Downtown Sounds is a great facility and easy to work with. The Intoxalock company is not consumer friendly. After they got the first payment I am no longer able to contact them, either by phone or email.I have questions and not able to get answers.Would not recommend this company.After sending a bad review, I got a call from Intoxalock to remedy the situation.

Love the hospitality at down town sound!!! The intoxalock ignition is really helping me out right now. The guys at down town sound installed my Intoxalock system the next day when I called!!!
