My parking button on my Rogue was sticking. Bryce went out of his way to see if my vehicle was still under warranty. I got my Rogue in within a couple days and it was a simple fix. I am very happy with the service provided.

First time taking my car to a dealership to get fixed. They were very informative and answered my questions professionally. Found the issue and had it fixed quicker then I expected. Only suggestion is having them call when they find the issue, before they do the work. Wasn't sure I could afford to get it done right away. But great experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Reineke Nissan. My salesman Colin Smith did a wonderful job. I was looking for a specific vehicle and he was able to locate it and bring it in from North Carolina. I highly recommend Reineke Nissan and Colin Smith if your are looking for your next car.

Bryce in the service department did a great job earning my business with getting my car serviced and changing to Reineke for my oil changes. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and even arranged for my car to be picked up and dropped back off at my house. 100% recommend!

Melissa Turner is not only super friendly, she's professional and went above and beyond to get the deal done and to make you feel welcome! She really helped my dreams become a reality! I am a little late! But I just wanted to say Reineke Nissan on cable road is the best!!! I dealt with Colin and let me say he was the best and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. He went over and beyond to help me and it is much appreciated. I had some issues trying to get the vehicle I needed/wanted. I really didn t want anything else but Colin made it happen!! He took his time, had patience, and worked his butt off and it is much appreciated!! Thank you Thank you!! I love my new vehicle!! If you re looking for a vehicle reinke on cable road with Colin is the best option. Thank you!!

I am from Illinois and was trying to locate a new car for my near end lease. I accidentally contacted these guys thinking they had the model I was in search of. They didn t but Travis contacted me anyway and told me he would work on locating one! They did and had it shipped all the way from PA! Not only did they give me fabulous service and pricing but they also tinted the windows and had it driven down to me in IL! All transactions were smooth and done online. Kaleb kept in constant communication every step of the way. Zach in financing answered all my questions and was super responsive. Hands down this is the best experience with any dealership I have ever had and it was from states away!!!! Thank you all so much and I will definitely do business with you again !!! A+++

I worked with Bryce at Reineke Nissan. He was open and honest throughout the entire process. We had a few hiccups due to no fault of Reineke and Bryce was a true professional through it all. I appreciated his constant communication and will gladly utilize Reineke in the future!

Everyone from the salesman to the financial man to everyone was super nice and made it painless and did it rather quickly for us. I enjoyed their hospitality and just the way that they presented themselves and the vehicles and how much passion they had for the vehicles they sell on their lot.

Everyone there is VERY friendly. I honestly was headed somewhere else when I just stopped to see what they had. Once I walked in the door, I was greeted VERY warmly. I had to wait a moment or two, but once I was served, I told them EXACTLY what I wanted and they did everything they could to find exactly what I wanted. Personally, I didn't have a whole lot of money to be spending, but found what I wanted in my price range. For me, this place has definitely earned earned my 5 star rating. I do admit the car is a little rough, but for $5000 I wasn't planning to get something brand new.

The wait time for fixing struts was a lot quicker than estimated. They helped me with a warranty and I'm so grateful for that. Will definitely be back when I have more car issues.

10/10 would recommend going to visit Kaitlen Sutherly @ Reineke Nissan - Lima! Her energy & determination overall, phenomenal! She was very patient & willing to do everything in her power to work with me/my situation, & made sure I drove away with a vehicle that I loved.If you need a fresh new ride or just a "new" reliable vehicle in general go chat with her for the hook-up! I've had my Tiguan for a little over a month now & i'm even more in love with it now than I was before!

I had an issue with their service department fixing the wrong part, but the service department and their sales worked together to make everything right! They got me a great car and an excellent rate, and I was very happy to work with Colin. Definitely ask for him if you're looking for a great dealership experience!
