Went from a 5 star to a 1! Worked with the service team for nearly a month to get some work done on a company vehicle. We approved all of the work! We got all of the estimates. The morning the truck was to be delivered to their shop I received an email not even a phone call an email as all it stated was we regret to inform you we can not provide services for you. Then after calling all I got was I'm sorry I can't get into it. Absolutely the worse customer service and absolutely no business ethics! This company has set us back weeks for their unprofessional business handling.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. Took my trailer in for a new hub cab and seal. Amazing prices and friendly people. Super quick also. Thank you everyone for getting me back on the road quick. You all are my heros

I was not impressed when they lied to my face. I needed a vehicle inspection done for work. It did not pass inspection because it needed front end work done. They referred me to a shop down the street. I took it to my regular mechanic and he said nothing was wrong with the truck. I returned to E and R for the inspection and it passed. I explained no work was done and he went out to the shop, came back 2 minutes later and said there was a loose bolt that he tightened and I was good to go.

These guys are solid. Had them fix some cracks in my frame rails where my side boxes are mounted. The workmanship is excellent, it's actually better than when it was new.

Awesome service got in a pinch had to get roof repaired on van trailer, just showed up and asked, everybody was really nice started within minutes and had me out in no time. Was able to make my pick up appointment

Was a few miles away, ripped off right side trailer door at the bolts, showed up friendly staff unlike most shops, started working on my trailer within minutes, and a great labor rate.Makes my day better after a bad start.
