These guys are awesome. They know there stuff and helped us get what we needed and back on the road. Big Thank you to Riley for grabbing my tow bar that fell off the trailer and I was able to come back and grab it. Highly recommended.

Lost or someone erased my warranty info on all my break parts ... So I had to buy them all over again... But you know I didn't buy them from there... Go to Advanced Auto parts or AutoZone

The people behind the counter need to Actually listen to what you need. Tried to sell my friend the Wrong belt until I went back inside with her.Start Hiring Competent people to work the counter.

I am so happy I came here! A very nice & helpful younger guy took the time to listen to me & help me find the light I needing for my car. He even made sure it fit before I bought it! Thank you so much for the help!

Absolutely hate going there, employees are clueless and mostly no help. If I want something and the other three stores don't carry it in stock I bring the part number because they need all the help they can get! If 0 stars were an option I would have chose it!

Ashland was amazing. I was on a trip to Indiana and my car started misfiring. They had the spark plugs and socket set they let me use. I was able to pop it out and replace it. Still under warranty so I was able to get it all done for free. Amazing how helpful they were my local store isn't this good when it comes to helping people. I really appreciate it!

Had to get a turn signal bulb for my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country, went in, very clean, and young man was very polite, no need to wear mask if vaccinated, he was quick to help, went and got it for me and put it in for me. Would gladly come there again if was in the area. Keep up the great job.

Helpful with a new product I had not tried yet. I used it on a roll up door of a truck and it worked very well. Lucas spray red and tacky at this point seems to be as good as the tube grease it is named after, and that is excellent.

The staff there is awesome, very friendly, respectful, will do what they can to help you, I think Ron, the store supervisor, or manager witch he is should be promoted. He is a awesome person.

Sold us wrong bulbs and it caused our SUV cruise control not to work and they did not care. Went somewhere else and got correct cheaper bulbs and all works now.

Went in to check on stuff, came out to a dead car, picked up a jump starter and they offered to let us charge it inside, very nice.
