As soon as we pulled in the customer service was great. Asked what you needed and only did that, didn't try to sell you more. I feel it is decently priced as well. This is our new place to go for oil changes. Keep up the great work!

I ve been washing my cars here before this new owner. The owner prior was not very on top of things like this new owner is. The woman that helps the guys that do the under the hood work is very nice!!! It s very easy to talk to them about any concerns. Their car wash is also very on top of it now. No issues with their business now. Very very satisfied and will continue to come here. They wash your windshield while changing oil, check air filter and all fluids and top them off. For $57.21 for me.Services: Tires, Oil change

Awesome car wash bay. When you select "high pressure soap," you're gonna get high pressure soap! Not just a diluted solution spraying out of the wand. I was very impressed with the wash features and the fact that the credit card reader works! So many self service car washes you go to are duds. Not this place. Highly recommend giving this wash a try.

The manual wash bays are by far the best I've found. The wands have lots of soap, great pressure and a large volume of water. The new owners are definitely putting a lot of effort into making this place the best!

More expensive than other places since new owner. I left and went to another drive through service on Elida Rd with great service for $30 cheaper. I had the feeling the guys on Elms St thought they cd take advantage of a woman. I told them what I wanted and took a few minutes to figure it out. Before, the prices for various services were on the wall to see. Sorry guys.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.They went above and beyond to give fast and efficient service, and we are confident no one else could beat their prices. Unlike most car service businesses, this place is very clean and neat. They even offered water or coffee while we were there!We will definitely be back!Jim Fletcher

Great oil change service. Very fast, clean, and professional, fair price and clean environment. Used to go to another instant oil change place but got tired of being recommended add-ons that just happened to be on sale the day I was there. Figured I d give Elm St. Express a shot with the new ownership and glad I did. The air fresheners are awesome too!

Amazing company and concern for their customers.Had my synthetic oil change on a Saturday morning.. Sunday morning at church we noticed an oil slick on the pavement.. Didn't think much about it.. until we got home and saw oil on our driveway.checked the oil level.... NO OIL.. Emailed the company . figured out that since it was Sunday I would have to take it in Monday morning.. Within an hour the owner...Josh.... had emailed me back.. asked me to call ... within a half hour Josh was pulling into our driveway... with oil. tools and his younger helper.. his daughter. He was very apologetic... put oil in the motor... asked if he could take our car to the shop and fix the problem... Within an hour or so, Josh came back... showed me a picture of the problem... (split O ring)..He fixed it.. put new oil in the car.. gave me a container with oil removal to clean up our drive way... It was an amazing experience... he now has a permanent customer... Considering the way the "world" is today... He and his crew are a blessing....Service: Oil change
