Been a little over year but took my Audi and they were very reasonable and helped guide me on how deep of a color to get. Guy was very chill and if memory serves right just over 300$ for what I wanted. If you ask me not bad at all for the service and everything turned out fantastic. May have to go to get my rims done sooner than later

Do you feel customer service is becoming rare? A simple greeting of kind words or actual knowledge of service use to be a must. DOWNTOWN Sounds & Security is standing out as a Winner in my book!Anytime we have had a need they are quick to steer us in the right direction, they stand by their products and service. A hometown company that has been serving Lima for 25 years, growing by word of mouth. So I thought I would take the time to share my thoughts. If you are in need of service they are your guys! The owner (John) is a good guy running a great business, check out their Facebook page to read other review from some of their customers, and if they do a good job for you... John went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an issue with our son's truck alarm system. He spent more than 2 hours of his time without charging us anything. Quick, professional, and good product. I had an auto start installed today. They got me in right away and it only took a few hours. They communicated with me throughout the process so no time was wasted waiting around. Product works as it should and comes with a lifetime warranty. Can t beat it for the price. They were $300 cheaper than the other shops around town. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires, sounds systems or vehicle electronics.

He did a great job on the system in my telluride and him and my father have been friends for a very long time and it made me feel like it was a personal project for him and not just business. I greatly appreciable and will definitely continue to continue business with him

Very good service and I was really impressed with the fact of what I witnessed them doing, since it wasn't a drop off and pick up..my daughter went there, now I've been there. I highly recommend. They do what they do Very well

DTS is an outstanding business, this is my second install from them and I couldn t be happier. In total the install was under two hours without an appointment. I highly recommend this shop if you re looking for great customer service and a fast install.

Got my tint done about a year ago on a 2013 Chevy Cruze and it is fantastic. Has held up amazing and definitely would recommend. They have great customer service and there prices are very reasonable for the job they do.

Had a automatic car starter installed on January 9, 2023. Great price, great service, professional and friendly. Explained how to operate very well, I was thoroughly impressed with this business. Definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer!!

Took my daughters car there to have the subs and amp I bought her for Christmas installed. Super affordable and was done fast. It sounds great we were very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend going here.

About 6 months ago in the middle of summer 2022. I had these guys put window tint on my 2016 Elantra. They let me drop my car off after work and called me the next morning letting me know it was finished. Been 6 months and into the winter I can say they did an amazing job on my tint. There have been no issues or bubbling. Also, it did not break the bank using their services. Definitely recommend these gentlemen, will be back to get my wifes car done.

Although the dealership took forever to get anything done when they promised me tint for my new car, John from downtown sounds made sure to get me in right away. Got my car done over night and even got the dealership to pay for the sensors on top of the tint.... Top notch customer service. And a job well completed! Got my truck in within an hour of me calling to setup an appointment to get a remote starter installed. They had it all installed and ready to go within 2 hours of dropping off the truck. Highly recommend this place, they are very friendly and thorough with explaining what they did and how to work things. Will definitely get my business in the future.
