We ordered our Bronco back on Oct. of 2023. It was a long drawn out process that we really didn't understand! Amber Shayler was so professional and patient with us. Through our multiple check-ins ands numerous questions! When it finally arrived, she went out of her way to do all she could so we were able to take it home that night. Otherwise, we would have had to wait the weekend. Even after taking possession of our much awaited Bronco, she still checked in to see how we were doing and if it was all we had expected. The Bronco is amazing and Amber made it happen!

I went to Reineke just to get some information and advice on how I could go about trading my vehicle in. I normally approach buying a vehicle with a lot of caution. I try to know just about everything I can about the market conditions, the vehicle in question, and what could be added to it. I m also ready to have to fight with salespeople and the finance office to get a good deal and not pay for anything I don t want. When I went to this dealer to look at some Mavericks on the lot, I was frankly blown away by the service. Amber and (I think) Rob were a treat to work with. Firstly, the Mavericks weren t priced $5k+ over MSRP like other dealers in the area - they were priced at MSRP and with how the market is with Mavericks, that s as good as you re gonna get right now. Second, when we started talking about price every item was spelled out with a TOTAL price including taxes and fees. Finally, the finance office was willing to work with me to beat the financing I came in with, but I didn t feel like I was being pressured to finance through them. Once I was in the finance office, Austin did a good job selling me on some of the options, but ultimately respected what I declined and didn t keep pushing the issue to the point I would walk.This is what a car buying experience should be, but sadly isn t often enough. The whole process felt transparent and, most importantly, respectful. I cannot recommend them enough, and if I buy another Ford I ll be going out of my way again to buy from them.

Eric Jackson/Eric Jackson is a great car salesman. My daughter wrecked my car and Eric Jackson helped me find a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and courteous without the high sales pressure to buy. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Eric at Reineke Ford in Lima, Ohio.

I've gotten several vehicles from Reineke Ford Lima. It's been a great experience every time and they do everything they can to get you in the vehicle you want. Robert has been great and so patient with my husband. He really took the time to show him everything he was interested in, and went through lease and buying options. He has answered or got the answers to every question we both had. He came in on a day he was not supposed to be there just because it was what was when we could come back. Rob then connected us to Josie, who would text me and found us the absolute best deal! They are both fantastic and couldn't ask for better costumer service. Thank you!

Decided to swing by and see what was on offer as I was in the vicinity. After only planning on stopping by to take a brief look, it was great to hear the ins and outs of all that the guys had available. Oliver really knew what he was talking about and made the prospect of buying hugely tempting. He took plenty of time to walk me through teh cars that grabbed my interest too, and even made some fabulous suggestions. If ever I change my mind, I'll certainly be returning!

I drove from Michigan on a Saturday morning to look at a used F150 Raptor that I found online at Reineke Ford. I worked with salesperson Amber shayler who was very friendly and professional. She was great on keeping me up to date on the vehicle's availability and quickly answering any vehicle detail questions before making the trip. She made the purchase process a positive experience start to finish Would make the 2hr drive again!

My wife and I just bought a 2024 Ford Maverick from Rick Michael at Reineke Ford. It was the hybrid version of the truck. We traded in a Prius, so we were knowledgeable about hybrids. The truck is very nice. Rick was a good salesman to work with and he knew the Ford products very well. The dealership was also was helpful and we will probably be back there for our next vehicle.

Getting a new car is always exciting, but also a little nerve-wracking. Amber Shayler made the experience so fun and easy! We drove a few different cars and finally found the right one. After purchasing the car, I ran into a little problem with my key fob. Amber and Rob Carlow helped to make that an easy fix! Rob even showed us a few possible cars for my husband while we waited for the key situation to get solved.
