Went in for flexible exhaust tubing guide to counter didn't even bother looking told me he didn't want to cut it off and he wasn't going to do it unless I bought 25 ft of roll. I know the owner and I know the owner doesn't want this to happen. The owner wants them to sell product is supposed to be sold. Drivers are all standing around thumbs up there behind. Shop elsewhere if you actually want your parts

Very helpful group of guys... I usually deal with Jeff and Rick at the store on the west side of town. Today I was on the east side so I went to this store. I was having difficulty finding the part I needed till a counter guy came and asked what I was looking for and he took me right to the part.

These guys absolutely rock as far as auto parts in Lima! Prices beat all competition in the area and that's rare for a NAPA

Went in last winter to purchase a battery for my wife's car. Had the battery ready to pop out.Everything out of the way. Meaning take out and drop new one in. Problem was I just had foot surgery. Was walking with a cane and couldn't poot that much weight on it. So as he brings up the battery I ask if he can put it in for me he said no. He said no being serious. I was like your kidding. He gave me some insurance reasons. I laughed at him and gimped away. I like Napa battery's going out of my way across town to buy one and I get this kind of service. Went across the street had no problem they put one in nooooo problem.

So I learned what a "morgan" was British made vehicle with handmade oak wooden chassis .... funny part tho I mistakes the store for a other store from the past and me and dude argued about it ..... he was right lol it was rite aid

Oh the store is okay don't know why they don't have plastic up on the counter instead of keeping you back with boxes 6ft.
