and then they take you to court to pay more than what the cars worth instead of fixing the issue.. instead, they give you the option to pay for the car and reimburse you a portion of what you paid. If i could give 0 stars i would..

Everything went great. Very low deposit and got me into a really nice car. I have horrible credit and they looked right past that and gave me a second chance. So far so good.

I wouldnt buy a car from there.i got a car from there when i drove it off the lot the tire pressure reader are out in the rear told them bout it and they wouldn't replace them and i mean i just got it when i called. Also i pay weekly i got a new job and couldn't pay the week that i didnt have a paycheck that week and they threaten to repo it i told them i would pay the next.keep in mind iv never been late in 4 months.BUYEEEERRR. BEEEWARE!!!!!!!

The vehicle I bought ran like champ for years and years. The fact that they report to all three credit agency's helped my scoreAll information was clearly marked and explained even the fact that because they are all sold as is it was also stated I could take it and have it inspected before I bought it.

Maybe the local place is ok, but cooperate is negative 5 stars. Paid off a car, then unfortunately got into another contract. Never again.

This place is a ok place to get a car but they can't help you with payment arrangements or a grace period in this time of need they want there money no matter what they are not understanding of this what so ever so think about ur hard times before you buy you don't know what can happen they just want that money

Staff are very nice. For someone who needs to rebuild credit, Buy Here Pay Here lots are sometimes the only option, downfall is you pay way over market value.

This place is a joke you pay triple the amount a car is worth.. we are paying for over 13 grand each for 2 cars only worth 4 grand . The staff is great but pretty much a rip off
